Can somebody help a ranger out here?

This thread said that the question at hand has been answered in a FAQ: Aspect of the falcon & crossbow. I searched all the FAQs and then did search the boards again. I never came anything official. Am I going mad thinking there is a phantom FAQ out there?

A point in the right direction would be appreciated.

Sorry Neb, I can't help you out with that.

Now, my own cry for help from the good folks that frequent this fine establishment:

So I decided to run a high-tier module for my local PFS group. Yep, I picked up a copy of "Curse of the Riven Sky" (valid for levels 9-11) and offered to run it. I haven't read all the way through it, but has anyone played or run this and is willing to share any helpful hints?

The local PFS has been really wanting high-tier play, which is why I'm jumping into this. From glancing through the different ones that were currently available at my FLGS, this one seemed the most interesting.

Yes, I could've just gone with a scenario, but this one just really seemed to stand out.

Neb, sorry. No clue.

SB, If you can wait for a bit, looks like Amazing Red is running "Curse of the Riven Sky" for PbP Gameday 2 here.

I don't see an official FAQ, Nebten. I'd interpret it as bows and crossbows each getting 19-20/x3, but it's probably worth an email to Customer Service to ask for clarification.

Are there any spots left? I've got a level 10 wizard I'd love to play in this.

Signboy77's PFS Scenario-rama

It doesn't look like it, but I'm going to stalk the crap out of that game as I read through it. I'm just mad because I'm on a work trip right now and forgot to bring it with me - I was planning on reading it through.

No, I asked Red. There aren't anymore spots open.

Also can't find anything pertaining to Aspect of the Falcon.

GM PeteZero is recruiting for the module From Shore to Sea for the Gameday and is looking for at least one more. Anyone interested?

Howdy, I need a single PFS adventurer willing to go straight into the Thornkeep final level, the Sanctum of a Lost Age. This is a Tier 6-8 module that will grant 3XP and 4PP for completion. There's a group of 5 seasoned adventurers that have started from the second level onward:

6 half-elf arcane duelist bard
6 wayang cavalier on his trusty battlepig
5 Beastmorph Alch/1 Drunken Brute Barbarian with split personalities
6 half-elf archer ranger
7 aasimar support/heal cleric/schoolmarm

The group is fairly well rounded, perhaps a bit lacking in full arcane arts, but that's it.

I will accept the first person to PM me with their interest as technically, the adventure has just started. It's just RP before reaching the final level of the dungeon, but I'd like to get the player in on that before it's too late!

Thanks in advance,
GM BPC

Here everybody. I've lost a few players in a PbP and am now looking for 1-3 players to start Devil We Know IV: Rules of the Swift.

I might could jump on that, Tek — I've got a lv 4 flying charger who played through pt 3. (The PC who played through pt 1 & 2 is semi-retired.)

Come on over! Link

I'm assuming you mean Orryn. That'd work out fine, as their losing EF's halfing charger. The other three are all level 3's so that'd work out.

It is Orryn indeed! Replacing a Flaxseed is a tall order, but luckily Stellah is taller than Orryn. LOL

Silver Crusade

Very tempting. I have played and run part 1 only.

Antonella should be finished surviving Hydra's Fang shortly.

I'm a little concerned she's a bit underpowered as a level 2. Especially if the other players are level 3-4.

I wonder if Signboy is interested, Tektite? I might PM him.

Would love to have you. Warning, in the scenario description the first two can be played in either order, but three and four are meant to be played in order after that. That being said, I'm sure it has been done, and doesn't efftec chronicles in any way.

I was going to offer Grimdoc for It, Tektite, but 1) he is 5th level, 2) I am currently running the series for my group...I have not read it yet, but will in the next month.

I don't think level five would put them out of tier and if Antonella came along, that would bring the median down.

Silver Crusade

Hey there, Grim!

I’m interested (the Part IV before III thing doesn't worry me) but we still have one more fight to go.

If Antonella’s available when you’re ready to roll – cool. If not or another player wants in, I’ll happily give up my spot.

Grand Lodge

If Antonella is playing, maybe Wembly can tag along. That way Grim does not overpower the combats. From my running of the first 3 parts, the combats have been fairly easy for a party of 6 (consisting of 3rd levels and one 2nd). Might be more fun for the other melee types that way...assuming there is room of course...if not...no worries, as Wembly is going to take a crash course (a la Dragons Demand XP) so he will become 6th.
