Characters stats are a 20 point buy. Characters cannot be related to major players within Evenlore. And character must be from Evenlore. As Evenlore is a free city state any reasonable race will be accepted. Native outsiders is not reasonable :)

Feel free to offer any suggestions. I figured being part of one of the Guards might be in order, unless that would create adventuring complications (i.e. being AWOL).

That would be a problem (AWOL).
