Ok. I've got the crunch done. Now I just need to write the backstory.

Feel free to offer any suggestions. I figured being part of one of the Guards might be in order, unless that would create adventuring complications (i.e. being AWOL).

That would be a problem (AWOL).

thread of out of character discussion for Evenlore

Characters stats are a 20 point buy. Characters cannot be related to major players within Evenlore. And character must be from Evenlore. As Evenlore is a free city state any reasonable race will be accepted. Native outsiders is not reasonable :)

Hymns of thanksgiving ring out in the sacred halls of the great temples. Prayers for the continued peaceful rest of the dead are quietly raised by the Order of the Raven on the Isle of Repose.
The Great Ball commences in the palace of Prince Garrick under the ever watchful eyes of the Lion Guard.
The Grand Druid marks the passing of another season in the turning of the great wheel of time.
The Lord of Roses smiles quietly to himself in his manor hall.
Snow is just starting to fall as the sun sets. It is a time of happy celebration, but darkness creeps through the night seeking to devour.
