Starting with A Kingmaker path gone horribly awesome. This Campaign hopes to build a growing and continuing story where the players shape history on Golarion.

Male Kobold (reincarnated as) Human level 6 DungeonMaster/Level 2 Munchkin
This thread is where we can talk about the game and where it's going without cluttering up the other threads. I will answer any questions here, if I'm going to answer them publicly.

You've all heard rumors of bandits, fey creatures and, various monsters making the greenbelt unpleasant but not uninhabitable. Restov and Brevoy oveerall assume you are actually much less experienced than you are so this may be easier than they think.
Aasimar Cleric 3 | HP: 13/13 | AC 19 (Armor, Dex, Shield) (ff 18, t 11) | Fort +3, Ref +3, Will +6 | Init +2, Perc +8 | Heavy mace +4 (1d8+2/x2), light crossbow +4 (1d8/19-20/x2)
On the initiative front, can I suggest an alternative method? It's what I term Group Initiative. Add up the individual modifiers, divide by the number of players and then round up if required. That gives you the Group Initiative modifier. GM rolls all initiatives and when the group initiative is up, things proceed in post order. It removes the need to ret-con actions when someone crit-kills the creature you were aiming for, etc.
Just a suggestion.
As this is your world, where do the Church of Abadar stand on the potential threat of civil war? Are they okay with it, as long as it forges a stronger, more lawful Brevoy?

I'll think about that initiative possibility, I think might work better or at least I'll make so I roll initiative in the same post I start combat so everyone knows where they are starting from there.
Also to Thaleles I would like to do that but until I have regular access to internet that's not locked up by more policies than I can count I will have to simply post where you are on based on the grid numbers. Though you are all encouraged to keep maps of your own.

Also the church in general accepts war even civil war as a part of civilization and instead focuses more on the health of individual cities and the safety of cities as a whole.

For the record this is the exact wording of the charter you have all recieved.
"Be it so known that the bearer of this charter has been charged
by the Swordlords of Restov, acting upon the greater good and
authority vested within them by the office of the Regent of the
Dragonscale Throne, has granted the right of exploration and travel
within the wilderness region known as the Greenbelt. Exploration
should be limited to an area no further than thirty-six miles east and
west and sixty miles south of Oleg’s Trading Post. The carrier of
this charter should also strive against banditry and other unlawful
behavior to be encountered. The punishment for unrepentant banditry
remains, as always, execution by sword or rope. So witnessed on this
24th day of Arodus, under watchful eye of the Lordship of Restov
and authority granted by Lord Noleski Surtova, current Regent of
the Dragonscale Throne.

I guess I was confused, I thought we were approached by riders from the city. Ignore the last line... That is what I will say to whatever leader will will meet within the fort.

I might have missed something, are there signs of a battle? Were there dragons with an escort? I read the charter, but I don't fully understand if people are actually expecting us, or if we are exploring new territory.

You are both mapping and stabilizing an area of the stolen lands known as the greenbelt. The Dragon and escort was for something happening later and was an opportunity to foreshadow future events. The dragon and it's escort were flying very high from the north west to the south east. Oleg's comment will make sense soon, but as far as your character knows Oleg was not supposed to be aware of your coming, though he might have heard rumors.
Male Half-Orc Barbarian [Breaker/Mad Dog] 8 | HP 64/85 | AC 17, touch 11, flat-footed 16 (+1 Dex, +4 armor, +2 shield)-2 when raging
Hmm...seems I have some catching up to do in here as well. I tend to be on rather frequently, but I was in the middle of a project last night so I was not as attentive to the boards as I tend to be when I get into a fresh PBP.
And after your explanation of Brennyn, I appreciate how you made him act all the more and it makes me more secure in how I had Garr'ak act. Garr'ak has not been treated well by most, but he does not hold contempt against them. He merely seeks to be given the rights he thinks he deserves. One of these rights includes being asked if he agress to a contract before having it signed for him.
Yeah Gar'rak, I know how you feel. Woke up, looked at the board, and whistled. I feel a bit bad as in character, I probably would have had a fair bit more to say given the direction of that conversation.
As a related thought, what time zones are we all in, if no one minds me asking? I'm in Central Standard.
Male Elf Alchemist 1 | HP 8/8 | AC 16 flat 13 touch 13 | Fort 2 Ref 5 Will 1 | Init 3 | Perc 7
I'm at EST. I check it on my phone while at work, then some more at home. Though in November, I suspect I will not be on as often as I am going back to sea.
Aasimar Cleric 3 | HP: 13/13 | AC 19 (Armor, Dex, Shield) (ff 18, t 11) | Fort +3, Ref +3, Will +6 | Init +2, Perc +8 | Heavy mace +4 (1d8+2/x2), light crossbow +4 (1d8/19-20/x2)
I'm GMT but work on rotation so I can often check the boards during the day and then I'm off for two weeks solid so I'll be often able to check in then.
EST, but I'm a restaurant manager, so my hours are odd. Sometimes I can get a chance to check from work...last two days have been some long, long work days.
Male Elf Alchemist 1 | HP 8/8 | AC 16 flat 13 touch 13 | Fort 2 Ref 5 Will 1 | Init 3 | Perc 7
ha ha ha... well im stuck with McDonalds.
Are you going to post a map of the scene once the bandits are inside? Or are you going to just continue to describe the scene?
Male Kobold (reincarnated as) Human level 6 DungeonMaster/Level 2 Munchkin
My mistake either way it would have exploded against a structure harmlessly... sorta. I decided to mentally place you on the right of the gate as that hadn't been clarified.
