Starting with A Kingmaker path gone horribly awesome. This Campaign hopes to build a growing and continuing story where the players shape history on Golarion.

They have been taking out the archers from behind, they are pretty good shots, they've been sneaking around and sniping enemies. They are the reason along with Taka why you aren't completely riddled with arrows right now.

@Tulsino - They've not taken their next round yet. I think he was just summarizing what we've done so far while we were waiting for everyone else to post.

Yeah? I think pirates could be fun for an evil campaign since it kind of forces the group to work together. Kill off the crew and you'll be stranded at sea type of thing.

Geoffrey provoked from the ogre as Garr'ak and him charged in to attack the ogre. Otherwise, are we up again? Ogre is the only one still staying to fight at the moment?

Last round, Geoffrey rolled a one on a Trip attempt. This round, Garr'ak rolled a 1 on an Attack. Are we suppose to do some kind of roll to confirm that critical miss? It's been awhile since I read what you had put up about it.

Indeed, real life comes first. Although, we are all at a point were we might be able to take over for a bit and roleplay out distributing what we found and perhaps setting up camp before sieging the bandit's fort.

I apologize for my absence I have been dealing with moving and attempting to find a new job so My availability is truly inconsistent. As soon as my schedule settles I will be able to jump back into regular paizo activity.

Any questions can be directed there as well as I wont be able to get on here much until I have employment and stability.
To put it in simple terms I'm trying to solo a dungeon in life and I need as many nat 20s as I can get.

I'm glad to hear from you Tobaris, yet sorry to hear about the job situation. I hope things settle down soon for you and just wanted to post to show that I'm still around waiting for the revival of the game.

Ok, maybe I am getting the point of this campaign wrong. Are we suppose to just be going after every bad guy we here about, or are we suppose to be exploring the region and taking them on as we go. I thought we were suppose to be doing the latter of these. If this is not the case, please let me know so I can re-evaluate my play style and not take up any more time in play arguing. I'm under the assumption that we are building a kingdom, not just out taking on bad guys.
At the start, the group has been sent to the Stolen Lands to clean them up and prepare them for habitation/settlement. Our job is to clear bandits. That said, we the players know that we are to be those who will settle the land, but our characters don't really have much of an idea of that at this point, unless we have been told otherwise by our bossman.

Pretty sure we are here to do both. But eliminating known threats would be a higher priority in securing lands for settlement. At least that is my interpretation.

My whole thought is that we have no idea how strong the bad guy is, nor, and more importantly, where he is. Why would we not secure the land as per our contract, and IF we run into him, take him out. I mean, what if he is outside where we are suppose to secure? Do we hunt him down anyways? This land is currently unclaimed. Our purpose is to explore it and claim it. If he is a Lord as per his name suggests, then technically he has laid a claim to this region as well. possibly with backers. At this point, we have no backers, and no claim to this region. When thought of as this, are we not technically breaking the law by trespassing onto someone else's land and trying to kill them because we "perceive" them as just bandits?

You aren't wrong Thaleles, it comes down to a matter of opinion and perspective. Those around you feel confident in their abilities but don't want their opponents to recover and grow. You feel that either the opponent will outclass you or that he likely never will making it less of a priority to deal with him. Your arguments are quite valid in game and it helps establish you as the long term planner and strategist, where the others tend to focus on immediate problems and tactics. This is great material for building your leadership dynamic when you actually form a kingdom.

I am screwed this weekend do to what will soon be a laptop without power. I will try to retrieve my power cable tomorrow, however I will most likely only be able to get it back on Monday. I my sound curt and short with this however this is due to my efforts to rein in my monumental frustration and anger.

Indeed. It's been almost a full month now, which is unfortunate because I was enjoying the game. However, things do come up. I'll keep an eye out for any new posts though none the less.
