As a child Tulsino grew up with a distinctive sense of right and wrong. He was raised in a good heart-ed family who payed their taxes and respected the word of the law. His father was a paladin of Iomedae and was a knight-captain in the city guard. His mother was a planar known seamstress, her skills were in extreme demand all over Golarion and beings spent almost any price to purchase her wares.
Over time the kingdom had many rulers which each had their own ideas on how to rule their kingdom. Eventually the kingdom fell into decline and this put a large dent in the travelers that showed up to get the lovely gowns Tulsino's Mother crafted. The crime rate began to flourish and one night while on a mission to try and take down a local gang leader named Jelingo, Tulsino's father was killed.
Tulsino's family was informed, and he took up his fathers sword swearing an oath to Iomedae to serve her so long as he can exact his revenge. He was trained as a paladin and trained harder than every other recruit. He did not really pay attention to the religious ideals that the order tried to impart, but he did focus on the martial training. Eventually he joined to ranks of the town guard and started cracking skulls.
After a year or two Tulsino was assigned to a case to take down Jelingo. He had been on the case for 6 months and had finally made a breakthrough. When Tulsino took a squad of men to confront the gang leader, he found his mother was captured as a bargaining piece. Tulsino was unaware how Jelingo knew that he was so close to taking him down, and convinced himself a member of the order had betrayed him. In the ensuing combat, Tulsino's mother was killed and he fell from Grace.

In a rage he took the lives of the gang and his own squad. Even those who surrendered were not free from his harm and they were viciously murdered. Tulsino took his time to finish them all off, and when they were dead he arranged it so that it seemed like they killed each other. Coming out of the battle mostly unscathed, he cut himself in tactical spots to make it look like he escaped with his life. He reported success to his superiors, but resigned because he could not live with the pain of losing his entire squad.

From that day on Tulsino has schemed to take over the Kingdom from the poor ruler that currently holds the throne. He will not make his hatred public knowledge unless the opportunity presents itself and he has time to cover up committing evil acts. He still wears the symbol of Iomedae in order to blend in, but he has long since prayed to her. He favors his fathers great sword in combat and wields it to great effect.

Tulsino has Black hair, Blue eyes, and a wicked grin. He keeps a mostly clean appearance, but comes off a bit brash and sometimes lacking tact. It is not because he is socially awkward, but more so because he finds it humorous. There is no way of knowing if he would ever be able to atone for his past actions. For now he just relishes combat and wants to make sure that those who are responsible for the events of his past are punished appropriately.
