Zinkyudo looses two more arrows! We’re not sure where they went.
Gwendolen swings, and nearly hits Zinkyudo.
Blayne lands a good blow on Dire Rat Green, but he looks up and says, I’m not dead yet. Just after that, Nev shoots and kills the Druid, and the Green Rat looks sad, maybe wishing he was dead.
He isn’t, however, too upset to bite back. Green Dire Rat will (again) Bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 201d4 ⇒ 2 Blayne.
Red Dire Rat will chase and Bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 181d4 ⇒ 2 Zinkyudo again.

"Nice shooting!" Blayne calls as he sees the druid drop, but in his moment of distraction the rat bites him and he wrenches back with a curse.

Gwendolen shakes her head, takes a step back, gets a firmer grip on her ranseur, and takes a another stab (see what I did there?) at disembowling the red rat attacking the archer.

"Ouch!" Zinkyudo cries out, "Damn thing bit me again!" Fortunately, his years of rigorous training have strengthened him enough to be able to resist the disease that the filthy rat carries.
Assuming Gwen's attack is more than enough to kill the red one:
As the rat attacking him is sliced in half by Gwen's blade, Zinkyudo steps past it and attempts to kill the one that's just bit Blayne. Once again, however, his arrows fail to hit his target.

Zinkyudo moves over to the cleric and searches her, then steps to the double doors on the far side of the room. He gives them a quick listen, then opens one of the doors.

"Ouch! Dammit!" Zinkyudo cries out, leaping back from the axe too late. "I'd take a bit of that healing now, Blayne, if you don't mind."
As he hands Blayne the healing wand, he sees Gwen rummaging around in the straw and says, "I bet you just found the way to not get hit by an axe, eh?"
He waits for Blayne to use the wand on him, then moves back to the door and opens it.

Did Zinkyudo find anything on the cleric?

"Here you go. Be careful Zinky, I'm not sure, but there might be traps up ahead." Blayne says with a smile as he uses the wand of CLW on Zinkyudo then hands it back to him. :-)
After that he accompanies Zinyudo to the door to see what Gwen has found and plan the advance. He listens at the door briefly to see if he can hear anything through it.

Zinkyudo studies the door and its surroundings with much greater care than the last time around. If he finds no threats, he opens the doors at the bottom of the stairs.

There are no traps on the bottom door. You open the door and see tall vaulted ceilings disappear into darkness high above as candles and torches barely illuminate the lower reaches of this room. Along the north wall are three cell doors, thick wooden affairs bracketed by solid steel bracings with small, six-inch square windows set high in them. Enormous crates, barrels, and sacks of goods are stacked neatly in the southwest corner of the room. The floor is clean granite, etched with a wavy line pattern that permeates throughout the entire room; the design even climbs the walls and disappears into the vaults above. A rat-shaped chalk drawing dominates the floor in the center of the room, clearly depicting a dire rat leaning forward as if to pounce. Thick wooden doors in the east wall lead to a set of steep stairs beyond.

I would suggest you move everyone to near the doorway and proceed with the huecuva's attack. Of course, that would require everyone to make the save vs Cause Fear.

Zinkyudo sends another volley of arrows winging toward the undead horror, and only then considers the question of what he might know about such a creature, its weaknesses and defenses in particular. "Anyone know the best way to kill this thing? Blayne, how about you?"
Can we make some Knowledge checks to know about defenses and such on the huecuva? And if it matters (for DR, for example), Zinkyudo has a +1 bow.

FYI Blayne:
Half of the crates in this room are marked with gigantic red X’s, painted on with a wide brush. The supplies include flour, grains, sugar, coffee, tea, dried goods, and so on - everything the cult needs to supply its operations. The citizens, as well as Pathfinder Cestis, are held captive in the cells to the north. The citizens thank you profusely for helping them and tell tales of dark- or gray-skinned humanoids with enormous gray eyes who came frequently to negotiate with Dalirio before buying a handful of captives and taking them from the room. Where these creatures took them, the captives don’t know.
