DM_Delmoth |

Ellery sticks the pointy end into the Doppelganger's eye skewering it and she falls over dead. Counting you see that you have 3 doppelganger corpses.

DM_Delmoth |

Ellery thoroughly searches the area carefully keeping his distance from the apparently animated corpse and finds throughout the debris a wooden holy symbol to Pharasma, a small steel mirror, a pair of gaudy red leather boots with cat skin lining which Byvalson is certain is worth 20 gold, and finally a masterwork silver dagger tucked away in a locker full of what looks like grass-stained hunter's clothes.

Ellery Turner |

Ellery looks at the boots and raises an eyebrow. He then glances at his own dirty boots in thought. He catches Andrea's attention and makes some hand signs.

DM_Delmoth |

Rogelio deposits one doppelganger corpse in front of the barricade all the while the two guards train their crossbows on him, counting, "That's one. Still coulda been one that we got."

Rogelio de la Elfio |

"we were literally right down this hall fighting. We have wounded. I'll bring you more and if that's not enough I'll show you the ones you killed. If that's not enough then we have a much larger problem.
He walks away giving them a large, unsettling, but genuine smile.
He goes to drag the next body.

DM_Delmoth |

The corpse is unflankable in its position, going to take it you just move up and attack it.

Andrea Silverfrond |

Andrea sees Uther in a bit of a pickle and recognizes her foe as undead. She moves within about 15 feet of Uther (and get all the parts within range), and grasps her holy symbol in her hand and says some words.

Byvalson |

Byvalson, shocked by the fresh new terrors, flickers away from them with a Shift.
Fighting down the acidic taste in his mouth and the urge to withdraw from the horrific scene, the elf reaches out to the ensnared Uther.
Byvalson casts Grease!
Uther gains a +10 circumstance bonus on Escape Artist checks and combat maneuver checks made to escape a grapple, and to their CMD to avoid being grappled.

DM_Delmoth |

Uther with the greasy assistance from Byvalson slips free of the intestines. Misread the DC of the check.

DM_Delmoth |

The intestines wither and die a second death, while the head and hands look a little worse for the wear.
The hands continue to try to assault Uther's throat.

Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

DM_Delmoth |

The floating head stays on Ellery's rapier no longer moving and then slumps off onto the ground.

DM_Delmoth |

The two guards look at each other with confused look on their faces. "See what? We see that you brought a corpse and your friends light down the hall moving but it's too dark to see what they're doing."
Meanwhile Andrea downs the final undead with her spear thrust.

Byvalson |

Byvalson puts away his crossbow, and gestures down the hall.
"Let's head back to the guards before we have anymore surprises."
The scholarly elf flicks his sleeve, and heads back to the barricade.
Following him, the three doppelganger heads and found supplies float on down the hall in two separate piles to the guard station.

DM_Delmoth |

After you deposit 3 doppelganger corpses in front of the barricade the man relaxes a little. "My name is York. Now if you would please surrender your weapons while I lead you to Winter in the Chapel."

Ellery Turner |

Ellery glances at the others, obviously not comfortable being unarmed with strangers. He makes some signs to Andrea
