![]() Andrea returns to the group, looking slightly relieved, but also slightly bewildered.
She pauses briefly. I don't know what this means... I don't know what any of this means. I do think that we may have come into this mess, rather than being part of it. When I found my weapons and armor, I knew they were mine. I don't think we would have them if we were residents of the asylum. I'd suddenly like to have my weapons back... She stands their uneasily and adjusts the straps on her buckler. ![]()

She meanders past several people and disappears behind the sheet. She looks at the eye intently, then grasps her holy symbol in her left hand as she gently touches the eyelid of the eye.

I’m not sure what we will learn from them, but it might be worth a look. I will need to rest tonight to prepare myself and recover my energy, but I can probably help with the reading. We may be able to put them back before anyone notices. She looks around, then says and signs: Is there anymore soup? I can’t remember the last time I ate. ![]()

I swear I heard my own name in the thunder. I wonder if the others heard theirs as well? Something very strange is going on here. I will pray to Nethys for guidance. Andrea approaches the small Nethys shrine. She kneels, bows her head and closes her eyes. She begins mouthing a silent prayer to her god. ![]()
![]() Andrea wants to take some time to read the room. She is looking for an injured person who seems significantly important. She would be looking for someone with either influence, or who a bunch of people are huddled around trying to help. She is looking to create favor with the guards, gain trust, or help someone who may be able to repay her later. I intend to use a heal spell on it. ![]()
![]() Andrea looks at the Pharasma holy symbol and try’s to recall information about the god.
I am growing weary, but could provide some limited healing to some of the injured, if you require it, and would permit it.

I can try to touch their skin to confirm they are human, but they seem to be just as haggered and more desperate than we are. Certainly they seem less capable. If they try anything, we could probably best them in combat, even without our weapons. Andrea reluctantly presents her dagger, short spear, and Morningstar. She keeps her buckler attached to her forearm. I understand your reluctance to trust us, but if we had intended to harm you, we would’ve done that instead of hunting dopplegangers for you. ![]()

I’m fine using that as our not a doppelgänger symbol. I’m also fine with someone subduing the people behind the barricade if we can do it without killing them, but that will make us look like a threat if they have friends nearby. Do the doppelgängers look different after the’ve been killed? We’ve only seen one, and it escaped before we could slay it. |
