Farid Heydar |

As the Work falls so too does Farid sink to his knees resting on his axe handle clearly tired out by his efforts sucking wind, "What manner of Beast was that which speaks with the voice of a man?!"

Ruthviren Etiole |

Ruthviren warily rolls to his knees, dagger still in hand. He knee-walks over to the bleeding wreck of the warg, finds a likely spot a the base of its heavy skull, and drives the dagger in.
Coup de grace. Need rolls a this point?
"Spoke." he replies.

Bhoors Thistledown |

Bhoors leans heavily on the desk and his lips move quietly like he is doing math in his head.

Farid Heydar |

Farid nods to Ruthviren, "With that beast here I doubt my foe would have had the courage to be about this place. Still we should explore what is left and be on our way".
Farid stands despite his weariness and reloads his crossbow keeping an ear to the hall for the sounds of further danger.
Perception 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20

Bhoors Thistledown |

"Well its a worg. If we are lucky. Either way the pelt is worth a pretty penny unless we are camping it will have to leave it."
Bhoors looks about the room for any sign of mushrooms.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
He looks to the door to the west. "Are we searching on or hunkering down."

DM Giants |

.......... Dwarven Ruins - Area 15 - The Wolf Den ..........
The group searches the room and find that the desk is completely empty save for a few scraps of ancient parchment and an old quill. But when Bhoors tried to push the desk during the battle a secret compartment was busted open and inside is a handaxe, a small pouch containing 100 pp, and a prayer book. The book is written in Dwarven.

Ruthviren Etiole |

Ruthviren climbs a little unsteadily to his feet.
"If you insist, lead on, but I think a retired goblin with a bad cold could polish most of us off right now.". The mercenary, rather pale at the moment, spends a minute tying a strip of his shredded trousers around his savaged hamstring.

DM Giants |

.......... Dwarven Ruins - Area 16 - Worg’s Chamber ..........
Gaping holes in the roof allow faint light to enter this ruined chamber. One of the stone columns that once supported the ceiling is toppled, its broken pieces littering the floor. A thick patch of black mushrooms hides in a nearby corner, giving the room an earthy scent that is barely noticeable above the stench of wet fur.
When you search the chamber you find tucked behind the pillar are a few things of value hidden by the Worg, including a bag with 354 gp, a masterwork light crossbow, a potion, and a wand. In the dark corner of the room grows a small patch of ironbloom mushrooms, six in all. There is also a set of wide stairs going down into ground which you can not see the bottom.

Naleksa Vijica |

Naleksa moves into the room behind Camlo. "Oh my, that is a large wolf." Looking the group over. "Hold on let me tend those wounds then you can search." She pulls out her healing kit and gets to work on Ruthviren first. She take her time with each of the men applying ointments and bandages.
Everyone gets 2 HP from Naleksa work
As Bhoors comes from the other room with the mushrooms Naleksa jumps up. ”Those are the mushrooms we need. Now we have everything for the recipe. We should get back to town as fast as we can.”

DM Giants |

Camlo gathers all the new treasure in a pile then waves his hand over the items as he chants. Some of the new items glow with the aura of magic. "The handaxe, wand and vial are all that is magical. Let me see if I can identify them." Shaking his head as he inspects the items. "I can only identify the wand. It is a wand of healing but I am unable to use it. Naleksa can you use it?"
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15 hand axe
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25 wand
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 potion

DM Giants |

Camlo grabs Auxaviers hand before he can grab the axe "Woh! It is magical but that does not mean it is good magic. Items can be cursed, then only the Gods know what can happen." He releases the Paladin's arm. "Best to have me hold on to it until I can identify the magical it holds."

Naleksa Vijica |

Gesturing to Camlo with her hand. "Give me the wand I try it." She touches Ruthviren with it. "Nothing is happening. How do I use it." Camlo gives her a brief lesson on wand usage. "Ok, let's try this again." She touches the warrior's mangled leg again and speaks a quick word. "Weahse." Ruthviren's wound closes and the warrior stands up. Naleksa shout with glee. "I did it!"
Wand of CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Ruthviren gains 3 HP. The wand has 14 charges left. Let me know if you would like Naleksa to use the wand on you.
