Actually, I think this will be a very good group.
Barbarian (melee), Ranger (melee & ranged), Druid (melee & healing), Bard (arcane & knowledge & other), Hedgewitch (healing & arcane).
Couple of things. Everyone update your race, class/levels line that shows up in the PbP, similar to Kit. Survival is not necessary, but ok, all the rest is very useful.
Zaladrel, please update your alias. AC 1 is probably very wrong (lol!)

FYI, on Thursday 31 March, my wife and I are taking a friend of hers and the friends kids to the Bronx Zoo. That means out of the house at 0730 (an hour before I normally get up), gone all day and probably fall into bed after getting home exhausted. I most likely will not post anything tomorrow, and will resume on Friday.

Well, the Zoo was great, but having a four and a five year old in tow is exhausting. My wife and I have only had one child (our grand daughter) in tow for the last couple of years, and it no one else in tow for fifteen years or so before that.

These were my wife friend kids. They are just a year or two older than our grand daughter.
My little man is 6. We have just the one, but he can be a handful, particularly given that I'm nearly 46. He wears my butt out.
Speaking of my wife and I, this Saturday we will be leaving to visit my family in South Carolina for two weeks. Since it is hard to find a hot spot, my internet connectivity will be hit-and-miss. Please bot me as necessary.

Feel free to make a character! From what I've seen of you so far with Iskender and Chakos (I stalked that thread for a while before I made my first PbP character to see how it worked, and I'm still current on it <.<) you and I like similar speeds of game. I've read through the first two books so far, and my copy of the third just arrived today. It looks really neat so far, quite different from the other ones I've read or GMed.

Heh, he is a nice guy. I've used a description of his build as an example to some of my players to show that, just because one wants to heal, doesn't mean one has to be useless in combat. That core group you've got in that campaign is really fun to follow, and I credit it with making me really want to run Iron Gods for my face-to-face group when we finished Runelords.
Liz and Astra are awesome. The way those two can go on with the technobabble and making stuff up is amazing!
I might also have to throw my hat in the ring on that Leedwashere...I swear I can play characters that are more verbose, lol.

Kit ties up the guard, after stripping him of all equipment and armor. There is a pile on the floor, half-plate, a halberd. On the bed is a heavy crossbow with 10 bolts, and two potions marked heal.
I added a line to my profile called Party Treasure. I listed my chain shirt in there. I can also take the bolts. Are we taking the Halbred and Heavy Crossbow? Who wants the potions marked 'heal'?
If no one else, Hilde can take the potions, but maybe is better if other one have them.
I may not be able to post on Tuesday May 17 or Wednesday May 18. Wife and I will be at the campground where we are seasonal campers and it is 90 minutes away.
We are opening our old camper for a day and packing it up. The new camper will be delivered on Wednesday so both days will be completely full of taking care of that.
I will try to post something as I bring my laptop and the campground has free wifi, but we are going to be quite busy.

Ah. Different situation with us. Both my wife and I are retired.
Our camper is at the site all year long. From mid-October to mid-May the campground is closed. However from mid-May to mid-October, my wife and I are there five days a week and only home for two to do laundry, get mail, and I have a 4 hour shift at the hospital, so it is more like a summer home than just a short camping trip.

Having been a soldier myself, and having worked with Marines for a long time, I'll tell you that men and women in a combat environment will discuss the most inane topics to exhaustion.

Thanks. It is the place that my wife and I spend at least five nights a week from early May to mid October, so we got an upgrade from our last camper and this one will suit us till we are too old and feeble to camp anymore.
I'll be traveling as well. Definitely won't be able to post sat/sun, and probably most of monday as well.
I have updated my profile with party treasure. I wouldn't mind taking the MW Greataxe. What does everyone else want? Also did we ever decide who took the potions marked 'heal' that we found on that dude in the inn? There are five potions of CLW, everyone take one?

Summers, being what they are, is when vacations happen.
We go out of town tomorrow and back on Sunday, so I may not get any more posts in until Monday.
I'd like to hold off on taking my turn until I see how effective the bad guys are on theirs, to better inform my decision.
The campground starting filling up just after 12:00 on Thursday, with folks taking an extra day and a half vacation for the 4th of July holiday. Each time a new smartphone, laptop, wireless device, came into the campground it hooked up to the free wifi, and the service is horrible and constantly dropping. I will get a game post out this morning, but that will most likely be it till next Tuesday, July 5th.

As a note to all my games: MY family is on vacation starting the weekend before the 4th of July through the following weekend of July 9/10.
