Malnival cast his spell attempting to catch both Ogrekin in its path.
Based on the angle and size of the trapdoor, you can only hit one at the moment.
Fatty vs Malnival's color spray: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7 {fail}
The blast of colors washes over the fat ogrekin and overwhelms his senses. When the effect fades, the obese figure is slumped over the rim of the trapdoor, snoring loudly. Longarm protests can be heard from below.
Spell resolved; will likely affect other's follow-on actions...

Maeve Haela |

Maeve shrugs, and then calls out a voice that might best be summed up as 'overly-muscled crone', deeply alto and rough. "Oh, nuthin', jus' gave him a nice surprise."

Sense Motive: 1d20 ⇒ 10
"Wot?" Confused and angry, the long-armed ogrekin pops up through the trapdoor. His eyes go wide as Heng and Malnival spring the second ambush, but he roars and bats their attacks off. When he sees Parity standing over the body of the obese one, he goes pale and jumps back down into the tower.
"Muthildah!!" he cries for help, running towards the castle.
EDIT: Maeve, Heng and Malnival should get Attacks of Opportunity as he runs away.

Maeve Haela |

Maeve doesn't waste any time in her effort to catch up with the Ogrekin.
...or maybe she was trying to beat him to the ground....
...it's hard to tell, since she just jumped through the trap-door.
Acrobatics to break my fall (reduce distance by 10 feet and take only 1d6 nonlethal): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19

DM NomadSage |

Resolving the jumps: Heng failed his check, so he takes 1d6 ⇒ 3 non-lethal damage, but doesn't fall prone. Maeve made her check, and takes no damage.
Round Three (-ish)
As Heng lands, stumbling but able to stay on his feet, Longarm rushes to the half-open door, still yelling.
"Muthildah! Muthildah!" he calls, pulling the door open further. "Food out here! Fooood!" From within comes a cackling roar of semi-feminine glee. Another ogrekin appears at the door, this one just as mutated as her brothers. Muthildah is taller, over seven feet in height, and lanky of build. Her lower legs bend in three joints, like a dog's. She winces at the sunlight, but continues outside, her milky white eyes searching for the "food" while her jaws slaver.
2 maps sent, one for on the wall, one for the courtyard below (*they overlap*).
Initiative Order (updated): Heng, Malnival, Maeve, Longarm [22], Muthildah [20] Harlan [18], Parity [13], Fatty [8] ... EDIT, we'll just start at the top of the order; need actions for Round 4.
Maeve had a readied attack for when Longarm poked up through the hatch, but never got the dice for it (just the AoO).

Maeve Haela |

Oh, right. I'll do that now.
Readied Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Damage: 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Once on her feet, Maeve doesn't waste any time charging forward to try to get to the retreating Ogrekin, letting power flow through her limbs again.
Charge, Arcane Strike
Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 2 = 7

Round 4: Parity listens intently to what's going on, leaning heavily on the prescience given him by the divination magic coursing through his body, he projects the path of the ogrekin and with a tremendous effort hurls his sword across the courtyard, praying to not hear a clatter of iron on stone.
Please don't hit Heng, please don't hit Heng ...
Max range is 50 foot. Not sure if slant range counts. I assumed straight line distance of 30 feet, 3 range increments. Not sure if you want to add in any more penalties, but the math is below.
To hit: 1d20 + 5 + 20 - 4 - 4 ⇒ (8) + 5 + 20 - 4 - 4 = 25
Dam: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

DM NomadSage |

Round Four
Balance regained, Heng charges forward, punching a nerve cluster in the long-armed ogrekin's back. He grunts from the hit but shrugs off the stun attempt. Maeve rushes out of the tower into the melee, but the ogrekin uses her momentum against her, sidestepping her kick. Malnival slides down the ladder and sprints out intot the courtyard in one smooth motion; closing to melee, he stabs his rapier into the ogrekin's gut.
Bruised, bloodied and battered, the long-armed foe keeps fighting despite his wounds and fatigue. With a grunt, he swings his oversized fist at Heng, striking him hard across the jaw. Drooling, Muthildah springs from the doorway, swinging a flail at Maeve and smashing her in the left thigh. She cackles, eyes locked hungrily on her next meal.
A swooping sound from behind alerts Heng, and he ducks in time as Parity's falcata flies past him and slams deep into Longarm's chest. The impact knocks the ogrekin back and into the wall, where he slumps in the dust.
The obese ogrekin continues to snore loudly.
Unsure of where Maeve's hit points are at. New actions for round 5?
EDIT: Also, had no inputs for Harlan, but can still take those for the end of R4 along with R5.
Longarm Fort save vs Heng's stun: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Longarm vs Heng: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18; Damage: 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Muthildah vs Maeve: 1d20 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (13) + 6 - 1 = 18; Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11

EDITED!!!! Round 5, Maeve HP: 5 (5 nonlethal, Not sure where that leaves me. I'm OOCing the entire post until I get some clarification, I'll do something else depending.)
Maeve quickly sidesteps towards the south, turning her momentum into a crushing knee strike as she passes.

EDITED!!!! Round 5, Maeve HP: 5 (5 nonlethal, Not sure where that leaves me. I'm OOCing the entire post until I get some clarification, I'll do something else depending.)
If I'm reading that right, you have 5 hp and 5 non-lethal damage? In that case, you're staggered (can take move or standard action, but not both).
EDIT (lol): And, if you're counting the 5 NL from your jump down, you didn't take that damage because you succeeded your Acro check.

Round Five
Heng, Maeve and Malnival gang up on Muthildah to take her down, hitting her with a punch, knee strike, and well-aimed rapier stab, resepectively. Muthildah growls and spits, but as Malnival nears, her milky gaze snaps in his direction.
Sniffing the air, her slavering jaws mumble, "Elf? Me loves tasty elf!" She attacks Mal furiously with her flail and off-hand spiked gauntlet, driven by her unending hunger. Malnival just barely dodges one the attacks, but takes the flail in the side.
On the wall above, Parity ties up the snoring ogrekin, while below, Harlan emerges from the tower and channels healing energy to the group.
Round 6?
EDIT: Doh! Forgot to add in her favored enemy bonus, so she actually hits Mal once.
Muthildah flail vs Malnival: 1d20 + 6 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 6 - 1 + 2 = 19; Damage: 1d8 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 6 + 2 = 16
