Hit? I'm not sure what Segang's current AC is. Note Cherias is out of range for shield other.

Yes a 19 will hit Segang. His DR absorbs 3 and 4 gets through. That puts him down a total of 5 and he will heal that from the life link on Cherias turn unless Cherias drops the link.

Accepting the sword hit Segang retaliates with his hammer hoping to give better than he received.

Adamantine Earth Breaker: 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 13 + 2 = 232d6 + 13 + 1 ⇒ (3, 6) + 13 + 1 = 23

If that drops her (and I think it will) Segang is going to move. If he can reach her by jumping, he will jump to the floor and moving adjacent to the maiden he can see. He will not jump into that cloud. If he cannot reach the maiden he will move to the door on the catwalk instead.

Oh I know. I expect to take 1d6 nonlethal if I make the acrobatics check. If that is not how it works and Segang is gong to land prone even if he makes the roll then he will not jump.

That's correct, I'm just unsure about DR vs falling. I'm nearly certain that it doesn't apply, but I can't find any recent (post 3.5e) rulings on it.

I would think that it should. Not much difference between falling and bludgening damage in my mind. But your call. It will not change Segang's action

Absinthe races along the catwalk, moving up behind the Gray Maiden and distracting her just enough for Segang to land a crushing hit. With a grunt, she collapses to the boards. Segang turns, and with little hesitation, jumps two stories down to the ground floor. A timely ground roll reduces the impact of the fall.

Falling Damage (non-lethal): 1d6 ⇒ 5

"Here! He's here!" the Gray Maiden in the doorway calls out.

Melianthe turns invisible and flies, circumnavigating the noxious cloud.

Previous turn, 5 damage came off Segang, so he was at full before the crit. Cherias was at 12 damage. This turn, Segang took 22 damage, reducing to 20 after DR, and then reduced to 15 damage. Cherias is now at 17 damage. I think Prayer has worn off by now as well, or that'd be slightly less damage. Can I see Segang yet? Has the Haze disappeared yet? I don't want to keep climbing if Cherias sees that Segang isn't on the catwalk.

Seren will need to chime in. I think the haze disperses next round. Regardless, the stinking cloud will still block your LoS to Segang. However, you can hear them jumping, shouting and fighting. With a DC 15 Perception roll, you could determine whether they're up or down.

Segang continues his assualt.

Adamantine Earth Breaker: 1d20 + 12 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 12 + 1 + 1 = 253d6 + 16 + 1 ⇒ (4, 6, 3) + 16 + 1 = 30

Pausing there to know if there are other enemies withing reach or 5' step reach to attack.

Melianthe invisibly pulls out her scroll of Web and casts it on the three new doctoral types, appearing in the air above them. Hm, just a DC13 Reflex. I need to upgrade...

Aw man, how do I resize on Roll20? :D

Absinthe cuts in, driving her scimitar's point towards an opening in the Gray Maiden's defense. The woman tries to adjust her shield's position, but is a hair too late. Absinthe's strike is true, and the Gray Maiden collapses in a bloody gurgle.

Cherias withdraws a moment before Melianthe's spell covers the area by the physicians in a mass of sticky webbing. With snap reflexes, they all avoid getting completely trapped.

QP2 Reflex save vs Melianthe's web: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
QP3 Reflex save vs Melianthe's web: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
QP4 Reflex save vs Melianthe's web: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16

> Insert Seren's action here... <

With a roundhouse swing, Segang hits the last Gray Maiden's helmet. The crushing impact completely stops her in place, and she falls to the floor, unmoving.

@ Seren: I think hypnotic pattern fascinate would auto-fail due to the obviously hostile party (Melianthe, Segang and Absinthe primarily), but let me know if I'm interpreting that incorrectly. If you concur, would you like to change your input?

I think Mel's action definitely. The others I don't think count until.they turn their attentions on the doctors.

I'll think of something else. Stand by

Seren will use his pearl to recall a color spray (bringing him up to 2 of those) and then will stealth to hide again.

Stealth: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20

Cherias draws his wand of curing and starts healing himself and Segang.

Segang healed to either 5 or 6 damage last turn, and Cherias is at 28.

CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Now at 31.

Segang moves to beside Melianthe, while Seren steps back into the shadows on the catwalks.

The physicians trudge out of the webbed area, silent but coordinating their attack with hand signals. The nearest breaks for Segang, while the other two move to encircle the giant Shoanti.

QP4 dagger vs Segang: 1d20 + 4 - 1 ⇒ (10) + 4 - 1 = 13; Damage: 1d4 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (2) + 2 - 1 = 3
