Mal Dorren
Alright, I would like to propose Mal Dorren. He was an Arcane Bloodrager built for RotL, but the game died. I would like to rebuild him as a Warlord, focusing on Golden Lion and Scarlet Throne styles...
Basic character concept is a scion of a wealthy family of arcane power (I think I will change from Cheliax to House Cannith) that got disowned and sent off to grow up (He was a drunk, gambler and womanizer - not so good as a scion of a wealthy influential family - think male Paris Hilton, but can actually do things sometimes).
If you're looking for conflict characterwise, I suppose it would be his struggle to not slip into his terrible habits...
Marquis Steelbear
What country were you born in? Do you currently call Breland your home? Do you think Breland is a 'good' government?
Marquis was born on the road, any record of where is with his lost family. Since the accident which caused his amnesia he has lived in Sharn with his adopted family. Marquis finds the government interesting. As with most things, if it doesn't involve magic or Thassilon(or whatever its gonna be called in this game) Marquis doesn't care enough about it to put too much extra energy into it beyond general knowledge.
Vindlér Farseer
Hey there. Based on the original discussion of character types you like, here's my submission. He's basically a dwarf version of Heimdall from Marvel's Thor movies/comics, though with a bit of humor mixed in to keep away from the loner tough guy act that tends to pop up from time to time.
Here's a link to the full profile: Vindlér Farseer
And here's a bit of background to join him up with his potential party members:
Days, and then weeks passed, however, and Vindlér heard no news of the great danger he had foreseen. He soon ran low on money and supplies, and he was forced to take up a job as a sentry for the town guard, not that there was anything much to guard against. He did appreciate the people of Breland, though, and he came to grow very fond of the town and its people. This was a place that he would gladly defend, come what may.
Daxur
But answer me these questions: What country were you born in? Do you currently call Breland your home? Do you think Breland is a 'good' government? (Do you trust it, love it, proud to live here, etc.)
Daxur was born in Breland, the son of indentured servants.
Sharn has always been Daxur's home. First the servant, then apprentice to a well-respected wizard, Daxur is used to the finer things and conveniences of living in the greatest city in the Five Kingdoms.
He sees the government of Breland a necessary compromise between the power of the royal line and the common people. Being one of the common people, only recently achieved the freedom all or most already have, he welcomes the country's egalitarian outlook on individual freedom.

Alric Magnus, Kensai Magus.
It’s a crisp, clear day about midmorning in the Graywall Mountains. A young man of 22 sits in the middle of what was once a meditation room of a ruined monastery pouring over the faded markings on the floor with a pile of parchment strewn about. Only the ancient walls can hear him mumble to himself. ”I missing something, I know it. I can make the connections, but what do they mean? I’ve been working on this for a better part of three years and still haven’t . . .” Before he can finish his thought, he’s interrupted.
”Alric! You in here. .. there you are.” A smaller, younger man comes running into the room holding out a parchment. ”I know I’m early, but this requires your immediate attention.”
Alric takes the parchment, and reads through it. As he reads the letter, his already pale face loses whatever color he had. After reading he looks up at the messenger, ”This is dated Three WEEKS AGO! Why am I just now hearing about it!?! I’ve got to go . . . home.”
The messenger nods, ”I’ve already arranged passage for you. The caravan leaves tomorrow morning from Graywall Outpost. We need to leave now if you’re going to make it.”
Alric quickly gathers his notes and backpack. ”Thank you, James. Let’s get going.”
Alric and James make quick time down the mountain to the outpost. The trip down the mountain is silent except for Alric’s thoughts. What’s going on? Dad’s dead, Mom’s been kidnapped, and Granddad is hurt, maybe dieing. . . I haven’t been home in almost 3 years, since Granddad sent me on this path of enlightenment. . . What is normally a 2 day trip, they finish in 15 hours, arriving in Graywall Outpost about 5 hours before The caravan is set to depart. Alric goes with James to his residence, cleans up a bit, and gets a quick bite. Alric quietly gathers his things and turns to James, ”I guess this is goodbye. I didn’t expect this journey to end so suddenly, but it must. Thank you for all your help. Without you bringing provisions, and helping with some of the research, I couldn’t have survived up there for months on end.” Alric hands James a small artifact, gathers his gear and walks out the door to the docks.
Alric arrives at the gate and quickly finds the caravan and its guide, a retired military man, Captain “Lefty” Garret. As Alric starts to introduce himself, ”Alric Magnus? You have good friends, you’re spot is already paid for, just go talk to Thonk over there and he’ll get you situated. Welcome!”
Alric quickly finds Thonk who quickly points him to a wagon and quickly goes back to his . I guess I just pick one. At least it’s only a couple days to Sandpoint. The trip is easy enough. Alric is the only passenger on the supply caravan. The rest are crew, who are friendly enough, leave him alone for the most part. Alric spends most of his spare time pouring over his notes from both the ancient monastery and the manifest zone in Shining Valley. After a day and a half of travel, Thonk hollers back to him, ”Get your stuff together, we’re two hours from Sandpoint.” Alric thanks Thonk and is just about to put his papers away when he sees a connection. He reaches for the message James brought to him in the ruins. Is there a connection here? It’s a prophecy. It’s going to happen again . . .No, that’s not right . . .it’s happening again. After only a day and a half of travel, The caravan arrives in Sandpoint.
Alric thanks Captain “Lefty” and Thonk, and departs for Granddad’s house. It’s a quick jaunt from the front gate to Granddad’s house on Prickleback Lane. Alric arrives at the door and is about to knock when he’s flooded with emotion. It’s been three years since Alric left this very door to begin the self enlightenment of his Kensai training. Granddad told Alric to make his way to Graywall Outpost, then find the small monastery up the mountain a couple days and train both his mind and his body to work as one. Magic and blade are the tools of the Kensai, and train Alric did . . .for nearly three years. Three years, and I come back home like this. Well, here we go. Alric raps the door a couple times, then walks on in.
The residence is nearly the same as Alric remembered it three years prior. Relics and books strewn on the bookshelves. A well used falcata hangs above the fireplace. The big difference was the frail old man in Granddad’s bed. For the first time Alric could remember, Granddad looked old. Alric looks down at the frail old man and failing to hold back any tears, barely gets the words out, ”Hi Granddad.”
Granddad looks up at Alric and a glint of familiarity stares up at him. [i]Granddad may be hurt and dying, but his eyes are still full of life.
”Are you going to hug your Granddad or not? You’d better not keep me waiting or it’ll be too late.” Alric wraps his arms around his Granddad and then proceeds to tell him of his last three years at the monastery and the connection he found to a manifest zone in the Shining Valley.. He goes over his sword training and all the research he found on the walls and in the relics of the ancient place. He even shows him how he finally learned to channel his mind to enhance the falcata Granddad gave him as he set upon his journey. After a couple hours, Alric finally got to the question he needed to ask, but was afraid to. ”So, what happened to you and mom and dad?
Granddad pauses and sighs, then slowly looks up at Alric, ”The truth is, I don’t really know what it was. The three of us decided to go for a walk just outside the town. Shortly after we stopped for lunch, I got hit in the head from behind and ended up out cold. When I came to, which couldn’t have been more than a couple minutes, I heard your mother screaming ”Let me go! Let me go!” and your father was on his stomach, dead. I tried to pinpoint where your mother was, but I couldn’t tell. The strange thing was the burn marks on your father. He wasn’t killed by any weapon or creature I could recognize. I barely stumbled my way back to town, and collapsed at the bridge. What took your mother, was something else. It wasn’t what you’d call, ‘Normal.’ Your mother needs your help, and so might all of Sandpoint. It looks like you’ve set yourself on the right path. I have confidence in you . . . and I’m proud of you. . . As is your father and mother.
Now go. “ Alric hugged Granddad, and with tears in his eyes, left the residence. . .
Where do I begin? . . .

Alright guys, another couple of questions for your characters. :) Again, spoiler if you want to, and if you've already answered, that's okay, reiterate it.
What does your character lie about? Their weight? That they passed a test for some organization, when the truth is they never took it? That they love their siblings, who are truly awful?
What is your defining strength? Your ability to forgive? Your hammer? Your intelligence? Your ability to talk your way into and out of everything?
What is your motto? "You cannot fix what you cannot face," "Work hard, stay humble," "If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together."
What is your most treasured posession? Your sisters last letter to you, a pocket portrait of your dead lover, your lucky set of dice.
Jon Irons
1. Jon lies about his nature as a war forged except to those close to him. He fears retribution, and after his conversation with Pawl he decided that to trust just anyone with his nature was naive and foolish.
2. His defining strength is his kindness.
3. "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."
4. His two most prized possessions are the journal he discovered upon awakening, which he keeps as a secret, and the thick woollen cloak he wears. The cloak was a gift from the farmers wife, and was the first piece of clothing he received. He holds it as a symbol of his lost humanity.
Morgan Shevara
DM:
What does your character lie about? "I don't lie. I'm brutally honest about everything. I don't sugarcoat or beat around the bush and I don't hold back."
What is your defining strength? "My defining strength is my resilience. I've been raped, beaten and horribly burned and am still strong."
What is your motto? "The Path of Truth leads to the Palace of Wisdom"
What is your most treasured posession? "My most treasured posession is the leather choker that my parents wove together in honor of my birth. I've worn it for as long as I can remember and it's the only thing that survived the explosion. It's a braid of dark leather with a green agate set where it sits at the base of my throat"
Reth Kaskin
What does your character lie about? Their weight? That they passed a test for some organization, when the truth is they never took it? That they love their siblings, who are truly awful?
Reth lies about who he is - to other people and to himself. He literally wants to be someone that he is not. At least physically.
What is your defining strength? Your ability to forgive? Your hammer? Your intelligence? Your ability to talk your way into and out of everything?
His Faith is his defining strength. Even sitting in a prison cell thrown there by his own Church his faith in the Flame has never wavered.
What is your motto? "You cannot fix what you cannot face," "Work hard, stay humble," "If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together."
"Let Faith be your Guide and it shall not lead you astray".
What is your most treasured posession? Your sisters last letter to you, a pocket portrait of your dead lover, your lucky set of dice.
Reth does not value anything of the material world knowing that the Flame will provide. He treasures those few people who have supported him Ladonna and his Mother both of whom he misses very much. He does do his best to hold onto the Holy Symbol that his mother gave him though - the one thing the Church allowed him to keep when they threw him in the clink. He would sacrifice it if the Flame deemed it necessary though.
FYI, I will be away from the 1st through the 6th but should be able to follow along with Recruitment during that time as the games I DM and play in I will be scaling back from till my vacation ends.
Vinexa
Her greatest strength is her fiery demeanor. While it gets her into trouble it is also the source of her strength and is the fuel for her innate control of flames.
Her motto is: "I can't change the past, what I've done can never be forgiven by those who I wronged. The best I can do is keep going and hope they would be proud of what I have become."
Vinexa lost all that she ever had in the Conflagration and those things she would have most cherished are long gone. The possession she most cherishes now is the cloak that Theronkhad put around her unclothed body when his people rescued her from the slavers near Sharn.
Ragnar Lothveld
The only thing Alric would ever lie about is when he doesn't know something, he'll give an answer as if he does. That being said, Alric would never call it lying; more of an educated guess.
Outside of his intellect, Alric's defining strength is his focus calm and tactical precision under pressure.
His motto would be, "Chance favors only the prepared mind."
His most prized possessions are the falcata his grandfather gave him and his notes from his studies.
Molly Narr
Mylas' defining strength would be her optimism. There is absolutely nothing which could break her resolve. External factors at least... the most potentially damaging thing to Mylas' optimism would be her own internal doubt.
"There is light within every person. There is no such thing as absolute evil."
Mylas' most treasured possession would be the broken compass which used to belong to her [now missing] master, Krit.
Raemila
What does your character lie about?
Her origins-she knows that some people view the mixing of cultures to be an...odd thing, so she lies that she is completely tribal (despite her appearances) for the sake of others.
What is your defining strength?
Loyalty-Raemila will not be the one to just abandon an ally. Still, she will try to kill any ally who has become infected with necromancy and will turn into an undead-but this is more out of the safety of her other allies than her hatred for the undead.
What is your motto?
Some people believe that life is an item-something that can be taken away and abused in a heartbeat. But they should know the truth-life is a precious gift that the gods have given us. So we should use our lives wisely.
What is your most treasured possession?
Her longbow-it belonged to her father, and was given as a gift when he passed away.
master_marshmallow

Mechanical stuff:
Vindlér Farseer
2. His greatest strength is his dedication to the defense of his comrades and of all civilization.
3. “Just heart and keen sight makes all judgment turn aright.”
4. Vindlér’s most prized possession is the key to his father’s old shop. The key represents the values of protection and civilization that exemplifies his faith, and, as such, he has had it blessed by the church of Abadar so that he may use it as his holy symbol.

Aeris, I love the bunny, lol.
When I choose characters, at that point they can bother with making the characters. They can make them before if they want, but there is no need. I will do 25 point buy. Starting wealth will be 100 gold. Dragonmarks are fine. I will allow up to two flaws (for feats) two traits and a campaign trait, and up to two drawbacks. I am willing to consider almost any option out there. If it seems justified and balanced, then yes. :)
I don't bother with item creation...the system sucks, is massively abused and has zero-story telling potential in it. I have been known to allow power-exchange. (In story go through a ritual to allow your character to become a half-celestial, in exchange for a certain number of XP...sure. But it's costly. :)
Anyway, I think I'm rambling. :)

I didn't understand that recruitment would have multiple phases. I'm not a big fan of this type of recruitment as it feels to me like moving goal posts, and I tend to phase out.
Therefore, I prefer bowing out of the recruitment. Thanks for the opportunity and I hope you have a great game; these boards need more good Eberron games :)
Best.

I wanted to do my recruitment this way because the biggest issue we have on the boards are people expressing interest (to DM, to play, whatever), and then disappearing. I want a group that is engaged; that has characters that grow because of the game, and get more fleshed out because of discussions like these.
I'm not looking for a player that will check in, throw up a catch-all, too-long post at the end of the week, and then disappear for days on end. I'm looking for players who want to come back, and I want to create ways to engage them to come back.
It's too bad about you leaving. But I completely understand.

Arkus Scargazed
Arkus tends to make light of his injuries or his health in general not wishing anyone to fuss over them.
Most tend to take it as him being his normal aloof self.
His ability to make decisions quickly and change them as and when needed. Some would call him Fickle.
All rumors and stories have a grain of truth in them.
Arkus keeps a necklace of fangs harvested from the monsters he slayed over the years. A keep sake first given to him by his mother.
Lokien Forge
Lokien refuses to tell others the truth always believing that people needs to find out about themselves by themselves. This makes him rather patronizing at times. Even if at times it means lying about his companions abilities, he does so. It's good that most don't generally ask him about his opinion.
Courage and Stubborness if those could be called. Lokien refuses to leave a companion behind and would insist on carrying his companions through the toughest of lands to seek aid.
Always make good memories for those remain long after you are gone.
His ridiculous horned helm. It's studded with horns of various sizes and shapes but he sticks all on his oversized helm anyway.
Ferus Miaren
More Answers:
What does your character lie about? He doesn't feel the need to lie about anything. He was raised to be honest and forthright with any he spoke with and has never needed to lie until this point. Not saying that he can't lie, just that he hasn't.
What is your defining strength? His passion to fight for the wild that cannot protect itself. He is very much like his teacher and her brethren when it comes to defending forests.
What is your motto? "Oalian is always watching, and provides the fruits of our labors."
What is your most treasured posession? A locket from Mother Fortuna, as well as some other minor knick-knacks that she gave him as he was growing up.

I was asked to chime in here, so I suppose I shall propose a few possible character concepts. If some other player likes one of these concepts, feel free to swipe it.
Hammer does not have a gender identity and refers to itself as "it." Hammer is very good at following orders and is not especially imaginative, but it exercises reasonably good judgment and has a good grasp of complex tactics and maneuvers. It is trying to understand what it should do with its existence and learning about morality in a new context, as it is learning from worldly experience rather than from indoctrination.
Hammer understands the concept of deception but it does not engage in deceit regularly except as a battlefield practice. It understands the notion of having goals, but it is unsure of how to formulate its own goals because it does not have the constant threat of dying or of old age to motivate it. Thus, it instead tends to look for contemporaries and insert itself into a hierarchy so that it can have a role and a job. It proposes that it was created for a reason, and therefore it must have some role or purpose, even if that purpose is not clear.
Hammer is noticeably warforged, with dull adamantine plating and some visible cabling and components under the less-armored areas. It tends to speak in clipped phrases and sometimes moves jerkily when it has been still for quite some time. It does not go out of its way to be polite or rude, but rather seems closer to a construct than to a person.
Hammer's one concession to the past is a broken watch that was given to it by a Cannith artificer who oversaw its creation. That artificer died in the war. Hammer sometimes feels that this means that since its creator is dead, there is no-one left to tell it what its existence is supposed to mean.
Tyndel is a man of discipline, conviction, and faith. He believes that all the trappings of churches and Draconic Prophecies are distractions from the real test: That every day, men and women are faced with challenges to their character, and it is upon them to choose to do the right thing. That everyone has the chance to be a better person, and that it is in doing so collectively that the world is improved -- that it is not gods, or monsters, or war-weapons that make the world better, but the simple decision, one day at a time, to do the right thing, made by individuals, who can work together to achieve more than a single person could. He struggles to walk this line and uphold this principle.
Tyndel is not given to deception because he feels that it violates his principles, but he sometimes will omit elements if he thinks that he needs to protect someone from pain. He is also not above the use of feints in battle, and he does not believe in "honor" as a battle precept; rather, he believes that violent conflict is a social failure, and his goal is typically to minimize loss of life -- but this also means that he can explode into incredible violence for a short period of time in order to quickly finish a conflict.
Thematically, Tyndel would eventually multiclass as a paladin, and possibly as a reachrunner, weretouched master, or gray guard, depending on how his story unfolds.
Tyndel is a devotee of the Blood of Vol, but as is generally the case in Eberron, he upholds that religion through the lens of his own moral code. Thus, instead of venerating the undead or serving the hidden evil agenda of the cult, he believes in the power of heritage to pass down characteristics and to influence destiny. As a shifter, after all, he is living evidence of just that!
Tyndel's favorite possession is his family diary, a book of sketches and stories that contains his family tree.
Chodak is noticeably handsome, with symmetrical features and an almost etheric aura. Still, he doesn't make connections quickly, and is reluctant to put down roots, as he has no desire to bring the wrath of the Quori down upon innocent people. (In some ways he's like Caine from Kung Fu, wandering from place to place, just trying to survive and help people while avoiding the notice of the repressive government from which he flees.)
Depending on how his story develops, Chodak could become an atavist, a multiclassed monk, or possibly even an uncarnate.
Chodak's most common lie is "I am nobody special."
Chodak's most precious possessions are the fleeting memories that he carries from his fragmented soul.
Though he is a philosopher, Atsu is also a warrior, trained to hunt down and destroy the wicked. Being a servant of the couatl, he takes this calling quite seriously. He believes that the powers of his mind, rigorously practiced and honed, are evidence that it is possible to find and destroy the powers of Khyber in the world, to throw down the Lords of Dust, and to crush the hidden powers that seek to prey upon the innocent. Like most shulassakar, he has been trained to be uncompromising in this pursuit, but the practicalities of living in the outside world have caused him to learn a small amount of flexibility. Nevertheless, he can be quite dogged and relentless when he believes he is fighting a "divine battle."
Atsu has a skewed view of the world, and believes several things that aren't true, such as: that the shulassakar have an inherent superiority to other humans; that evil can be stamped out by killing it; that the ends justify the means; that the church of the Silver Flame is misguided and debased; and (amusingly) that Morgrave University is actually a place of learning and an attempt to spread knowledge and enlightenment, rather than a sordid home for archeologists and grave-robbers. He can be compassionate and helpful, but he often comes across as rigid and judgmental.
Atsu is designed to progress solely as a divine mind (the class is odd enough that it doesn't fit well with any other progressions anyway). The character would probably be built with the snake blood feat, if allowed, as it is so thematically strongly tied to the character's concept.
Atsu's most prized possession is a shard of crystal from his home in Krezent. It is not strong enough to be psychoactive, but it reminds him of his place of origin and of his duties.

I will try this alternative format.
Hammer, warforged fighter was originally used as a house guard for House Cannith during the war, meaning that it did not see extensive international conflicts, but rather was used to pursue House interests and protect Cannith territory. With the end of the War, Hammer was turned loose thanks to the Treaty of Thronehold, and is now beginning to pursue what it means to be free, figuring out what it wants, and developing an idea of what place it might have in the world.

Tyndel Rustamov, shifter ranger is a shifter ranger from the Eldeen Reaches. During the war he was a skirmisher, and he saw minor action against various invading forces. Though he is a terrifying melee combatant, he does not relish battle; he saw it as a necessary price to defend the pristine forests from intrusion.
Tyndel is a man of discipline, conviction, and faith. He believes that all the trappings of churches and Draconic Prophecies are distractions from the real test: That every day, men and women are faced with challenges to their character, and it is upon them to choose to do the right thing. Chodak, kalashtar psion (telepath) is a shrouded figure who tries to avoid notice wherever he goes. Chodak is actually a refugee from Sarlona, who managed to escape the depredations of the nightmare kingdom. Now in a foreign land, he tries to subtly influence the minds of others to turn toward hope and bright dreams, in hopes of breaking the hold that the Dreaming Dark has on this turn of the age. He understands, however, how quickly he would be hunted and destroyed if found out, and thus he does his best to remain low-key and to choose his allies carefully.
Chodak is noticeably handsome, with symmetrical features and an almost etheric aura. Still, he doesn't make connections quickly, and is reluctant to put down roots, as he has no desire to bring the wrath of the Quori down upon innocent people. Atsu Tzolotl, human (shulassakar) divine mind is from Krezent, the mysterious fortress-ruin of the shulassakar. He emerged into the world at large during the Last War, only to see the grief that had been wrought by the titanic struggles of the various powers. Unconnected to any of the specific nations, he gravitated toward Breland, and eventually became a "specialist" at Morgrave University, where he aided in understanding lost civilizations, psionic powers, and philosophy.

What does your character lie about?
Daxur smirks at the impertinence of the question, "Lies? Personal untruths? Oh, they are many! But you need only one? Very well. My origins are an embarrassment to my current station. I will often spin a more interesting tale than that of a humble servant, who by luck or providence chanced upon being the slave of an enlightened man.
What is your defining strength?
Daxur flexes his spindly arms, then smiles, "Nay, no physical prowess here. No , I maintain a certainty that I am desintined for greatness, that carries me forward through all that may come before me."
What is your motto?
"Knowledge wins."
What is your most treasured posession?
Daxur rubs his hand reflexively over a small lump at this chest. Looking down, he chuckles and pulls out the small object tied about his neck with a piece of rawhide. "This, " he says, holding the blackened ring aloft, "is the spoils of my first conscious use of magic to protect myself. "
His eyes unfocus as he remembers, "I was finishing an errand for my master and in the act of crossing a dis-used bridge back into our
district I was accosted by a most uncouth ruffian. Demanding my goods and money, I nonetheless had to deny him, for my possessions were not my own. Understandably upset by my defiance, he sought to take what was denied him by force. Remembering my lessons, I gathered a small bit of the fabric of magic to me and sent a curtain of flame to engulf him as he attacked. I stepped back as the reprobate was immolated. Once the flames had died down, I advanced and seeing a bauble on one of his fingers, I slid it off of his charred flesh. A reminder to myself of my first success. The first of many."

What country were you born in?
Do you currently call Breland your home?
After traveling throughout the land, Khravos settled in Sandpoint, where he was accepted as he was for the first time since he left home. This community has given him a greater appreciation of the greater part of Breland, and as much as any place has ever been his home, it is Breland.
Do you think Breland is a 'good' government?
Khravos's first exposure to nationhood and government outside of the monastery was the iron rule of the Inspired in Riedra. Since then he has seen the best and the worst of rulers. Although he cannot see the inherent right to rule born into any one man or woman, Khravos considers the current king a ruler no worse than any and better than most.

What does your character lie about?
Life is not made of black and white but shades and sometimes in those shadows one must use what ever tactics are necessary to gather the required information.
What is your defining strength?
the ability to think my way both into and out of trouble
What is your motto?
"I will find what you do not want me to"
What is your most treasured possession?
my wide brimmed hat and my crinkled note pad in equal measure

What does your character lie about?
Khravos will never admit to feeling rage. In his training, serenity and peace were the most valued ideals, and he was expected to be able to completely rid his soul of rage and hate. However, to his shame, Khravos still finds himself unable to feel calm before certain confrontations. He struggles to submerge it, but to admit feeling it would be to him like admitting he failed as a student.
What is your defining strength?
Khravos has spent his life unifying body and will, and considers his ability to temper power with mercy his most valued strength.
What is your motto?
Strength through serenity.
What is your most treasured possession?
Khravos left the monastery with nothing but his clothes and simple weapons of self-defense. His training discourages him from placing value on material possessions, but he still values a simple token he received from the first human who treated him as a friend. This is an iron figurine of a castle etched into the side of a cliff. It reminds him of his home, and also of the people he has met on his travels, and he takes it out when he meditates.

Khravos, love it!
Been a busy day, sorry, guys. Went and visited my mum, and dealt with kids and sleepovers.
Okay! Claps hands together in excitement. I think I am going to extend the deadline (or make it official, I guess) to Sunday night. I've noticed a lot of people just coming back from holidays and such, and I want to give anyone who doesn't get on here until after their hangover has subsided an opportunity to at least be considered.
You guys have put forth some brilliant character designs and concepts, and I appreciate you considering letting me tell my version of the events in Sandpoint. Hopefully I tell a story some of you will enjoy.
Do YOU GUYS have any questions for the others? If they've ever been in love, if they've ever taken a life, whats the sickest they've ever been? Anything. Feel free to present them to the group.
And if you have any more questions for me, let me know. I will likely ask a few more in the next few days.
Also, if you'd like to role-play events at the Swallowtail Festival, that would be completely acceptable. It'd be nice to potentially see some role-playing in action. If not, no worries. :)

Watches-Shadow-Behind-You is a halfling shaman from one of the tribes of the Talenta Plains. When his son and and granddaughter disappeared one night, he went walkabout with his raven to look for them. He found evidence of a struggle and followed some tracks to the lightning rail system. He found his granddaughter's doll on the train and bartered some healing magic in exchange for a ride. One of the porters said he remembered seeing a young halfling girl get off at a station in Breland. He disembarked there to continue the search. It has been weeks now and has been saddened that no new leads have appeared. He has survived here by taking donations for healing the sick and injured. His faith that the spirits will guide him to where he needs to be is still strong. Perhaps he can find his path through helping others?

Alright guys, you may have already stated it, but for ease of me writing all of these characters down:
If you had to list a class (yes it can change) what is your starting class and race for your character?
Do you plan on multi-classing? Prestige classes?
What're you drinking for New Years? And what's your character drinking?
Happy New Years, mates. I hope to see you all on the other side.
