Wyrmlord Ulwai Stormcaller |

The sound of clapping fills the suddenly quiet chamber as Ulwai Stormcaller applauds your efforts.
"Most impressive. The High Wyrmlord's burrowing pets are now defeated. I don't think anyone even had such an opportunity to try such a thing. This is going to make quite the story. Mind you, I don't think Azur Kul is going to forgive you for that."

DM Harpwizard |

The air in this large cavern is cold and smells musty. Thick carpets of pallid fungus grow around the stalagmites that cover the floor of this cave, and razor-sharp stalactites hang from the ceiling above. The cave's floor has three tiers, each rising ten feet above the one before it. The ceiling slopes upward to the north as well, never reaching a a height of more than twenty feet. To the far north, a fifteen-foot-wide passageway continues north. To the south, a massive, irregular pit yawns into darkness.
Go ahead and move yourselves deeper into the fane. Three DC 10 climb checks to get to the Northeast Corner of the map.

"No doubt he will have opportunity to express his displeasure soon enough"
"Red, my dear, shall I assume that you do not have pets or animal companions back in Galt? I would have thought that you would have had more sympathy for a Wyrmlord and his companions."
We'll talk about forgiveness, as soon as we stick a sword up his arse."
"I imagine that from your height, that is the best angle to stab at anyone."

Tomkin the Doughty |

Tom looks at the very top, and rather than climb, he moves quickly with his mount through the ether and appears at the top. He is concerned that there may be an ambush of the climbers, and once to get a close look.

Rebel Red |

Red can't fail those checks
The bard makes it look easy as he traverses the terrain "I have sympathy towards the creatures we slew, no sympathy for the Wyrmlord. In Galt, one also tries not to concern themselves with too much sympathy, we are normally preoccupied with not getting killed in the latest glorious revolution"

DM Harpwizard |

An enormous blue-scaled creature lumbers into view bearing a huge sword and bearing a dragon skull as a shield. Its head looks something like that of a blue dragon, and as it gnashes its teeth and bangs its sword against its shield, electricity sparks from its mouth and weapon.
In a loud booming voice it declares,
This creature is a bluespawn godslayer, a rarely encountered monstrous humanoid related to blue dragons. This result reveals all monstrous humanoid traits.
Bluespawn godslayers are immune to electricity, paralysis, and sleep, and their blows deliver a dangerous electrical charge.
Bluespawn godslayers hate good dragons and good outsiders. Their attacks against such creatures are particularly potent.
Bluespawn godslayers are born only to blue dragons by some twist of fate.
DC Result
Bluespawn godslayers are some of Tiamat's spawn.
Bluespawn godslayers worship Tiamat and serve her armies as heavy troops.
Bluespawn godslayers are born to blue dragons blessed by Tiamat.

Out of Initiative
As the Bluespwan Godslayer bleeds out on the floor, you peer ahead to see a circular chamber dominated by a three tiered circular platform. Five sinuous stone dragon necks arc up from around the second tier, their heads turned upward to aim open maws at a pulsating hemisphere set in the ceiling above. Within each of the dragon's jaws glows a brilliant sphere of rapidly pulsating light, shifting from white to red to green to blue to black. The ceiling in this area rises to a thirty foot-high dome. An alcove to the north houses a ten-foot-wide shaft leading up through the ceiling.

Wyrmlord Ulwai Stormcaller |

"This is going to make a most exciting tale to tell! Red nearly dies, but survives enough to ask for a bandage. How thrilling! You must be making the High Wyrmlord rather angry if he is summoning one of Tiamat's Godslayers to take you out. I cannot believe I am here to witness this!"
