Sam flows down through the trap door and into the Entry ... tracking along the rooms and up the stairs taking note of what he sess.
ENTRY
This twenty-foot-wide, fifteen-foot-deep room contains no furnishings. Arrow slits perforate the western and eastern walls - three arrow slits per wall. Six men and women dressed in leathers and their faces painted in Last Laugh white and black skulk in the shadows.
CROSSBOW BATTERY TRAP
Five heavy crossbows are rigged up in this room on iron tripods. Fishing lines are strung from the firing mechanism to the door handle
COMMON ROOMS
This room used to be a common room of the inn and still contains some wooden chairs and tables. THe fireplace that once stood agsint the south wall has been dismantled and removed. Four timber pillars support the ceiling and curtained alcoves line the north wall. A wooden staircase leads up to the barracks. Two Last Laugh thugs hide under the stairs
SPIKED ROOMS
Behind the curtains, the floors of these rooms are lined with grids of iron spikes as tall as short swords. Two last laugh thugs hide behind the western curtain.
BARRACKS
Fifteen wooden cots are spread around this room. Sam spies another tight fitting secret door in the northern wall. Four last laugh thugs and two shaved head, lithe build face-painted unarmed men that look identical stand tense and ready in the room flashing hand signs at each other.
EMPTY BEDROOM
All of the furniture has been removed from these rooms, and a fine layer of dust covers the wooden floor.

Tlanextic Init: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Magma charges forward breaking through the ice causing minor explosions of ice and energy. (Take Cold: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 2) = 6 damage and Negative Energy: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 3) = 14 damage) He stops just short of the devil and swings hard catching the devil before it puts up its guard. It's hard carapace absorbs some of the blow, but cracks appear. It returns with a barrage of attacks from its spear, tail and mandibles, but the hearty stonechilde is able to deflect most of the hits.
Nowai casts a spell and Epik charges forward moving past Magma and breaking another thread. (Take Cold: 1d6 ⇒ 5 and Neg: 1d6 ⇒ 5 damage.) The gelugon attempts to skewer the paladin as he moves in under his guard, stabbing him cleanly with a freezing blow that saps at his very speed. (Make a Fort Save DC23 or be slowed for 1d6 ⇒ 2 rounds)
Now that the devil is on guard, however, he is able to parry Epik's blow, its cold alien eyes tracking the glowing white blade cautiosly.

Tlanextic appears and fires two rays of fire from his eyes. The fire washes across the devil harmlessly.

Magma swings and misses twice, deflected by the devil's superior armor. The devil responds by stepping back and shooting ice from the tip of his spear forming a foot-thick wall of ice behind Nowzai and blocking off Tlanextic.
Epik steps in with a series of poorly executed blows and the insectoid beast once again parries everything easily after he ducks under the ray of magic fired from Nowzai.

So a couple of ideas for how to proceed
1 Set the building on fire at the furthest point away from the room I can't get into, to distract the guards, though if I missed some a room or something we may all burn to death looking for him
2 I could lob a fireball into the house possibly killing several guards, possibly setting the house on fire, D-Door into the room we think he is in, just grab him and teleport out and ignore anything that is in the room with him (we could do that second part without the fireball honestly)
Or any ideas you all have. Can anyone cast Silence?

Magma continues to move in and attack the devil, and gets through once, crumpling insectoid plates. The devil responds with a serious of lighting fast thrusts and tail lashes at Epik and Magma, the slowing influence of its cold seeping through its spear and tail sucking at the paladin and warrior's energy. (1 save for Epik and 2 for Magma below)
Nowzai blasts a small hole in the creature and gains its attention for a moment before Epik carves a smoking wound out of the creature's shoulder eliciting and alien shriek.

Chatted with Nemoris this weekend he was going to check his spells to see if he could cast silence, otherwise I will throw a fireball and then we can TP in
So get any spells prepped you want, you will all be able to act when we port in, only I won't be able to act. I would recommend that Fellian have a hold person held ready to throw at any bad guys we see
