Just when I was starting to really recover from my breakup, my beautiful spaniel Ruby-Charles died this morning. She was my first real pet, and she's left some big fuzzy boots to fill. Posting may be a bit hit-and-miss while I try to heal. Sorry to do this again so soon, but sometimes the d20 of life falls on a 1.
I'm sorry to hear that. Keep it up though! Life may have rolled a few 1s against you but if youstay strong it will also give you a lot of natural 20s!
Edit: quick update. I tried to contact Aerodus a few days ago but I didn't get any answers back yet. I'm wiling to give him until we complete this encounter (it's not like we are making haste anyway... :P) and then I'll re open recruitment.
I think I'm about due for a string of 20s by now.
I'm starting to worry about Aerodus' player. They're in another game with me, and haven't posted there in a while either. Hope they're alright.
I was going to mention Aerodus as well. I'm not advocating for immediate replacement, but knowing what's going on would be nice.

Eh... there's not much we can do, beside hoping for the best. I had this great DM for PFS PbP games, a really great guy, quick and very competent in his posting. Suddenly he sends all of us players a message telling us he's gone to France for a vacation and lost his passport, hopes to get back soon. It's been an year and half since I last heard from him, that was his last message. I hope nothing happened to him and he just got bored with PF and moved on, but there's not anything else I can do, unfortunately.
Oh dear... That is worrying. :/

Personally I believe he got bored with PFS and moved on, but I have no elements to confirm it. He was certainly constant in his posting until that moment though.

Looking forward to this moving again. Also, as a side project, I've started writing an in-character journal for Veccio... downloaded about eighty fonts trying to find one that suited his handwriting and everything. Apparently I am a madwoman.
holy crap, I'm so sorry guys. I totally spazed trying to get used to the new home set up... and kinda emersed in fallout 4... Anyway, everyone's home and doing well. While I'm still heavily relied on to watch over my sister-in-law while she's recovering, I should readily have a computer nearby to post.
Just for fun, I decided to start keeping journals for my characters, and since Veccio is at the top of my campaigns tab, I did his first. You can find it here if you're interested; it covers the week or so leading up to the protest, and the day itself. I took liberties with the dates; hope that's alright. I'll try to keep it updated, but I am a bit of a scatterbrain.
I've updated the loot sheet with everything we've found in the Livery. I've noted which items haven't been identified or appraised, and where they were found, so we can examine them at a later date.
I think Izzy should get the cloak of elvenkind, as she's most likely to be sneaking ahead and needing it. I'll take the magic armour; it drops my AC by one, but eliminates my ACP on acrobatics, which is a win. We should distribute the raven figures - one each to Veccio, Mel, Izzy, Abby, and Rexus, since Aerodus no longer seems to be with us. I have no real thoughts on the rest, though I'll note that I can finesse the morningstar. Let me know who's carrying what and I'll put it on (or do so yourself, it should be open for edits).

That's right, i forgot you were melee too. I guess it's cause I typically play my bards as ranged characters. In that case I say the morning star should go to whoever will get the most use out of it i.e. more likely to hit.

new healer. Doesn't have to be a cleric. Also doesn't have to be a healer so long as the GM is willing to drop some healing potions every now and then. I mean Mel and I can off heal if need be.

Hi there. Just chiming in to let you know the game IS NOT DEAD. Holidays, job(s) and my degree mixed togheter in a deadly (well, almost) combination but I've not forgotten about the game. Sorry for the delays, but I think things will be getting to normal soon enough (or not... if I fail the deadline for my thesis XD).

I 'ave just one or two questions about your choice (by Desna, I need to drop this accent!). Okay, here goes.
1. You are aware that evangelist clerics are basically bards, right? They have bardic performance rounds and tend to be people persons, the same as bards. I ask because I'm not one of the specializations of bard that give up performance and I don't intend to be one. It's not part of the flavor for Meliandri at all.
2. Given that evangelists give up channel and spontaneous healing until level 3, I'm curious how this solves that weakness in the party. I agree with Isabella's post above that we don't need a healer, especially if we can get access to a Wand of CLW soonish, but to bring in another cleric that doesn't heal seems iffy to me.
