After Lost Gamer made such a grand entry with Theodric, we seem to have lost him :( He also doesn't post in two other games he was DM'ing. I hope he's all right.

I hope I do not get 'punched out' by Jevalt or Morenso.

Family ... my mother will spend Xmas in hospital, she's been moved to a recuperation hospital. I expect she will be out in the New Year, I will still have a lot of rushing up and down to her, but probably only at the weekends.

Xmas plans.... 23rd to 27th I will be away from the internet and opening presents and watching the kids and wife opening their presents. Returning back once the turkey has settled neatly in my stomach...and the stuffing...and the chocolates .. and the mince pies ..and a little wine...and liqueurs...and a few cocktails...

Hopefully the New Year will get easier.

So here's hoping you all have a very happy Christmas and we all have a Happy New Year. Enjoy the season and have fun and hope Santa brings you all those things you put on your list.

I spent the holidays in the hospital. Just getting back to work tomorrow. I'll be back up to speed in a day or two.

The new year begins, and we should be getting up to speed again. Although loosing my last post hasn't helped, back to the keyboard again.

Next week, my mother is coming out of hospital and I shall be unavailable for the majority of next week, Monday - Thursday (9th-12th Jan). So if you guys can start to decide what you want to be doing next in the game, then we can start more interaction/encounter/exploring type activity from 13th Jan onwards. Current game time is probably about 7pm evening...so anything for the rest of the night or plans for tomorrow morning.

Stroll to the statue just to look at it and back. I see a trip to the temple next to work our diplomatic magic on them.

Anyway, I hope for Jevalt's sake that Captain Kronos is no where near. That guy is boss.

They are not constrained by the nature of their vampire line so spend the night in such a bed. Some may sleep in coffins but those who try to disguise their vampire blood line and move in humanoid society would not seek to rest in coffins. In the same way vampires are harmed by daylight, whereas dhampirs are just disadvantaged.

Okay, to be honest, there's one thing I do not get.

In the Campaign guide, and Inner Sea blah blah blah, it says if you start as a Varisian you start with Common and Varisian language for free. Then when people make characters, if they have an intelligence bonus, they get another language.

Which means that Miss Eilinica shouldn't know Celestial because she has only average intelligence, poo... I don't know why it even said "one additional" if she couldn't know another language. Grrr.

I am ready for next day. Maybe you can make their saves.

The next day dawns, it really does, the sounds of birds are heard outside in a chorus of joyful song. The clouds have lost their gray and patches of blue allow the yellow orb above to bring warmth to Ravengro. It's as though the world itself has finished its mourning for the late professor. A new day, with joyous possibilities has arrived, as you pull back the curtains to your rooms. You wonder is this the same dreadful town you entered yesterday?

Downstairs the smell of bacon and coffee sweep through the house, it is time to rise. You hear Kendra moving about below.

It's about 7am

OK, I'm away now for a few days as explained previously...will pick up in a few days.

I hope that I'll be able to post more often soon, took some time to catch up with my family stuff. Should be back to a better posting rate next week hopefully.

Traveling back to the US tomorrow morning. Will be unavailable for a few days. Brain is a bit scattered at the moment since I won't be seeing my husband for the next six months, so I'll try to post something decent at the beginning of the week rather than dialing it in now.

i am having some health problems at the moment. I am following, but it's difficult to get up the energy to post. go ahead and move on without me if needed.

Ereviss is not trying to be a "total" narcissist. I like magic to have an effect--the high roleplaying standard from the beginning made me want to improve on the boring traditional 'Ereviss performs and the party gets a buff' effect. I made the bardic buff be triggered by him crafting a story and the names on the page of his draft script are those gifted with an ability to solve puzzles and mysteries better because he bends them to his idea of a play or a story.

If that is corny, let me know.

Things with my mother mean I'm unable to provide you with the sort of response to keep the game going as it should. I am very sorry, if you want to get a GM then please advertise, I'll be more than happy to help any new GM to get you going. Until that time, I'll try and keep you going. I am most sorry about this as until this happened I was really enjoying taking you through the adventure.

I'm even having to cut down my RL gaming to once a week too, that's how much things have changed.

I perfectly understand Deevor, as my schedule at home has recently been far busier than it has been in a long time. I've recently had to do the same thing. Hope everything goes well with your mom.

I fully understand. I can definitely wait and will take the time you have. It looks like we have had some attrition, but enough to continue.

I could offer to co-DM this game until Deevor's RL situation gets better (hopefully everything's going well there!), but I would definitely make a much worse DM than him (or Chainmail, or Hector, or Hu5tru for that matter... I'm a n00b.) But I really want to see Merenso through this adventure, too. It's a damn shame this game stopped so early.

Camris, are you planning on playing along with DMing? If not, then we definitely have to recruit. If yes, then maybe we can make do, although having no full casters can hurt. Or maybe it's easier to just open up the DM and player search again, so as not to strain you with running 4 games along with playing.

Please have someone take on the DMing....
