I just wanted to post that the PFS PbP Game Day 3 is beginning Nov 1. We are supposed to be getting official word on it (well last night) soon, and I am going to be posting some Games up soon. Still a bit undecided what just yet. Might wait for the new scenario, or might do something else. If you are interested, look for DM B's ___________ in the recruitment. Check out THIS for now for more details, particularly the last half of page 2.

I also wanted to say my plan is to try to split my time evenly if I can, and not have this game slow down for the others. Also, I'm kind of waiting for a few more people to jump on in so we can go. I'm ready, just not sure what the delay is. Some people have posted, and normally that is enough to kind of kick of the game. Might be the holidays/Game Day/week-end lull, but I do hope this runs quickly and smoothly.

Ok, guys/gals, not sure what's going on here. The Game has been officially open for roughly half a week, and unofficially long than that, but we only have 2 people posting in the game actual game thread. I know Dragorin said they would be out, but we started without them. The goal was to try to play this fast and hopefully get done around the start of the Game Day, either to free up your characters or play something else as part of the Game Day. I'm not angry, just trying to get this going again, and find out what the issue is?

A few rules mechanics in play right now.

The ash storm is creating "windstorm" level winds, which means normal ranged attacks are impossible, Medium and smaller creature need to make a (free action) Str Check to move, Small creatures have a chance to be literally blown away, and you take a -8 to Fly checks.

I'm going to rule that the burial mounds help to protect you against most of the winds at ground level, (so no Str check to move, and you do not begin to choke immediately). However, flying even 5ft or 10ft up from the ground might be full blast.

Until you get to shelter, you are going to take damage each round, no save. Yes, the author hates your characters. . .

There is more you are not aware of (yet). Author really hates your characters. . .

If everything is correct, don't need to repost. :)

Ok, so I wanted to point out that they do have reach weapons, and <ooc> can make AoO's even if Flat Footed.

The reason I bring this up, and I wasn't sure if Alan is Charging or charging, is that you might or might not make the Acrobatics check. Moving at full speed increases the DC by 10. Secondly, based on the specified tactics I have to run with, he does have something that might wreck Alan's world, regardless of AC.

Secondly, I want to point out, again, this is ooc, he does have some Save or Die abilities, (in both SubTiers), because he has a retarded prestige class. You wouldn't really have a feasible way to know this yet until he casts up close, (if he does), but I just wanted to give fair warning.

I don't want to kill a player, (joking aside), but I'm also a believer in let the dice fall where they may.

It looks like you fall 5ft short of reaching him unless you charge, and that's even going through the threatened area, unless I'm missing something? As for Xiaobo, because of the warning (talking is a free action that can be done out of turn), I'll let him change actions if he wants.
