Also, I meant to say this out loud. "I have better sight than regular humans in the dark, but I am not as stealthy."

Briar and Fondo approach the building. They get right up against it by the double doors in front and no alarm is raised. However neither do they hear anything within. The windows are not shuttered, but it is dark within and the little light from the moon is not sufficient to see what lies beyond the glass.

The angle of the moon may allow you to look inside from the other side of the building however.

Dandi follows at a distance, ideally finding a place where she has both those that went and those that didn't in sight, or at least hearing.

Briar thinks he might, maybe, have heard some coughing in the back lower level. Nothing closer than that though - or at least nothing loud enough to be heard through the walls and doors of the fishery.

You will notice the strong stench as well. Strong enough to curdle your stomach a bit - even from the street. You can only imagine what must lie await for you inside.

As you look around a little in front, you'll notice that the walkway to the right of the building as you face it is quite slick and slippery, but the other seems to be clear and (more or less) maintained.

Dandilion is able to get into the shadow of a doorway about half way between the two groups. Being only a few doors down, you can easily see, and hear, the goings on of both groups. For no particular reason, please give me a stealth check (you can take 10 of course).

Barael stirs, unable to close his eyes. He looks across the abandoned shop, lets his eyes adjust, and recognizes Nikolay and Charlie still remain. He tries to take a spot at observing the front door of the fishery.

"There's something about you that hits me familiar, Nikolay," as Barael gnaws on the remaining chunk of bread. "The only things I grasp at in the haze might be crossing paths with you, if you'd been with the guard... or you passed time in a cold stone cell against your will...(chuckles)."

Barael sniffs his wrist again, looks resigned to something that will never come to pass. He proceeds to gather dirt and moisture, rubs them in his palms, and starts to smear his wrists, and his neck behind his ears. Let's hope this covers the smell of the cologne. Won't do to have someone smelling me before they see me.

Barael waits for a sign that his blade is needed across the way.

There is no skiff visible from the front of the building. I presume the party bunches up in front of the main double doors at R10-11 on the Map. (You could also go onto the creaky docks to the west to those doors, or search around the back on the slippery & slimy docks to the east.)

You hear no noise on the other side of the doors and see nothing through the grimy window without a light source.

Elf:
HP:113/113 AC: 21 (f17/t16)): K(Arc) +17, K(His) +7, K(Pl) +20, K(Rel) +20, Per +24, Sense +12, Spllcft +24/26

Briar moves to the doors at OP:4/5, if not there already.

Briar will gently try the doors.

Male Human (Init +7 | Per +16 | Fort +16 Ref +15 Will +11* +1 enchant, +4 language & sonic | AC 32 (f25/t19) | CMD36*)

Fondo had been trying to go down to ehe water's edge a few doors down, looking for ways to get to the building from the water line. The closest equivalent in the options you suggest would probably be the docks to the east. Naturally those would require great care to descend...

"Do you think we should risk slipping?" Fondo looks for somewhere to tie a dry rope, to use in lieu of or addition to a hand rail.

Briar - As you approach the doors, the dock creaks a little underfoot. You do not hear any noise from the other side of the doors however, and the doors are locked.

Fondo it will require an Acrobatics check at least. Closer examination reveals that much of the wood on that side of the building is rotted in addition to being slick and slippery. You'll have to be extra careful not to fall through to the water below.

From a few doors away, you can't see much behind the fishery. From the west you think you can make out a skiff tied up below the main building, but it's hard to say for sure if it's a usable watercraft or rotted like the pier.
