One action only folks - there are 'per round' spells going so we're going by rounds. Fondo and Barael are not able to react to Dandilion quickly enough to stop her as she follows Nikolay into the room - and beyond. 'course it can also be argued that Dandilion is taking more than one action, but this is more fun...

Dandilion:
This large chamber, perhaps once a stable or kennel, has been gutted. Wooden partitions that may have been stalls lie shattered and burnt, leaving only divots in the walls, floor, ceiling, and a few stone support pillars. The floor is a tangle of broken beams, dung heaps crawling with vermin, and the occasional gleam of polished bone. The whole chamber is shadowy and dim, the darkness seeming almost palpable.

In the middle of all this is a most unusual sight that you can just make out in the dark chamber. Two extremely unusual skeletons are dancing with each other to the tune of some unknown song.

One (S1) is no taller than a short halfling, while the other (S2) towers at just over seven feet in height. Both wear identical outfits of form fitting black leather with tight, black leather masks covering their heads. Each mask has a stitched seam running from forehead to jaw line to seal it in place.

The shorter one's left leg is missing, replaced by what appears to have been a chair or table leg. The taller has abnormally long arms that, when they hang at his side, reach to mid calf. It makes for a very comical dance, but it looks like they're having a lot of fun.

Dandilion walks, almost casually, right up to the door. Nothing grabs her as yet. Laori walks out into the courtyard with the others. Majenko hops off Barael's shoulder and begins to dance, inspiring courage... We're expecting it any round, right?

O3 is fine. Briar can now see what looks like the white glimmer of bone shrouded in shadows - but much to small to be a dragon as well. It looks to be two skeletons...dancing? He perceives nothing else at the moment.

The stairs he's flying over climb to the second level and lead to a pair of double doors into the donjon beyond.

Just to be clear, the courtyard is open to the sky. I've alluded to it, but I'm not sure I've actually mentioned it outright. Sorry for the unclarity.

Charlie, a reminder that Fondo provides a +6 fear save bonus at all times to folks within 30 feet. It does NOT stack with Remove Fear. I assume that it's a strong enough bonus that others feel palpably at ease, though DM_Euan may disagree.

Your one question is special attacks. Why yes, they do have a special attack. All those who view the dance (that's everyone except Charlie at this point) make a save (Will) or lose Int, Wis and Charisma (damage) every round. It's called Horrific Pantomime and it's a unique ability. It's also (Wis check DC 20) very hard to spot in yourself until it's too late.Technically it's been going on two rounds for Dandilion and one for everyone else.

Dandilion:
Please make a DC 18 Willpower save or lose 1d4 ⇒ 4 Int, 1d4 ⇒ 2 Wis, and 1d4 ⇒ 3 Cha this round from your dancing. It's a DC 20 Wisdom check to notice the loss - but I just critted on your behalf so you do in fact notice. (see DM rolls spoiler)

Holy wow... you guys are on a tear...

Barael watches with horror as fellow rodent dances out of the mousehole, with no fear of cat paw, claw, or maw. He freezes in place, looking skyward, then back at Dandi, where his eyes catch the shifting bones.

He feels a mixture of relief and shame as Fondo and Nik pursue her to the doors. Doors that no doubt allow passage for something large. We should have known better. Fondo should have understood better. His damnable ornate speech almost lead to her... what... is... that...?

The skeletal creatures continue their dance as the party reacts hostilely, but a new foe enters the field of battle. From the battlements high above, the umbral dragon (image) descends, landing just behind the party. You only notice this for two reasons - one, the whole back group (Briar, Barael, Laori, Charlie, and Majenko) is shrouded in silence, and two, his breath weapon breaks his invisibility.

Everyone in the cone (that’d be everyone just for reference) please make a DC 23 fortitude or take 6 strength damage and be blinded for 1d6 ⇒ 4 rounds. If you make your save, please lose 1d4 ⇒ 4 strength instead (and no blindness). Also, it has a frightful presence, so please make a DC 23 willpower save or be shaken. The second save is a fear effect.

Please note some of you may be immune to the dragon's breath and many of you have various bonuses to the fear save.

Fondo provides a variety of support services including aiding Dandilion in dispelling the silence. Dandilion dispels the silence spell which was so vexing her. Charlie fervors the party as he himself steps back a bit, nearly crushed under his own weight. Barael, reeling from his failures, tries to attack the dragon invisibly. The dragon spots him though and gives him a little kiss, while he missed the dragon with his own strike. Nikolay rushes into the combat, but cannot quite land a strike. Briar moves to put a wall between him and the dragon and prepares for his combat behind an arrow slit.

The two skeletal figures continue to dance with Dandilion. DC 18 will save or lose Int: 1d4 ⇒ 2, Wis: 1d4 ⇒ 2, and Cha: 1d4 ⇒ 4. They seemingly ignore Fondo’s attacks (though they are, as far as you can tell, being damaged by them).

I think your concentration check is too high. You're level 11, plus 6 for your Charisma bonus, gets to 17 I think, not 24. Also, you're out of reach of the dragon so no need to cast defensively. You'll make it either way if you want to be sure I don't have some trick up my sleeve...

Fondo blazes three hits on his foe, and the skeletal figure finally falls in a pile of ‘bones’. Dandilion reduces herself and dances forward toward the dragon. Charlie steps back out of reach, but just in case casts defensively and heals his eyes - and strength drain. Barael, though he works hard through his blindness, cannot land a strike - critical or otherwise. He does do a nice bit of prose however. Nikolay steps up and delivers two mighty blows - and his vampiric touch does go through! Briar, from his hidey-hole lines up the dragon through an arrow slit and connects thrice!

The remaining skeleton continue to dance with Dandilion, and seems saddened when she leaves him to dance on her own in the room. Dandilion DC 18 will save or lose Int: 1d4 ⇒ 3, Wis: 1d4 ⇒ 2, and Cha: 1d4 ⇒ 2.

Frustrated at how the combat is going thus far, and his inability to stab at the creature doing him so much harm (Briar), he instead takes it out on the target doing so much damage with few hits - Nikolay, whittling down his mirror images. He sidles 5’ to the right and lands (well he landed last round but I forgot to mention it). He wraps his bulk around a small shallow pool, likely used to water horses in the day.
