Ian_Moone |

Well, dear, this jumpy fellow is Tiberius. And this woman here by the table is going to take drink orders. Your choice? Ian slides back his chair and pats his leg, offering Myali a seat.

Myali Cyredathem |

Myali takes a seat in Ian's lap. Nice to meet you Tibrius. Myali nods towards the jumpy fellow. Elven wine, please. Myali says to the barmaid as she adjusts her shirts to sit comfortable in Ian's lap.
Ian if you are not busy in town tonight would you please come home for a while? Myali asks quietly in elven.

Ian_Moone |

Respondes in Elven:Of course dear, I have just finished some critical business, so I am definitely free for a bit.
In Common:Honey mead, if you will miss. I will also be paying for this one's drinks Ian bounces Myali jokingly.

Ian_Moone |

Elven That would be lovely dear. And I am sure it would give you piece of mind if I was not sleeping in the same building as my girls.
Draconic Ness, no. That is not ours. I will get you something of your own.
Common Excuse me miss, would you mind bringing me some grilled tilapia?

Lot the Kobold |

Lot walks into the inn where Ian and his company are currently drinking at, screaming in Draconic "There you are, Catman! You are not an easy one to find! Are these your companions? Wait a second... YOU! You jumped through my shade roof! I'll freeze you to death!"
Of course, unless people in the room speak Draconic, it just sounds like he's hissing and spitting. Granted, the hissing and spitting sound angry, but the words are undefined.
Saved by the bell, Ian!

Tiberius "Spear-Head" |

Tiberius looks over at the Kobold with a grin under his helmet
Done any...LOLLYGAGGING sense our last meeting lizard man? The spearton lets out a self amused chuckle as he taunts the little bugger. Still, he is a mage, Tiberius keeps his hand on his spear which is to his side for any sudden movements. In reality he is almost ITCHING to have the Kobold do something, that is just his wisdom being sapped from the death of deep thought.

Vi Shelling |

Vi rolls her eyes at the fighting before speaking in Draconic to Lot first Must we be figthting and what is this treasure you are speaking of little one She then turns to Tiberius Can we try not to burn this place down...I am sure the owner is sick of fighting and the place catching on fire and would like a nice evening for once.
diplomacy on the two: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Tiberius "Spear-Head" |

There is some grumbleing as the sea water hits his armor. You can see his eyes twitching just a little. He wants to kill the kobold but, its too late in the evening for bloodshed outside of a warzone.
I will deal with you later Kobold... The spearton gets up and walks back over to his jump spot.
My welcome seems to be warn. Good day to you all, keep the peace. He jumps out and the entire bar gives a sigh of relief.

The Nameless GM |
As the party continues to debate and speak, Tiberius finds himself on the roof tops again, this time just looking out on the city.
A small group is gathering around a tent near the front of the Admin building. A quick glance will tell Tiberius that the people gathering are adventurers of sorts. Rogues, Fighters, even Clerics and Wizards all gather to see what's going on.
Lot remembers something very important that he was supposed to tell the party. It involves going and signing up for the expedition for the North. If they don't sign up, they get left in the dust and they won't get any treasure.
Nessie gets curious and looks under the table after finishing her fish, bones and all. Talrin sees a dragon's face looking at her from the table and tilts her head in curiosity. After a few minutes of smelling each other and inquisitive looks, Nessie and Talrin snuggle up together, taking a nap under the table.
At this point, a representative comes into the tavern and places a notice on the community board. It catches the eyes of a few members of the tavern, several of them eagerly heading out.

The Nameless GM |
The number of people at the stand quickly disperse at Tiberius' entrance, but a few remain. The stand attendant doesn't seem phased.
"Welcome, good sir. I'd ask you to go to the back of the line, but it appears that you have scared most of them away.Would you be interested in joining an expedition to the North? There is tale of an ancient civilization buried beneath the ice and we need a few good experience adventurers to protect a caravan headed that way. I'm certain your spear and shield will be more than enough to secure the expedition. Did I mention that there is treasure involved?"
The stand attendance holds up a sheet of paper and a quill. "Just signed contract and we will be on our way."

Tiberius "Spear-Head" |

I guess. I seem to have nothing fun to do here anyway anymore. He takes the quill and contract and draws a little spear where the signature should be and holds it back out to the man.
believe me if those weaklings fled because of me jumping in...they have no place in the field... He scoffs at those that fled and waits for the departure.

Ian_Moone |

The dragon ponders for a moment and smiles.
First you shall Collect 139,377 brown rocks for my home. Then, you shall slay Ug-Thak, Lord of Skulls! After that, you shall pilfer the lost staff of Mount Schuler, and bring it to me! Next, bring me the head of the Destroyer of Worlds! And Finally, you shall DANCE for my amusement!! Ahahahahah-
Ness's tirade is cut short by a sharp tap to the noggin from Ian. Nessie, play nice Ian states, before returning his attention to Myali.
Ok...then I would like you to get me another fish, dragonling.

Ian_Moone |

Nessie snaps the fish up eagerly. Then, very somberly pats the kobold and says Thank you dragonling. before returning to her new buddy the hyena.

Charles "incognito" White |

In Draconic Ive been working with this group for some time now, I tend to work in the shadows and the more "Shifty" jobs as you have somewhat stated. Nito stated in a slightly annoyed tone. I do think there shall be some traps that you will want to get rid of and my friends here are not as keen as me in finding said dangers...

Vi Shelling |

Vi grows bored as she watches the others talk, she gently rubs the head of her Hyena. The hyena barks happily before panting as she watches the nessie with curiosity. I am gonna assume that where the once was a croud of people is where we sign up considering the crowd dissipated. I think I shall go sign my name. As she looks out the window twirling a fork in her hand.

The Nameless GM |
After everyone has signed up, the day of the expedition arrives!
The journey to the northern colonies would take months to travel by land, so to save time and resources, the first two weeks of the journey will be by boat, aboard the good ship Claren Dare.
Named after the Northern Saint of Travelers and Fortune (Desna), the icebreaker will taking you 200 miles towards the Colonial Bay. The Captain and First Mate are husband and husband, Jarret and Christoph Forerunnist.
The first day's journey was simply the party getting to know the rest of the adventurers and the ship.
The Expedition Lead is a dwarf by the name of Scarlet Stoneforge. She believes that there is a city under the ice in the North and wants to see if it holds anything of historical significance. (She also determines if you get paid. No Scarlet, no paycheck.)
Day 4 aboard the Claren Dare, the weather starts to get cold and the water starts to get icy. Fortunately, "She's an Icebreaker! We'll get through this!" Captain Jarret exclaims every time a scholar or scientist who's never been on a ship before ask him if they're ok.
Day 7, things take a slight turn for the worse. The food starts to freeze as the galley didn't have proper insulation, and rations start to become the meal of the week.
Day 9, the first snowfall on the ship happens overnight. Being in the Northern Waters by now, snowfall is putting it lightly as the entire deck is iced over. The Captain loses one of his scouts in the night. A funeral at sea is held with the body being tossed overboard after a few words are said.
Day 11, things get very interesting...
Perception Checks and Fort Saves abound! If you have cold weather gear, you get a +4 to your save.

Tiberius "Spear-Head" |

Tiberius mostly keeps to himself. He is not that interested in talking with anyone. Hell, the man is bored as hell. He figured there would be more killing of innocent looking creatures and other things that would try to kill them.
gah...this cold is annoying... He stays near the front of the ship looking outward.
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 26 fort save
1d20 ⇒ 2 perception

Ian_Moone |

Wups, forgot to post what I was doing.
Ian spends most of the trip keeping morale up, performing for the crew
Perform (Day 1): 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (2) + 25 = 27
Perform (Day 2): 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (19) + 25 = 44
Perform (Day 3): 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (10) + 25 = 35

Perform (Day 10): 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (12) + 25 = 37
Perform (Day 11): 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (11) + 25 = 36
Nights are spent providing a different form of 'entertainment', for Myali only. And yes, Nessie is ejected from the room during these... 'private shows'
