Rosanna is fairly sure that the spirits that haunt the three doors cannot really be thought of as a creature themselves, but rather, as a presence bound to the location for a specific reason. Learning the reason might indicate how to best handle the "haunt," but the witch also guesses that positive energy will harm the spirits enough for them to disperse, at least temporarily.
