That is no natural beast. It has been constructed from several creatures; at the very least, Mindflayers, Beholders, and Rakshasas. An Elder Brain is one thing, but this thing was manufactured. If the Brains meant for it to be released, I dare say that they would have done so before now...

I recall stories from the time of the sun, when elves used do this to evil creatures and let them live. But if I recall correctly the stories only involved 1 or 2 spears. I suggest we try to trade with it...Information for its release. If we find its information is helpful we will come back and release it.

Just because it is 'Evil' does not mean that it is an ally to us, though... I am reluctant to release so apparently powerful a creature without the agreement of the Brain.

Arcane energy swirls around myron culminating in his hand and following his finger as he lifts his arm to point at the golem. A silvery light releases in a blast of purest arcane energy.

It's an arcane blast SLA with no spell resistance. SO not sure if it'll work or not.

Edit: Ninja'd. Also, you have to give up an arcane spell slot/prepared spell, and it's not an SLA, it's a Su effect.

Myron hits the construct with his arcane energy, it slows down a little as the arcane energy swirls down it, there is a scourch mark on its chest that is the only sign it was damaged
