Wagyu, are you having any issues posting? You have become fairly infrequent of late.

Everybody - I'm sorry about my reduced posting rate. With travel time, I'm usually gone from 8 in the morning to 9 at night most days, and since I have no internet access at work I sometimes struggle to keep up. 'm pretty confident that this will improve in a couple of months, though, so please bear with me until then.

FYI-
Myself, I'm getting ready to get a ton and a half of rain dumped on me by this hurricane wannabe in the gulf. So If I vanish this weekend, besides the usual reasons, (grillin, eatin' and drinkin'!) You now know why. :)

Apologies for that. The only actual posting issue I have is that it looks like work is now blocking Google docs, so I no longer have access to the maps while at work. The rest has been my fault. The past few weeks work had been unusually busy & I should have said something & compensated by checking from home more often & regularly. I've also never been good about checking on the weekend/holidays which I'll try to improve on.

And as for being more mindful, this work week looks like it may become a busy one, so it will be a good time for me to train myself to be more disciplined about checking from home.

Again, apologies for failing to keep up & failing to be mindful of everyone else's time.

No worries. If you are busy and may have difficulty posting, it's best to let us know. And work have blocked google.docs for me too. Grrrr....

Updated! I took Staggering Smite as my new power.

Just had a quick look at Heimoth. As a human he should get an extra feat and an extra at-will power (which he should have got at 1st level) but I can't see them on his sheet. Am I missing something?

He's a half-elf - so, yes. The Tide of iron power is his half-elf bonus power.

I took "Cunning Ferocity" for his 3rd level encounter power.

Standard Action
Attack Type: Melee Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: 1d20+7 vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8+3 damage, and each ally within 5 squares of Hasren gains a +2 bonus to damage rolls against the target until the end of Hasren's next turn.

Power details;

Do people have any particular desires when it comes to items. I'm trying to come up with stuff which is appropriate, but obviously there may be stuff you prefer. Don't worry if you can't think of anything, but it's helpful for me to know.

I really like my sword. After a quick look through the PHB, the Gauntlets of the ram is the one item that stands out. Beyond that, I'd be interested in any item that boosts my defenses.

I like just fine! :)
I haven't really looked at/for anything specific yet. But I like the toys so far.

I have a fondness for the ghostphase armor, from playing with my crazy mage on another thread. But otherwise nothing specific.

If I see something that screams 'Marc must have!' I'll put it on his Santa Claus wish list. ;)

I think I'm scoring pretty epic so far with re: items.

Assuming Heimoth's maxHP total is correct (48HP), he should be getting back at least 12HP/surge spent for healing because that's the general rule for healing with surges. (Healing surge = 1/4 maxHP - round down)

I looked up Lay on Hands & basically what it does is let Heimoth spend one of his surges to heal a target. The target regains as many HP as it would if it had spent a surge. i.e. if Heimoth heals himself, he'd spend a surge & get 12HP back, if Heimoth had healed Hasren, he'd spend a surge & Hasren would regain 9HP.

I'm mentioning this because I'm pretty sure we don't want our Defender shorting himself HP he deserves/needs! :D

Guys, I'm struggling a bit and need to pare back my online commitments. Giving it some thought, I'm afraid I'm going to end this campaign here. You are a great group but this AP hasn't really inspired me much - I don't think sandbox is really me. So I'm chosing Kingmaker as the one to fold. Apologies, and thanks for being with me thus far.

The other games are still ongoing. I have the 4e DS campaign and if people are interested I expect I can accommodate one or two more there, if you would like.
