Actually that not fire, it's thunder and probably won't hurt him, but it does give him -2 to hit until the end of Terra's next turn.
Heimoth knocks one foe back and moves to face another. Sefra slips behind one and plants a disabling strike.
Initiatives:
Terra 23
Aleph 18 (Concealed)
Hasren 18 (zone of courage +1 to hit for allies within 5)
Bandits 14 (bandit 6 bloodied, bandit 8 bloodied, bandit 9 bloodied, bandit 10 -3 to hit Sefra/bloodied)
Renegade Mage 12+ (-2 to hit)
Heimoth 12-
Sefra 7
Marc 4
Marc.

Marc gives a small but genuine smile to the two that charged him.
"Thank yew my good ruffians! NOW I can demonstrate how we do things where I'M from!" Marc crows cheerfully.
The muscular dandy takes a deep breath, and keeps taking it. Finally he stops, and exhales it all at in one fell blast of electricity that washes over the two bandits. In the aftermath of the blast, a nimbus of St Elmo's Fire still dances around him as he observes the results of his handiwork.
Use Daily Power, Sor Att 1, Lightning Breath,
Standard Action, Close Blast 3
Att: Cha vs Ref (+6)
Hit: 3d8+ Cha Mod (+4) Lightning Dmg [DM: 3d8+7 Lightning Dmg]
Miss: Half Dmg
Effect: Until the end of your next turn, whenever an enemy hits you with a melee attack, you push that enemy 1 square.
Dragon Magic: That enemy also takes 5 lightning dmg
Sustain Minor: The effect persists
2 att rolls, 1 dmg roll, correct? Still +1 to hit from hitting with basic att power earlier, Arcane Spellfury Feat
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 101d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 173d8 + 7 ⇒ (8, 5, 7) + 7 = 27
And UEOMNT I also have +1 to all defenses from the Dragonflame mantle, and do 1d6 fire to any who hit me as well (I do not think I can sustain that one though)

Assuming I'm figuring things right, Marc doesn't seem to be working in the +1 bonus to-hit Hasren is providing from his zone effect. I can't tell if Terra & her toad are or not, but from what I can tell I think she might be. I'm mentioning it now as there might be a chance it makes a difference for a couple of these rolls. The map at my last viewing shows only Sefra outside the zone of effect. It's only a +1 bonus, but it might help one of these day! :D

OK, not entirely sure how Terra an move to Z12 when the toad is there already, so I've left her at Z11. Map updated.
Marc's lightning breath crisps one bandit and gives the other a hair-raising experience. Meanwhile, Terra's flame seed engulfs the mage once again, surrounding him with hungrily-leaping orange tongues. However, the hungrily leaping tongue of her summoned toad fails to connect. And Aleph drags another bandit to Hell as infernal fires burn away another worthless soul.
B6 and B8 down.
Hasren.

At home today! I get to see the map! Yay!
Seeing the bandits about to be overwhelmed on the other side, Hasren advances on the bandit engaged with Marc and lays in with his blade. All the while he keeps up his boisterous war-chant.
Minor action sustain Song of Courage
Move action: advance to S12
Standard Action: Attack B7 with Warsong Strike 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21 vs AC; on Hit 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4 HP damage and any ally who hits B7 before the end of Hasren's next turn gains 3 tempHP

Hasren's blade slices a shallow cut on the bandit's hip. But the tide is turning definitively to the adventurers' advantage. The bandits' nerve is broken, their partners in crime lying broken around them, and all they can think about now is escape.
I'll update the bandits' actions and the map this evening when I can access it.

"Oh NOW you want to leave! A moment ago it was all, 'Yar! Grr! Get'em!' WHatever happened to Honor among thieves? Hey, Wait a moment! I'm talking to you!" Marc cries at the fleeing bandits backsides. He looks quite perturbed at their lack of courtesy.
"Hold on there! I'm not done with you yet sir! I have questions for you! And I shall have answers!" He cries, moving after the one that Hasren just whammied before their nerve broke.
If I can before he escapes, take 5' step forward to R13 should put me on a direct diagonal 10 squares away from B7. Then hit him with Frostbind Enc pwr (Vs Fort, cold dmg & -2 to Ref til EOMNT) To hit includes my Arcane spellfury Feat and Hasren's warsong bonus.
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 223d6 + 7 ⇒ (6, 6, 6) + 7 = 25

Well, it's Heimoth and Sefra first, unless they choose to delay. And you can't act before the bandits run away as your power isn't an interrupt. But you will be in range when it comes to your turn so you can still use it. Bear in mind B7 is also down a steep slope too so you will have to go and get him if you stop him running away (that was what his Acrobatics check was about - to stop him falling over).

"My watch, wasn't it? Well, I can hardly sleep NOW can I?" Marc chats amiably as they strip the bodies of anything remotely valuable and roll them down the hill as Heimoth suggested.
Probably out of touch til after turkey day. (It's at MY house this year, YAY?!?) SO Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! :)

"Indeed. I concur wholeheartedly. Vile miscreants who prey upon innocent travelers must not be tolerated!" Marc declares loudly, (and unnecessarily) as they start off.
"Oh look. New friends for you!" He tells his horse fondly as they discover the abandoned horses.
His horse nips at the grass, singularly unimpressed.
