Baergar sprints around behind Torak and swings a blow heavy with momentum.
Fleet Charge (Swift Action). Attack bypasses all DR. 1d20 + 47 ⇒ (15) + 47 = 62 for 3d6 + 2d6 + 49 ⇒ (3, 2, 5) + (5, 6) + 49 = 70 -237 Damage
Baergar follows up with a mad flurry of strikes.
1d20 + 37 ⇒ (8) + 37 = 45 for 3d6 + 2d6 + 49 ⇒ (3, 4, 6) + (5, 2) + 49 = 69
1d20 + 37 ⇒ (1) + 37 = 38 for 3d6 + 2d6 + 49 ⇒ (6, 4, 3) + (5, 1) + 49 = 68
1d20 + 32 ⇒ (17) + 32 = 49 for 3d6 + 2d6 + 49 ⇒ (1, 5, 6) + (4, 4) + 49 = 69 -237 Damage
1d20 + 27 ⇒ (15) + 27 = 42 for 3d6 + 2d6 + 49 ⇒ (3, 1, 2) + (1, 3) + 49 = 59 -237 Damage
Minus the Nat 1, if all hit, damage = 780

Lorelei snaps her fingers as Baergar's final blow misses their mutual foe. Time abruptly stops and then promptly rewinds, giving the Linnorm King a second chance. Star naturally giggles at the ironic use of this power.
Using my Misfortune revelation on Baergar's Nat 1 as an immediate action. He gets to reroll it.

That would be Baergar's Fleet Warrior.
You may move up to your full speed before or after making a full attack.
So basically, Baergar moves in Fleet Charge as a swift, Torak teleports away, Baergar then uses Fleet Warrior to cover the new distance between them, and then he full-round attacks Torak.

With his massive strikes, the half-orc before you falls. As the does, tattoos hidden below his armor activate and he explodes. I need a will save from Baergar, and anyone else with 20' of him.
Roll 1d10 and take that many permanent negative levels.

Fort 1d20 + 31 ⇒ (2) + 31 = 33
Will 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (5) + 26 = 31
Baergar stands over the body of Torak as the explosion claws at his mind and flesh.
"I have weathered Fafnheir. You are as nothing." He says to the corpse. The king stoops and cleans his blade on Torak's clothing before sheathing it once more.

Ya, Baergar should be the only one next to him. Go ahead and roll your d10 baergar.
With the detonation of Torak, the party may continue their rest if they wish. The only thing left of him is bits of vital organs and an obsidian ring, which clinks to the ground, appearing untouched by the blood and viscera around it. You were about an hour in when you were attacked. I'll save you time on the ring: you need higher than detect magic to gather info about it.

Manisha will try analyze dwoemer first. If that doesn't working, indicating an item of particular power (an artifact), she'll try Vision, using her wild arcana to pull the spell from deep within herself.
caster level check: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (8) + 22 = 30 success vs DC 20 with item at hand, (caster level 16 +4 from robes, +2 from wild arcana)
A second mythic point removes the fatigued condition from Vision

only 1 save. if you make the save, read that spoiler, fail, read that one. sorry it wasn't clearer.
As Manisha inspects the ring, she can sense that it is close to but not quite an artifact in power level. Here is the information she knows about it:
Ring of Inner Perfection: This ring, gifted to the first high priest of Irori, was made by Irori himself after he completed the test of the starstone. Meant as a defensive item to protect the wearer, this ring contains a small amount of the residual energy that powered Irori's change to a god.
This ring only works for a character who has a Ki Pool. It allows them to add the modifier from the attribute their Ki Pool is based on to their AC as an unnamed bonus. Due to the residual energy, the DC to use the Use Magic Device Skill on this ring is increased by 10.

While the arcanists examine the half-orc's remains, Star takes a moment to reach into her cloak and produce a small pouch of diamond dust. She rather carefully pours a handful of the stuff into her palm. After making some weird gestures with her hands for eighteen seconds, about half of the dust disappears, and Star looks a lot better.
"Here, Hiram," Lorelei says as she floats over to the much bigger man. She begins working on his injury as well.
Once her task is completed, Star addresses the rest of the group. "Anyone got an Alarm spell? We might as well secure the floor as best as possible in case this happens again. It'll be at least another two hours before we get moving."
She slips the pouch back into her Cloak of Darkness, puts a finger in her mouth, and then holds it in the air.
"My Screen is still up. Something tells me that it almost blocked us out. Might as well stay put if you want to keep resting."
With that said, Lorelei once more becomes Invisible and undetectable. She resists the urge to kick herself for not doing that before.
Torak needed an 18 roll and a Mythic Surge to reach the DC, so the Screen was good protection.
Casting Restoration on myself and Hiram to get rid of that pesky Con/Dex damage. That's 200 gp from my 5000 gp Restoration fund.

With her poach of diamond dust in her left hand, Lorelei floats over to Baergar and looks him over.
"It doesn't seem too bad, but we do need you at full strength," the Oracle muses. She tosses the tiny bag to her right hand and asks, "Want me to patch you up?"

"Save your diamond dust Lorelei, I can handle this."
Calling on the power conveyed to her by Calistria, she places her hand over Baergar's heart and sings a short phrase in Celestial, "Wounded this warrior be, restore essence to he." Her hand briefly glows with a golden light as the magic coalesces around Manisha's hand and is quickly absorbed into Baergar's body.
Another mythic point to call on her wild arcana and cast restoration from her spell list. Added via esoteric spells, no component from component freedom (1000 gold max).

the rest of his gear is so much chunky salsa, but you can see the fading aura that looks familiar: it's the same "hidden" aura that you detected on Grilka's (the half-orc guard from the first encounter) gear.
Lefty will note this, and his player will roll some knowledge checks when he's more awake.
