Or better put, the Hellenic Colonies. I tried a second campaign in Phaeselis, but now the World is broad enough to include a campaign outside of Phaeselis. Instead of playing in Fantasy Hellenistic Asia, I figure I'd explore Fantasy Hellenistic Europe.
This will be a pathfinder campaign, and you will get exposed to Monsters outside of the usual Greek/Olympian campaign (Bachaanals are still a feature).
Interested players will find that the game starts in Syracuse. But the players will be able to explore the land of Fantasy Hellenistic Europe and they may come across a certain, almost insignificant city that is ruled by a Senate of Patricians and Equestrians, and an Assembly of Plebians.
Monsters will be drawn from Celtic Myth (that's almost the whole Bestiary), with some encounters with Greek monsters as well. Adventures will take place in Italy, the South Coast of France, and the Land of Tarshish (Spain). Competing colonies are Phoenician colonies, with another insignificant city rising on North Libya (North Africa).
Okay, who is interested?

Character creation rules? Allowed classes? What's disallowed for sure and what's negotiable?
Go crazy, men and women.
Phaeselis Player's GuideForgot. Everyone does point buy. 20 points should be okay. Although the setting favors the rugged.

WOW... after looking at your wiki, this is really ambitious, really cool, and you have Psionics, my favorite mechanic of the previous system. I'm sold.
So what would it take to be allowed to play a Dragonborn Gifted Blade Soulknife/Trailblazer Aegis or a Protean(!) Psion in this game, kind Sir?
(...and would you consider some alternate features on a case by case basis?)

you should see the spin offs.
Anyhowwww - - - - yes.
(mayyyyybe.)
Jee, I don't know. The proteans have been linked to Hasteur. Most of the dragonborns in the city are enslaved. But hey. Whatever floats your boat. :)

Well... if one of the others doesn't mind holding the leash, but giving a fair amount of reign, then a slave concept could work alright... But I see your point.

But this only works if daemons have psi powers too
For Pathfinder, it's been updated to Phrenic Slayer, and in a campaign with a lot of psi power floating around, it would be very useful.
On the other hand, as EltonJ suggested a (Tiefling Fiend Slayer) Magus could be a pretty good at fighting evil outsiders. The same goes for a paladin, and the setting seems to be kinder to paladins than one would normally expect.

Think ill stick to psionics. Want something new :P
Multiclass between scion and psychic warrior till about lvl12 if we go that far
That's fair... but I would suggest against multiclassing so heavily. Dipping for a splash of something works well enough, but half and full casters really need their caster levels.
. . .

Are we talking the Lovecraftian Hastur or the Egyptian Hastor or something else entirely? ...because I'm not committed to a Changeling Egoist or Telepath (or even a Human faux Changeling Egoist if certain alternate features are allowed...) but I still love the idea. Keep your intelligence up for skill points and have buffs for when you get into a pinch... they make great all around characters. :D
But after mulling over what you said

it makes me think about elans. They don't age, eat, and can have a bonus on saves at a moments notice. Hmm...
On the Dragonborn "Gliding Wings: . . . This trait replaces the Skill Training trait." Is that meant to replace the Intimidating Presence trait? It's the only one with a skill bonus.

Yes.

Yes, I am very enamored with 5e.No, I don't have it yet.
Haha... that's fair. I haven't been following it so I have no real opinion on Next. I've been using certain systems long enough that I have my ruts. I use d20 mostly with some d10 and d6 thrown in from time to time.
I also can't seem to decide.
Protean Egoist (eventually going into Metamorph).
Protean Telepath (eventually going into Body Snatcher).
Elan Mind Knight Psychic Warrior.
Dragonborn Anything... (they are kind of Awesome).

After your post in the homebrew section about alchemy taking me back to a different area of the Phaeselis Wiki... you aren't making it any easier for me to come up with a character.
To... Much... AwEsOmE!
Now I am fighting the urge to make an alchemist... Would you like me to make two or three characters? Because at this point it might almost be easier. ;D
On a (sort of) side note, how do you feel about dual class PrCs, like cerebromancer and mystic theurge in setting?
