I consider anyone in a full plate a tanker. Anyway I cannot be a real tanker with d8 for hit dice, but I can mix roles as Damager, Tanker, Healing and Support.
I agree with you that a Calistria priest would be more inclined towards Charisma than Strenght, but hey, that's what trickery is about, isn't it?
I did find it an interesting mix, tough.

Just a couple of questions that I have about the character.
1)Do you mind if my character buys an over-sized bastard sword? He will be picking up the exotic weapon proficiency feat to be able to wield said sword, and I was wondering if you could buy over-sized equipment. (Never done a PFS before)
2) I took the alternate human trait Dual Talent. I'm not sure on PFS rules, but is this allowed?
3)This is less important, but 4th, and 5th level spells got mixed around in the shaman statbook I downloaded. They've probably caught this, but it's worth mentioning.

Ok Void to answer your questions:
1-Yes it is legal to use a large bastard sword in pfs and it does require EWP to not take the -4 penalty... However being large sized you can no longer wield it 1 handed at all and you take a -2 to hit with it.. It does do 2d8 damage though.. To reinterate, Large Bastard Sword with no EWP -4 + -2 for being large = -6 to hit.. Same sword with EWP = -2 to hit..
2-Dual Talent is fine in PFS
3-I noticed this too, im sure it will be fixed but in the mean time ill add it to the list of DEV mentionings..

Thats 25 points.. Now i assume he thought the ioun stone would stack with the belt and it doesnt, so he could either have a 20 str or an 18 wisdom.. He could drop his dex and cha to 10 and keep the 22/20..
If the stone stacked you would actually have a 24 str..

Figure crane would be more useful short term than snake. Also having combat expertise means I can use martial maneuvers to pick up most combat maneuvers on the fly.

Looks good Buzz.. My only question would be why not take Dragon Ferocity for the extra static damage and debuff with stunning fist?
As far as having PP i hadn't thought about it with these being pregens basically.. Makes sense they would have some i suppose.. Just dont redic with spending them and itll be fine..
