It's jut a masterwork kukri. Non-magical. Due to it's tribal origin/jade material it has a special affect on the Tik-Taan idols, but that's it.

Nyugusk tries to subdue the crazed human, awkwardly attempting to deal knock him out without killing him. He can’t manage an effective nonlethal bite, but his claws manage to bruise and grab him.

Meanwhile, his gaze is drawn back to the crocodile. ”What do you all think? Can that thing bust out to here?”

Grommuk's slap was enough to knock the scribe out. He's down. Do you want to change your action? The crocodile can definitely come out to get you. If he stops with any part of himself in the doorway, he'll have squeezing penalties, but yeah.

OK, cool, here's take two:
Hold action to attack the croc if it comes into range. Ignore the -4 for nonlethal. Can I get into a flanking position (e.g. behind Grom) with a 5' step? If not I just hit with my last claw for 6. If so I'll hit with both claws and deal

Damage: 10 + 6 + 2d6 ⇒ 10 + 6 + (5, 5) = 26

You'll just get one attack, because it already acted this round. So you can't delay until after it, you'd have to ready. Readying only allows for a standard or a move action, not a full attack. So the bite will be readied without the -4, I don't have maptool ATM so I'll figure out the flanking later (don't trust my memory).

Ahhh, well since I can only ready a single attack I'll definitely take a move to get into flanking position first. That said, even with a flank I'll still miss with my bite. T_T
...but at least I'll be set up for a good full attack next round.

Could we not just kill it at range? Short of busting through the wall, it can't get to us or hide thanks to its size. Alternatively, just leave the thing behind.

It can get to you. I can't find the actual rules on squeezing at the moment (everytime I need to find them it's a struggle for some reason). But I'm converting these from 3.5 to Pathfinder as I go. In 3.5 it was only large size, but in Pathfinder they are huge. Either way, it was intended to be able to get out of the room. As I said here.

Combat update tomorrow.

Round 1

A huge reptilian snout comes lunging out of the mist, filled with rows of gleaming yellow teeth. It is a massive crocodile bursting through the doorway, trying to grab ahold of Nyugusk. It's head and snout alone are as long as a man is tall. This is truly a huge specimen. Nyugusk is caught completely off guard and freezes as the massive jaws hurtle towards his face. Just before they clamp down on him, the croc's shoulders slam into the doorframe and it comes up short. The thing's mouth snaps shut in inch in front of Nyugusk's nose with an audible clap, before the croc pulls itself rapidly back into the restrooms.

As the Pathfinders stand in momentary disbelief at the sight they just witnessed, the chubby, mist-maddened clerk comes rushing out of the room to attack. He swings a rigidly clawed hand at Nyugusk, who is still frozen in shock. The clerk's fingers catch him in the throat, where they scratch five long bloody furrows up the underside of his chin. Thankfully, the half-orc's hide is tough, and the clerk's fingers don't tear open any veins or arteries.

Argor steps up behind Nyugusk and lets a bolt of acid fly at the crocodile. The acid strikes the creature, melting a small patch of it's thick hide.

Hrimnagel stabs at the madman with his magic dagger flanking with Gromm.

"Stupid people breathe stupid gas. Shut up, stupid!" Grommuk gives a rather comical—but effective—smack across the back of the pudgy man's head. The ravening scribe bounces slightly as he hits the floor, before slumping onto his back, eyes closed.

Though she would like to back up even further away from the monstrous crocodile, Cladissa moves forward to bring her within hex range. She tries to warp its fortune against it to her comrades' favor. The enraged crocodile's spirit throws off Cladissa's curse with tingle of psychic feedback into her mind.

Nyugusk readies himself to bite the crocodile once it comes within his reach.

Begin Round 2

The crocodile rushes up to the doorway, and Nyugusk lashes out at it. His tusky maw snaps shut on the thing's nose, but he fails to penetrate it's thick scaly hide.

The crocodile returns the blow, snapping at the largest and most aggressive target in front of it. The giant reptile's vice-like mouth grips the half-orc's arm then it thrashes its head rapidly back and forth shredding muscles and tendons and fracturing his humerus. The crocodile attempts to maintain its grip, and draw Nyugusk close to it for a death roll, but the bulky form of Grommuk gets in the way, and the crocodile lets go.

My interpretation of grapple movement now works in your favor. Otherwise he could move you to XY27-28 and you'd be f!$$ed.

I'm going to repeat an earlier comment I made. If it gets stuck with any part of its body in the doorway, it takes squeezing penalties (-4 to hit, -4 to AC). It has a 15 foot reach. Meaning...if you back up a little bit and get it to chase you into the door, this will be much easier.

Party's up.

Guys, starting today we've got a teacher leaving my school and I have to take over a bunch of his classes for a few weeks at least. That means I've just added two days to my work week, and I'm also in a reading/writing intensive college course at the moment. On top of that four of my six games are waiting for an update. So, don't expect to see anything from me for a few days. I might luck out and find some time, but there's no garauntee. Sorry for the delay!

His blow crushes what was left of the reptile's thick skull, and most of its brain, sending an unpleasant greyish-red gout of fluid and matter into the air. The crocodile thrashes a couple times as it dies, still wedged firmly into the ruined door.

End Combat!

You can search the bathrooms, or open the other door in the north side of the room.

"Well, that was certainly invigorating," Argor says while stepping over to the now still form of the reptile. He does his best to make his way into the next room and gives it a quick, close look over.

There is a head of a male half-orc laying on the floor partially chewed up, as well as half a leather belt with a blood soaked ring of keys on it. The whole floor of the room is covered in blood and small bits of...presumably half-orc.

Argor utters a quick incantation, and makes a few gestures, cleaning the blood off the ring of keys. He then mumbles another spell and holds out his hand, and the keys lift up and float to his hand. He turns and steps back into the main chamber.

"It would appear one of your orc-blooded kin met a grim fate. I did find some keys, though."

He wills the keys to float over to Hrimnagel.

Used Prestidigitation to clean the keys, and Mage Hand to manipulate them.

If you are referring to the other one in this room, sure.

Room 5

This simple room of unadorned stone is piled floor to ceiling with boxes and crates, allowing room for only a few small corridors between these towers of dusty mothballed exhibits.

Only one room left, I'll let you guess which number it is.

After making sure the idols are not in fact in this room, Argor moves back out into the hall, but on the way makes a quick stop by a couple of the deceased vargouilles. He uses his dagger to carefully remove a couple of their tongues, and stows them safely away in a pouch for later study.

Once in the main hall, Argor says, "Who knows what horrors we will face in here, but no matter what, Hrimnagel, you need to find these idols. I don't know what they will look like, but as they are the cause of this madness, and you have, most likely, the best weapon to destroy them, that needs to be your primary focus. Cladissa and I will do our best to provide you cover. Nyugusk, Grommuk, do what you do best, and tear any opposition in the chamber beyond limb from limb, unless it appears to be a maddened civilian."

In the brief moment before anyone opens the final door, Argor casts the magic of the scroll held by his invisible servant on Grommuk, causing his body to grow to the size of a giant.

Cladissa surveys the bathroom, wondering to herself why she didn't feel as revulsed at the grisly scene as she knew she should. It's just meat now, a thought trickles through her puzzlement, and she scowls in response.

Nonetheless, she doesn't linger, and steps lightly into the storage room to help explore. She scales the crates and pounces from stack to stack, sneezing a couple times in the dust as she surveys the area. Once convinced that room is empty of threats, she clambers down and falls in behind the warriors as they approach the final room.

Hrimnagel fiddles with the clean keys looking to see if they are door or chest keys. When everyone is ready, he carefully listens at and checks the next door for non-magical traps and if its locked.

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16

If its locked, he try every key. Murphy's Law says that it's the last key to unlock the door. He stows the keys and opens the door when everyone is ready again.

As the battle ends the transmogrifying half-orc feels the devilish tingle knitting his body back together. He smiles a too-wide, too-toothy smile as his arm is restored to full strength.

"Ready."

Jelani, I drank my extract of Enlarge Person just before entering room 4. How long has it been since then?

About two minutes. Buff will be down just before you get into the next room.
