Ciera turns from the mirror, her left fingers forming a hook which she points at her friend. "Arrrrrrr, lass she grufly says, "why be ye so grouchy. Ye're worse than a parrot w' a sore throat so ye are."

Seeing that the tavern appears rather full, Miraji casts Summon Nature's Ally VI and suddenly a hill giant appears on the far side of the room. Amazingly as quickly as the hill giant moves across the room, tables open up behind it. Miraji quickly takes one of the freed seats and raises her hand ordering a stiff drink.

I realize that the other two S&S recruitment threads said they will close tonight. If you get chosen for one of those and decide to go with it, please let me know so I can fine tune my list. If there are any questions left of me before selection, please ask. I expect to close with my choices before midnight (EST) tomorrow (5 May), but I will be trying to wait until after the other GM's choose before I finalize.

@Randall, I'm sorry to hear you are so adamant, but I respect your conviction to the character all the same. It really boils down to how immersion breaking it is for me, and to me the name is a short step away from the names Gugle Mapp, or Mahp Kwest.

To the rest of you who were not selected, I apologize. As it is with every PbP recruitment, going through all the applications and only picking four (or eight with backups), is a difficult process. For every one character chosen, you have to try and bounce it off all the aspects of the others to find the combination that you think will be just right for what you are looking for, like a delicate recipe for pirate adventure. Once again, I'm sorry, and I wish you luck in any future PbP endeavors.
