We're a little light in the healing department. If you could rustle up a cleric-type, I might forgive your unforgivable secrecy regarding the black nodules...
Cale Pavel |
I'm fine with either going on with 4 or recruiting another.
This adventure seems to be a 'magic rare' type of adventure with finding of mana nodes.
Bard, Cleric or something would be nice if recruiting.
mdt |
Ok, I was waiting on Rutheric, but he's not posted since Tuesday Morning, so we'll go on then. I'll update the game shortly (I assume you are continuing your exploration path). I'll also go do another post on the recruitment thread to get a replacement for Goghurt.
Rutheric |
I'm sorry, I have too many things going on irl...
But I will continue! I will persevere!
And MY HEART WILL GO ONNNNNNNN
Goragg Gashnose |
I'm gonna miss that annoying little useless goblin. (sniff)
Kalasin Wingfield |
Hello! Kana here as Kalasin, your new Cleric ^^
Cale Pavel |
Welcome Kalasin.
I'm Cale, resident rocker.
Goragg Gashnose |
Welcome, Kalasin.
I'm Goragg, the resident curmudgeon.
Cale Pavel |
Could we just throw oil, light a torch and then toss it into where the spider is?
Kalasin Wingfield |
Now that I have that wonderful thing called the internet back, I shall just lurk around while you finish your wild-life scuffles.
Kalasin Wingfield |
I know. I'm just letting you know I'm here ^^ I'll be patient.
Cale Pavel |
Provided we don't buy it and end up pushing daisies. :P
Kalasin Wingfield |
Well then you just need a pie-maker to come along and wake you up.
Goragg Gashnose |
Provided we don't buy it and end up pushing daisies. :P
Whatever you do, Cale, don't look up.
Or down.
Or left. Or right.
Nasty, nasty swamp!
Cale Pavel |
The swamp is nasty yes. I agree.
Cale Pavel |
I think it's time to go mental and kill everything hostile here......
Cale Pavel |
Grim will do it. He's the juicest!!!
I'm made of rock, might give her indigestion.

I'm sorry folks, been sick for most of the week. Been trying to keep up, but as the week has gone on, it's gotten harder and harder. I'll do my best to post a few times a week until I'm over this.
Cale Pavel |
Get well soon mdt. With the gamesday being on, I suspect a lot of posts will be slowed. :P
Kalasin Wingfield |
Yes, get feeling better! Take the time to rest and we'll still be here ^^
Goragg Gashnose |
How DARE you get sick? Have you no decency?
</kidding>

Despite his reassurances, next Thursday will make the 3 week anniversary of no posts by Rutheric.
Do you want to continue without, or look for a replacement player if he doesn't come back by then?
Goragg Gashnose |
My $0.02 worth: we have a good adventure with a good GM going, so share the wealth and invite someone else in.
Cale Pavel |
Cale's player seconds Goragg's player suggestion.
Goragg Gashnose |
No worries. We can talk amongst ourselves for a while.
First topic: Goragg - completely awesome or totally awesome?
Keep in mind you're not limited to "or". It could be "and".
Kalasin Wingfield |
Get feeling better, mdt. It's hard to focus on anything when you don't feel good.
Kalasin Wingfield |
Sorry for my silence the last few days, I had family in last week with the added bonus of between work and these crazy hot/cold, sunny/snow-and-ice weather changes I've come down with something.
mdt |
I'm officially dropping Rutheric from the game, and going out to look for a new player. I checked, and the player has been regularly posting in the forums, just not in this game. I find it a bit insulting personally when someone just drops out of a game without notice. It's not fair to the other players.
I'll begin recruiting a replacement now.
Kalasin Wingfield |
I'll make a post when I can think coherently enough to do so today. I worked a delayed-start 14 hr day yesterday, not counting my commute time before coming in at regular hours.
mdt |
No problem.
Oh, interesting fact for everyone regarding the world, to give an idea of size.
Each of the small hexes is about 12 miles across, which means each small hex is about 124 square miles.
Each large hex (the kind with the black walls) is 120 miles across, which is 12,000 square miles in size. That's pretty much the size of Maryland.
Cale Pavel |
That's a damm big world. lol.
So we've being walking a long long time... I need a mount. lol.
