Taidus Raine

Taidus moves forward, stopping directly in front of Imrana. He keeps an ever watchful eye out for trouble, while taking up a defensive stance.
perception, current AC 23, cannot make AOOs: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

I think that should be right for the monk
The cleric advances, hoping his elven sight will help him to see what is going on

@Helikon: As long as the targeted is not flat-footed (or has combat reflexes), then yes, charging generally provokes.
Varian moves forward, and tosses a gout of flame at the undead beast.
Burning Hands: 4d4 ⇒ (4, 1, 1, 4) = 10 Fire damage. DC 17 Reflex for half.

Could someone please move Imrana 4 squares down on the map? I'm on my phone and can't move
Imrana moves down towards the sounds of battle, though keeping her distance from the front. Suspecting a possible puppetmaster behind the dire creature, she casts See Invisibility.

And indeed Imrana can see another creature.
It attacks by shooting quills at:
1=Riceak
2=Varian
3=Taidus
4=Imrana
Lucky one?: 1d4 ⇒ 2
Attack: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (17) + 14 = 311d4 + 2 + 3d6 ⇒ (1) + 2 + (3, 2, 3) = 11
Attack: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (7) + 14 = 211d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Please make two Fortitude Poison saves Varian

He will take a 5' step back in order to get a little reach and slash the undead creature: magic weapon
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
1d10 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11

Imrana peeks around the corner at the now sparkly spiked creature and tosses a spell of her own at it.
Imrana is casting Blindness on the same target as Varian. DC 18 fort save or go permanently blind

Fort: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16.
Fort: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23.
Varian tosses another Glitterdust at the creature.
Once again, DC 20 Will to negate the Blindness.
...and, knowing my luck, since I have a feeling that the 16 is probably not enough...
Fort: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20.
EDIT: If the creature fails its Fort save Vs Imrana's spell, obviously, I will choose a different option. If it passes both that, and the save against my spell, I will retreat behind a pillar so that it can't see me.

Oh! I totally missed that I was taking damage, which, in hindsight, was a terrible mistake to make. -3 Con causes me to lose an additional 4 hit points (since in Pathfinder, penalties only kick-in on even numbers), but next round isn't going to be fun.

To quote the relevant section of the CRB:
For every 2 points of damage you take to a single ability, apply a –1 penalty to skills and statistics listed with the relevant ability.
So it is a -1 penalty, not 2.

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17 stabbing at the little wild hair looking thing beneath him on the map with magical glaive
1d10 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 + 1 = 4
