Boon trading session at GenCon

I'm considering making a free event (asking them for a gathering point essentially) near Sagamore for a boon trading session. It would be best done between 7 pm and 8 pm evening slot on Thursday.

Is this something many of us would be interested in doing?

My bad, you said Thursday. Still in PaizoCon/PCC mode. VC dinner is Wednesday night.

I don't think it would be a bad idea to try and setup a time or two for people to swap boons during GenCon.

Just name a place and and time (or two even). Maybe Paizo will let you put up a small sign by the boon table announcing the time.

I like the idea, but that time doesn't work for me. I'm doing non-Paizo stuff Thursday evening.

Given that more people are likely to be involved in the Friday and/or Saturday evening specials, how about doing it right before or after one (or both) of those?

Maybe two days? Thu and Sat? To less the "I can't make this one but could another day"?

Basically it should have at least one person there to give anyone that shows the ease of mind that they are in the right place.

If someone else can help me have at least one person there, I’ll put in for all three.

I'd suggest listing a post-con slot as well. We had an informal trading session in the lobby of the Westin on Sunday night last year.

I'm definitely interested. I'm playing the specials Friday and Saturday, so I could be there before those. The proposed Thursday evening doesn't work for me.

Yeah, and if previous experience is any indication, forget about any 'between slot' activity prior to a Special.
