Optimizing a 'trap' archetype (WHW)

Advice

Hello!

So, a friend is having a one-shot for his birthday so I figure this is the chance to try an unusual archetype.

I'm kind of fascinated with the idea of White Haired Witch. Particularly a gentleman who uses his handlebar moustache as his weapon. It's not a serious game but trying to make the best of it.

I'm open to race (although I think human makes more sense thematically). Level 5 and 20 point buy.

Right now, I'm leaning 2 WHW for Constrict and then 3 Strangler for the sneak attack damage on grapple. (That works on the initial grapple right or is it just to pin/damage on following round?)

I could take Adopted (Half orc) for the Tusked. That would give me another natural attack for full round actions. Featwise, I've only decided on Improved Natural Attack (hair) for the dice step up on damage. Maybe medium armor proficiency for some higher AC.

I'm a relatively new player but have access to a fair bit of books. The number of feats are overwhelming. Someone have some suggestions?

So.. did you mean "trap" like.. "unoptimized choice" ? If so. are you talking about the white haired witch build?

SO.. what you're wanting is.. a sneak attacker built with hair?
or a hair guy that pins for damage?

What exactly are you wanting out of this? You listed a few things but I can't quite tell what you want out of this idea.
Can you expand what exactly you want out of this?

I don't know too much about WHW but if you want to grapple surely Improved grapple is a good place to start?

EDIT: also it might be better to go 3 WHW/ 2 strangler for a 2nd level Spell or maybe 1 level of Magus for Spell combat?

It's a very general question. Here's one thread discussing builds, Here's another.

If you take human WHW 2/Brawler 3 you'll get feats at levels 1, 1, 3, 4 & 5. Taking improved unarmed strike & improved grapple at 1 as the obvious ones (strangler loses IUS) you might take divine obedience (Falayna), snapping turtle style and snapping turtle clutch next. The same progression would work with CD's suggestion above.

I assume the intent is to be able to grapple the opponent, limiting his options (entrapping him as it were), while not limiting your own.
