Funny idea: build the PLAYABLE character with the highest base strength ever!
"Playable" means a coherent character with no absurd mental stats dumps, no level gaps where the character is useless, and homogeneous enough to be played almost in the same way during the adventuring day. So no Alchemist dip for the mutagen, it's not constant enough (and doesn't fit the concept very well, but you are free to dip if you like).
Strength peaks at character level 19, but grows homogeneously during his career.
So, let's start with the RACE: Half Orc. I like the Sacred Tattoo alternate racial feature, but also Skilled if you like skill points more than darkvision, and Shaman's Apprentice if you can fit Diehard in your feat list.
Another option is Human with Racial Heritage (orc) as 1st level feat.
Then, STATS: 18+2 - 7 - 14 - 10 - 9 - 13
or 17+2 - 7 -14 - 10 - 11 - 14 (not the most str evah, but it's more playable)
But wait...have I put 7 on DEX? Am I crazy? No, I'm not, because of CLASSES: 1 Oracle / 2 Fighter / 2 Bloodrager / 4 Dragon Disciple / X Bloodrager.
Let's see them in detail:
1 Oracle: lame curse to rage-cycle starting from 9th level; Lore mystery and Sidestep Secret as first level revelation (use Cha for AC and reflexes), and finally Divine Favor to get by during the first levels.
You don't really need this dip, but I like it and I think it gives more than it takes away.
If you have a spare feat-slot later on for Extra Revelation, or you buy either a Ring of Revelation or a Soothsayer Rainment armor you could even take the Dual-Cursed archetype and take the Misfortune revelation (if your GM states that you can't select Misfortune with the ring or the armor, just retrain Sidestep Secret).
If your GM hates you and makes you hit foes at distance all the time, use some spells, or a bunch of javelins while wearing a Belt of Mighty Hurling.
2 Fighter: Eldritch Guardian archetype; familiar with Mauler archetype, with all your combat feats. Fox is the strongest one and gives you +2 on ref saving throws, but there are also other good options (like familiars which give +4 on initiative checks). If your familiar doesn't have a ring slot, swap its default feat for Extra Item Slot, and choose the ring slot.
2 Bloodrager: here's the heart of the character. Crossblooded Rager archetype: Draconic and Abyssal bloodlines. Substitute your 1st level power with a bloodline familiar, so you can stack Bloodrager and Fighter levels to calculate your familiar abilities (if you substitute the Draconic 1st level power, the familiar can fly for 1/2 x level x minutes / day).
4 Dragon Disciple. Blood of Dragons lets you stack your DD levels with your Bloodrager levels when determining the powers gained from his bloodline, so your bloodlines advance as a full Bloodrager -3. The first 4 DD levels give a nice, stackable +4 str!
Proceeding then as Bloodrager improves your bloodrage, increasing the strength bonus.
Your 1st level bloodline power is eaten by the familiar. This is not mandatory, because the familiar still gets all your combat feats, BAB and half your hp. You just need a 3rd level familiar if you want to use it in Battle Form, so being epic-ly cool. The build works even if your GM rules that you can't take bloodline familiars or that the DD levels don't stack with Bloodrager ones for the purpose of the familiar abilities. You just need a familiar, anything else is just a plus.
If you like natural weapons, take the claws as 4th level power, otherwise pick a 2-handed weapon and choose the 4th level power as you want. Here's the bloodline powers progression per character level:
4 Bloodline Familiar
8 Draconic Claws
12 Breath Weapon (or Abyssal Claws if you reeeeally like natural weapons & your GM states that the DD Bite works with them too)
16 Abyssal Bloodrage
19 Dragon Form or Wings
Next, TRAITS. This is easy: Fate's Favored gives you +1 to all reflexes, thanks to Sacred Tattoo, and boosts Divine Favor. You can add Reactionary if you like it, neutralizing the dex-malus. You could even take a familiar that gives a +4 init if you want, like the arctic hare, the greensting scorpion or the dodo. They will not be the strongest familiar ever (3 str vs fox's 9 str), but it's ok.
Now FEATS:
1 Power Attack [Combat -> familiar gets this] (or Noble Scion if you reeeally want to go first: take Power attack at 7B and Improved Initiative at 16B)
3 Sympathetic Rage [Combat -> familiar gets this]
5 Amplified Rage [Teamwork]
7 Skill Focus (Survival)
7B Improved Initiative
9 Eldritch Heritage (Orc)
11 Improved Eldritch Heritage (Orc, Strength of the Beast)
13 Mauler's Endurance (because I love my familiar)
13B Improved Bull Rush [Combat -> familiar gets this]
15 Greater Bull Rush (retrain for Awesome Blow at 17th level if your GM allows it) [Combat -> familiar gets this]
16B Blind Fight [Combat -> familiar gets this]
17 Greater Eldritch Heritage (Orc). Hi there, tiny people!
19 Awesome Blow or Improved Awesome Blow [Combat -> familiar gets this]
19B Intimidating Prowess (lol) [Combat -> familiar gets this]
Finally EQUIP. This is easy too. All the +str item you can get, but moreover a Ring of Tactical Precision to be attuned on your Amplified Rage Teamwork feat, and to be given to your familiar. You can even get another one for yourself, in order to increase the bonus by 1 (and be officially married to your beloved familiar). Buy also a +4 cha-boost item to fulfill the Greater Eldritch Heritage prerequisite. Lastly, buy a Robe of Arcane Heritage and attune it on the Abyssal Bloodline, unlocking the 20th level upgrade of Abyssal Bloodrage at 19th character level.
So, what have we at 19th level?
20 base str
+ 6 from Greater bloodrage (first +4, then +6)
+ 4 from Amplified Rage
+ 1 from Ring of Tactical Precision
+ 6 from Orc Bloodline, Strength of the Beast (first +2, then +4, then +6)
+ 6 from Abyssal Bloodrage (first +2, then +4 and +6)
+ 6 from Orc Bloodline, Power of Giants (and you are also large size)
+ 4 from Dragon Disciple
+ 4 from level advancement
= 57 + all the other items, or 56 if you went with the second stat array.
If you then close with Alchemist you get another +4 alchemical bonus usable at least once per day.
This character has also decent saving throws (the +2 will from the Oracle compensates the -2 of the Crossblooded, and the +2 on all saving throws from Sacred Tattoo compensates for the multiclass), full-2 BAB, a nice intelligent and very strong (the fox reaches 30 str while raging at 17th level) animal buddy, up to 4 skill points per level (2 + 1 FCB + 1 Skilled), a bunch of spells and enough charisma to partecipate to the social life of the group.
What not to love?
Have I missed anything?
EDIT: with Moment of Greatness you can reach peaks of 74 + items once per round. You can activate the spell as a free action upon gaining Greater Bloodrage, and once you can rage-cycle this doesn't have any downside. Plus, Moment of Greatness is a 1st level spell, so it's quite easy to cast it, if needed, all day long (increasing your 1st level slots via cha increase and proper items, or using a wand if you have time or your familiar doesn't like to fight). Thus it may be considered an almost-constant bonus.

how could you became a dragon disciple if you're not a arcane spontaneous spellcaster?
Oracle is divine, Bloodrager become a spellcaster only at lv4!
Also, don't you think it's better to take the fighter archetype that give you the Mutagen? it's a great way to take a +4 to STR!
And there are some deific (or demoniac) obediences that boost your strenght too. take a look

Bloodrager is an arcane spontaneous spellcaster! I should have written the class array this way: 1 Oracle / 2 Fighter / 4 Bloodrager / 4 DD / X Bloodrager.
The Eldritch Guardian lets you have a nice buddy which assure the constant benefit of Amplified Rage, so a +4 on the rage bonus, which can be doubled through Moment of Greatness. The interesting thing is that the Mutation Warrior archetype can stack with the Eldritch Guardian one, so taking another fighter level unlocks the mutagen feature, and is equivalent to a dip in Alchemist.
As I've written at the beginning, the point is that mutagens are not constant enough. You can re-brew them after one use, but you don't always have 1 hour to spare between encounters during the standard adventuring day. Anyhow, I've considered this possibility as well, just I didn't included it in the final calculations.
The deific obedience bonuses comes with an high level investment in proper PrCs, so it's not suitable.
Of course it's possible to reach higher scores in particular circumstances, but that's not the point of the thread. For example, considering:
- Moment of Greatness
- +6 enhancement bonus from +str belt
- +4 sacred bonus from Bracers of Might 3 times per day
- +4 alchemical bonus from mutagen, gained through 3 Fighter (Eldritch Guardian + Mutation Warrior) levels or 2 Fighter / 1 Alchemist
- +2 profane bonus from Enemy's Heart
- +1 level advancement
strength reaches at 20th level 91.
Are there any items that give other stackable and constant (or at least almost-constant) bonus to strength?
