Unable to download recently updated Book of Heroic Races: Advanced Compendium

I am unable to download the updated collation of the Book of Heroic Races: Advanced Compendium. Clicking the link just reloads the page; it doesn't trigger the usual "Personalization/Click in 10 seconds" message or start the download. I was previously able to download it fine the past times it has been updated, and I am still able to download other randomly selected product files from my Downloads.

Could you take a look at this file and maybe poke it with a stick to scare off the pugwampi (or Cosmo?) who is stopping it from downloading? :) Thanks.

It's cool. Anybody who works IT knows issues will crop up from time to time. As long as it's being worked on, we get it.
