[PFS] Help making a viable Disposable Weapon + Splintering Weapon PC

Advice

I really like the concept of Disposable Weapon. I feel like it would be a fun thing to do paired with Improved Critical. Then I also found out about Splintering Weapon and felt that fit perfectly with the concept. But I'm pretty new to Pathfinder itself, let alone the rules for Society.

I would prefer it to be using throwing weapons, as they are cheap and you can carry a lot of them easily. I was looking at the Ninja and using obsidian shurikens. With the Flurry of Stars trick you could get a lot of hits in to cause a ton of bleeding from Splintering, plus Sneak Attack damage, and then more damage from Bleeding Attack trick, and poisons on top of that. It sounds really sick. The only thing is shurikens crit on 20, so i probably wouldnt be getting much use out of Disposable Weapon which is what im really trying to aim for.

I also dont know what feats you need so youre not taking a bunch of penalties and stuff. My guess is Precise Shot and Point-Blank Shot are part of it.

One idea i had to solve the crit range problem was using scimitars. But carrying a bunch of them around isnt exactly ideal. So i thought maybe using small scimitars would help with that, and i know you take a -2 on attack rolls for using weapons not for your size. Also since scimitars are meant for throwing would they be considered an improvised weapon or something? And is there any feats i would have to take to be able to do this, or to overcome any penalties i would be facing? I also dont know what class this would work best on, or even work on at all considering the number of feats that would be required. I also would want a way to repair the scimitars, as theyre not as cheap, and idk how to repair mundanely, but im pretty sure a wand of mending is pretty cheap and that could be used to repair them if theyre magic too.

My wife used kukris and TWF, she critical an awful lot. As a caster, I would cast mend on all of her broken obsidian kukris.

I've looked into this build myself, and my thoughts are to avoid splintering weapon and disposable weapon entirely and instead pick up the wonderful feat from Champions of Corruption known as Chairbreaker

This limits you to improvised weapons, but that works well with the Monk of the Empty Hand (Not Unchained). The biggest advantage comes once you hit level 6 and gain Improvised Weapon Mastery (especially since that stacks with Improved Critical later on into the game).

Basically you eventually get 17-20 critical hit weapons that have +4 to critical and deal 1d4 extra damage on hit that is multiplied on a critical hit.

If you use a two handed weapon, that could be 2d6+1d4 that crits on a 17 or better, and if you crit you get +4 to the roll. That +4 stacks with Critical Focus, for a potential +8 to confirm.

I like Chairbreaker better than either of the other feats, but it does come at the cost of using 3 feats instead of two (Catch Off-Guard and Improvised Weapon Mastery)

Besides, Monk of the Empty hand provides a way to make the weapons magical which means you aren't wasting money of repairing them and can literally just throw them away after use.
