GenCon 2015 Reporting

Have all the tables at GenCon 2015 been entered yet? I the past it has taken several weeks to months to get all the tables in. I ask because none of the tables I played at or GMed on Saturday are appearing and I'm wondering if it's an issue yet.

All of my games have been in there for at least a couple weeks now. Most of them were in there by the time I walked from Sagamore Ballroom back to my hotel!

Check at the very top of your 'Sessions' list. Some events seem to have been entered without a date, and so they ended up all the way at the top.

Everything PFS related was completed before the end of the convention.

Swiftbrook, check out the top of your sessions. While they were reported, many sessions seemed to not have a date and so now appear at the top of your sessions instead of where they should be located.

FWIW, I'm also missing one of the sessions I GM'd on Saturday. I'm not sure if it's the morning or afternoon slot, however.

I have one session that doesn't show up at all. Not even on an incorrect character.

I also have one session that shows up but is not dated so it's at the top of my list instead of chronological.

I sent an email to customer service two weeks ago regarding both these issues and they're still not fixed. I even included a copy of the chronicle sheet from the session that doesn't show up at all to make things easier. Is there someone specific I can send this to or do I need to resubmit to customer service again?

Balkin, those messages go to the campaign coordinator. Since we are currently between CCs it'll be waiting until after the new one is hired, and even then it won't be that high on his/her radar. The paper copies are the important part. Just make sure you don't lose those and you're golden.

My Sunday morning game of Serpents Rise is missing. I imagine it probably got caught up in the shuffle of everyone trying to leave the con. It's not really a big deal, though- -the certs are the important part and those are good.

It's definitely possible a sheet was lost in the shuffle. It's also possible that it wasn't. Like a Schrodinger's sheet if you will.

What's also possible (perhaps more possible since I bore witness to such sheets while reporting) is that the sheet was so illegible or incomplete that it was impossible to report.

In the first eventuality, I apologize and agree with the others that your paper copy is proof of the session, which is good news :)

I mention the second eventuality only to remind everyone to please ensure legibility when filling out tracking sheets at conventions.

If you let me know the specific session numbers and your character numbers, I may be able to add the dates in. Gen Con is having some issues right now though.
