What happends to diminutive creatures when size changes?

Rules Questions

Dear all...

I'm lost in rules.

What happends to a Diminutive creature (like a Drain Spider) when you cast Beast Shape 1 on it and make it a medium creature (Through the use of the share spells feature for familiars) and then cast Enlarge Person on it?

What would be it's ability modifiers/stats?
What would be it's space/reach?
What happends to it's attack bonus and AC?
What happends to it's damage dice?

The 2 spells don't stack so it is only medium

Whenever you use a polymorph spell on something that's not small or medium you first adjust it so that it is small or medium. It's a table here. For a Diminutive creature it's +6 STR -4 DEX. As the other person pointed out Enlarge Person doesn't stack with Beast Shape by the specific wording in Enlarge Person.

Actually, even without the wording in Enlarge Person it wouldn't work. The rules for polymorph spells says the following:

Quote:
You can only be affected by one polymorph spell at a time. If a new polymorph spell is cast on you (or you activate a polymorph effect, such as wild shape), you can decide whether or not to allow it to affect you, taking the place of the old spell. In addition, other spells that change your size have no effect on you while you are under the effects of a polymorph spell.
