Things likes telepathy, Lots of Augery/divination..
I want to make a guy who can't tell which reality he is in, who believes in a god called "Deeyum", and thinks that there are giant creatures controlling his fate and the fates of those around him.
Essentially, I want the character to break the fourth wall and to interact (Superficially of course) with knowledge of the fact that the game has rules and limits, And attempts to 'reach into the controller universe' to grab 'manuals of prophecy'...
I want a character that is built within the system to meta, He will be an advisor and a mystic of some sort i'd assume, and would do his best to collect total knowledge of the world around him..
This honestly sounds like it could be an oracle mystery... maybe i'll add it to my project of a new book, but I'm still trying to master the nooks and crannies of this system before i tack new things on to it,

Before you do this, make sure the DM and the other players are okay with this. I wouldn't since it seems like a cheap way to justify none-stop metagaming.
Well, I assume it's being played for laughs.

Hah, I was just thinking about an NPC gnome for a one-off similar to this. He's a "quantum physicist", driven by learning the laws of the universe. He is fixated on the number "20" because probabilities are always in increments of 5%, he is fascinated that people jumping always jump in increments of 1 foot (or half a foot without a running start,) etc.
I would never play him as a PC, that has "campaign ruiner" written all over it, but I thought this "crazy gnome"'s laboratory would make a funny setting for a one-off.

This may be referring to the recent She Hulk run. I could totally be wrong as I haven't read it, but she is a lawyer.

I don't need my bardic knowledge to tell you that you are correct!

A lot of making this work ideas can be gleaned from d20monkey.com, those characters make direct comments about their classes, abilities, etc. like running the Psion out of power points, picking a prestige class, etc. just the opening comic, where they are all getting version upgraded is hilarious.
Other ideas are to meta game in character, sort of how Pricklepants does in the Toy Story Halloween special. Say things like, "whoa three magic missiles, he's at least 5th rank" and such. See twins, one of them is evil, he goateed one probably, so break the module!

She-Hulk was breaking the fourth wall before Deadpool made it his schtick. Some runs of hers made her more serious and didn't break the fourth wall, though.
