Download not personalizing

I've been trying to download the update to the Path of War WIP since last night, and every time I try, it says "Now personalizing". I've tried a few other books as well, and it's worked for them. Any clue what's going on?

Similar symptom, but only with the updated version of the Gamemastery Guide. I was able to personalise and download other files, but with this one, after waiting 10 seconds before clicking again, the page refreshed and put that file back at the top with the same message to wait before clicking. No file download was started.

Exact same thing happening with me... All downloads except for the Gamemastery guides are working for me...

Path of war is also not working for me. I know of at least one other friend here in az with the same issue.

I have the same problem with the GameMastery Guide... it keeps saying 'Personalizing file' and then when I click on it again it starts over. I tried the 'Single File' and the 'One file per chapter' and both of them have the same issue.

I tried to re-download the Ultimate Combat (since it was recently updated) and that gave me no issues.

I too am having the same issue with the updated GameMastery Guide. The other pdf's I've tried are fine.

Everything goes fine for me except the New Paths Compendium from Kobold Press. I got it Saturday, was able to download it then, but now the version I've got saved can be opened with Acrobat but refuses to work after that (can't go from page to page); and I can no longer download it from the site. Am I doing something wrong, or is the problem found elsewhere?

I also can't seem to download the updated version of the New Paths Compendium from Kobold Press. It seems to get stuck in the personalizing phase. I was however able to download updated versions of several Minotaur Games releases.

It looks like something is holding up the downloads ability to sync properly and let people get to the download. We are investigating and will post once these are in working order.
