Would a seeking musket ignore the wind wall, fickle wind line of spells as they give any non-arrow/bolt ranged weapon 30% miss chance and seeking ignores miss-chance ?
Seeking: "Only ranged weapons can have the seeking ability. The weapon veers toward its target, negating any miss chances that would otherwise apply, such as from concealment. The wielder still has to aim the weapon at the right square. Arrows mistakenly shot into an empty space, for example, do not veer and hit invisible enemies, even if they are nearby."
Fickle Winds: "You create a mobile cylinder of wind encompassing every target of the spell and protecting them as wind wall..."
Wind Wall: "Arrows and bolts are deflected upward and miss, while any other normal ranged weapon passing through the wall has a 30% miss chance. (A giant-thrown boulder, a siege engine projectile, and other massive ranged weapons are not affected.)"
RAW: The bullets are neither arrows, bolts, nor ranged weapons, so they are unaffected by the wind spells.
However:
If the intent of the wind spells was for all non-massive projectiles to be deflected, but for thrown weapons to have a miss chance, then bullets would be deflected and Seeking wouldn't help.
If the intent of the wind spells was for all non-massive ranged attacks to have a miss chance, and only for arrows and bolts to be deflected, then bullets would have a miss chance, and seeking would eliminate that miss chance.
Would point blank mastery work with slings/fire arms to get rid of their AOP when loading?
Point Blank Master (Combat) - "Benefit: Choose one type of ranged weapon. You do not provoke attacks of opportunity when firing the selected weapon while threatened."
Firing yes, loading no.
