Varrel the uses SPELL COMBAT to cast RIME FROSTBITE (NO SAVE, auto ENTANGLED, + FATIGUE and 11 non-lethal bonus damage per hit)
taking his free attack from the spell first and using a swift Action for ARCANE ACCURACY.
Concentration DC17 to cast defensive1d20 + 11 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 11 + 6 = 26
Spellstrike Attack-Rime Frostbite +4 Keen Scimitar 1d20 + 15 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 15 + 6 + 2 = 24
Damage1d6 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12+11 nonlethal.
Then takes his regular full attack (frostbite lasts touches per level)
ATTACK 1
Spellstrike Attack-Rime Frostbite +4 Keen Scimitar 1d20 + 15 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 15 + 6 + 2 = 36
Damage1d6 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14+11 nonlethal.
ATTACK 2
Spellstrike Attack-Rime Frostbite +4 Keen Scimitar 1d20 + 10 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 10 + 6 + 2 = 31
Damage1d6 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11+11 nonlethal.
Talon uses the wand on Urdavan again
UMD DC201d20 + 13 ⇒ (7) + 13 = 20

All up I figure you took 25 lethal and 22 non-lethal damage. Between fatigued and Entangled you suffer
-2 Str (= -1 to hit and damage)
-6 Dex (= -3 to AC next round)
This puts you at 47+22 nonlethal. Pretty sure you are gonna drop me unless you roll poorly. Hopefully that -3 to your attack makes you miss ;)
Remember to roll twice and take the worst for your first attack

Sorry guys. I know this is a stuff around but I have (again) let gaming encroach on real life and it's causing a lot of problems.
So that's it from me. You win buddy. Do well in the following rounds. Been a pleasure.

Aww, that's sad. :(
It was a interesting matchup, and I certainly had fun with it. Best of luck with real life.I'll take the damage, work out my attack, and then if it doesn't finish you, assume that you yielded.

Flurry, while entangled and fatigued: +15/+15/+15/+10/+10/+5, for 1d8+7+1d6 acid+2d6 untyped (& 1d6 untyped to himself) (17-20/x2)
Attacks
1: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31, 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (17) + 15 = 32 => Hit
2: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (18) + 15 = 33 => Threat
3: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27 => Miss
4: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26 => Miss
5: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 => Miss
Confirmations
2: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31 => Critical
Damage
1: 1d8 + 7 + 1d6 + 2d6 ⇒ (7) + 7 + (2) + (5, 6) = 27 => 27, 1d6 ⇒ 1 to self
2: 1d8 + 7 + 1d6 + 2d6 ⇒ (3) + 7 + (2) + (6, 3) = 21 => 31, 1d6 ⇒ 6 to self, restore 11 hp
Totals
58 damage total, I restore 11 hp and take 7 damage, which leaves me at 51 hp (22 non-lethal damage). First hit drops you, second hit is the death blow.

Oh, almost forgot. I healed on the first attack because it dropped Varrel below 0, and the second because of the crit. So I heal 22 points, leaving me at 62/91.
Depending on what happens between now and the next fight, I'm going to hit myself with my Cure Moderate Wounds wand. UMD of +19 means I can use it without rolling (even a 1 is a success, so I don't have the "fail with a 1 and you can't use it" chance).
2d8 + 3 ⇒ (6, 7) + 3 = 16 + 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (2, 2) + 3 = 7 + 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (5, 6) + 3 = 14 = 37 points of healing, which is enough to bring me to full health and remove my nonlethal damage.
I might not apply this healing until after something happens for the victory, though.

Setting the Stage |

Urdavan stands over the slain elf his blood on Urdavan's fists when the rune raises from Varrell's body. A glow spreads across the body and lifts it into the air. With a clap of thunder the body and rune disappear from sight.
The rushing returns along with the pain as the rune seems to reknit Varrell's body and return it to life. With a sudden stop Varrell land on the rocky ground of the cliffs from which it all started. he has returned.
It is morning and the sea is calm.
The herald is gone but his crystal obelisk remains though dull and lifeless. You survive to fight another day...
Urdavan blinks away the light and looks around. The closed gate beckons. He remembers the Heralds words. That blood is the key. His fists covered in the elven blood is now the key to the next tower.
