Greater Magic Fang

Advice

I used to think that this spell cast upon a creature gave all of it's Natural Attacks the +1 per four caster levels enhancement. Having actually LOOKED at it, I now see it effects ONE natural attack, or all for +1.

Is there any way to give this spells' full bonus to a creature with 5-7 natural attacks with one or two castings? Some sort of meta-magic perhaps...? I've thought about permanency but I don't want that much gold to be blown away by a dispel, nor do I want to have to pay every time my caster level goes up 4...

Amulet of mighty fists is the only method I know of.

Nope you have to commit a considerable number of castings of GMF in order to buff your Pounce + Rake Druid to the nth degree.

This is actually pretty fair because a mid-to-high-level druid has tons of spell slots they aren't going to use in an average day.

Make a spell called Mass Magic Fang and Mass Greater Magic Fang. They still apply to one target but apply the bonus to all natural attacks. 4th level for Mass Magic Fang and 6th Mass Greater Magic Fang.

The stat boosters are 2nd level spells and the mass version of them are 6th level spells. By that logic Mass Greater Magic Fang should be 7th and would affect 1 natural weapon per level (thus you could boost up yourself, your animal companion, any summons, called creatures, the monk and the summoner's eidolon ;)).

I suspect that might still be too powerful for a 7th level effect but high 7th low 8th is probably a good estimate on it's utility.

There used to be a Superior Magic Fang spell in 3.5 which did this. it was 4th level. If you can convince the DM to allow it then you're in luck. Otherwise Ravingdork's suggestion for an Amulet of Mighty Fists looks pretty solid. I'd probably go with an enchantment like holy instead of the plusses though.

Chances are good that you'll have an animal companion and or some summoned allies to provide flank and maybe aid another. A menacing AoMF for your companion can give you another +2 to hit in those situations. I know it isn't quite what you're looking for, but it might help you overcome your average BAB and +1 weapons to score some hits.

There was a metamagic in complete arcane or complete mage that does what you are looking for called Chain Spell
