I made an Excel calendar generator for Golarion that works for any year from 1 A.R. with moon phases, leap days and the holidays in Campaign Setting all marked in. My version differs from Lilith's in 2 major ways:
1) It synchs with the date mentioned in Second Darkness, in that 14 Arodus 4708 IS Oathday.
2) I marked the solstices and equinoxes closer to our real calendar, on the 20/21/22 of the first month of the season, as I think that's what the Pathfinder authors have in mind when they mention things like "first day of autumn" in the AP's. Because the Campaign Setting delineates the seasons clearly by month, I've kept Lilith's method of marking the start of a season on the first day of the relevant month.

There's a moon font included in the zip. You need to install that to see the moon phases correctly. To generate the calendar for a particular year, just type the year number into the yellow box on the first page.
This being Excel, the calendar isn't as pretty as the one that Lilith and Fray made, but it does work for any year into the future. If anyone with more artistic talent wants to take it and make pretty swimsuit calendars out of the output, be my guest.

Since uploading that, I fixed the fonts in a few places for consistency and better readability, and added Korvosan holidays (except the King's Birthday, because you know why). The new version is here.

The calender is great, but there's something I've been having a little trouble with. I've searched the campaign setting, and nowhere does it say how many days there are in a year (or how many days in a month for that matter). I see you have assigned 30 days to each month. That works out to 360 days (361 if it's a leap year). The description of the year also states that there are seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. If this is 52 full weeks a year, then there are 364 days a year and some months must have 31 days. I know this is a really minor detail to most people, but I've been trying to figure it out for a while now and I don't know if there's a place these extra days are supposed to go or if we're left to fill them in wherever we feel like putting them right now. Any suggestions?
Curse of the Crimson Throne Player's Guide states on page 7 that:
The people of Golarion measure time much like we do as well, with seven days to a week and twelve 30-day months to a year.
I'm not sure why it was left out of the Campaign Setting, but until a later publication contradicts the above, it seems pretty fixed that we have 360 days, not full 52 weeks, to a year.
That makes sense. I suppose saying 52 weeks a year is easier than saying "51 weeks and three days a year."

Hmm...I found, in trying to do it first using Word calendar templates and changing the month name, day name, and year before looking for something here (duh!), that if you sort of ignore the order of days of the week as listed in the hardback Pathfinder Chronicles book (pg. 238):
Moonday = work, religion (night)
Toilday = work
Wealday = work
Oathday = work, pacts signed, oaths sworn
Fireday = work, market day
Starday = work
Sunday = rest, religion
and go with probably the analog they intended (i.e., Moonday = Monday, Toilday = Tuesday, etc.), Sunday would start the week in our Earthly calendar, which would make Oathday a "Thursday" rather than a "Wednesday", and then Arodus 14, 4708 (start of Second Darkness) works just fine. ;->
Also: in most months, a lot of the 6th day stuff, 20th day stuff, etc. falls on our "Sundays", which makes sense. ;->

Yes, you still need to either "install" or copy the font file into the Windows font directory.

What if there are no leap years, and we have this calendar:
Spring months (3 months of 30 days each)
[Beltane]
Summer months (3 months of 30 days each)
[Lughnasadh]
Autumn months (3 months of 30 days each)
[Imbolc]
Winter months (3 months of 30 days each)
[Samhain]
The four extra days (for which I just stuck in the names of four pagan sabbats) mark seasonal transitions and are not part of a 30-day month, but are part of a 7-day week; this allows for a 360 day calendar year and a 364-day physical year. The Romans did this sort of thing.

Guess I'm late to the party as well. I've just been using our calendar with a date shift on the years (i.e. 2008=4708 or something) and rolling with that. I didn't need absolute accuracy and it worked for me...but having something that's closer to what the designers' intended will be cool. Thanks!
Paizo. How about a line of little wipe-off calendars for years near "current"? I'd buy some. :)

Sorry. The main strength of my Excel calendar is that you can generate a different year by entering the year number. If such a thing can be done in PDF, I don't know how.
Though if anyone wants to take the generated months and save to PDF with pretty background images, be my guest.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for to clear up some of my
confusion.
I'm GM'ing my first foray into Pathfinder with the Bloodsworn Vale
module. My buddies really surprised me when the first question they
asked was, "What day is it ?" I had to say, Hmmmmm ... Saturday ?
Now I can confidently say it is Starday, the 15th of Desnus.

The lengths of months will actually be defined in the World Guide: The Inner Sea, and they won't all be 30 days. Months in Golarion have the same length they do in the real world. Leap years are still only every 8 years, though.
@Vivriel, Just a word of thanks for your hard work. Might I request that when the Inner Sea Guide comes out that you look at updating the calendar? I am using your calendar in our current Kingmaker campaign. It truly helps keep us in line. Thanks again.

Though why wait? Is knowing that "Months in Golarion have the same length they do in the real world" enough to update your calendar? The Inner Sea Guide is still 4 months away from being released and it'd be nice to have something to use for game play before then.
I suppose I could update my calendar now, but I made it for my CotCT game in the first place, which is in the third chapter (pbp so sloooow going) so this calendar will stay in use for a few more years. So I don't feel any urgent need for an updated "correct" calendar.
And a statement like "months in Golarion have the same length they do in the real world" leaves out a lot of other required details. Like how does a leap year work? Mike McArtor established that St Alika's Birthday (a festival in Korvosa) occurred only in leap years, on 31 Arodus. How does that change with the new calendar? Are they sync'ing the new calendar with Earth's calendar in one particular year (it'll get out of sync again following the first leap year), or sync'ing with the day/dates mentioned in published canon?
So on the whole, I'd rather wait and see if I feel the need to update my calendar for the new campaign I'm planning. If details are still vague, I may just continue using this calendar and ignore the official one. I and my players are used to it by now.
