Gary, I’ve noticed that in the past day or two (since April 1? Hmmm…) several times new posts will show up at the end of the previous page rather than the end of the current page.
This has happened on this thread and this thread.
Just happened to me in the 'Things in life that suck' thread too.

Wonder if it's a display thing affecting the poster only. When I loaded your comment in that thread, it was at the end like it was supposed to be.
This has happened to me repeatedly on the Dead Reckoning PBP. When it happens I just edit the post to say "this post is messed up" or "this is my most recent post" in case it moves around some more, then post again, and the second one usually goes where I want it.
When posting on paizo one's motto should be "adapt and overcome."
At this very moment Nerius's last post on said thread has appeared at the end of page two, and twice near the end of the current page (3).
Hmm, it just happened to me now on one of the Logue threads.
Maybe it's one of those "server a got it right while server b got it wrong" deals.

And this thread.
It happened to me yesterday, but I thought it might be a one time anomaly.
I cleared cookies in Firefox and logged back in and my post was in the right place. Nick responded to it immediately, so I am guessing it appeared in the right place when he was looking at it. A very odd glitch, this one.
Restarted. I totally cleared my cookies and the problem persists. There are still two of these stray posts at the end of page two in the Dead Reckoning PBP.
If I make the avatar joke again, you'll probably hit me this time, right?
Feh. Now the last post I made to the thread was in the right place, and Nick's response was a page too early. The only suggestion I can make at this point, Kruely, is never, ever listen to me again, as I quite obviously have no idea what I'm talking about.
The site just ate two posts for two PBPs I am dming. Luckily, the recent posts portion of my profile still has those missing posts, so I simply copied them and reposted them.
Hi. This post is actually a review of chessex dice, but it felt a bit lonely and wandered over here for a bit.
... and so when he got back into the car he asked, "where did the chicken go?"
HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHHAHAHAHhahahahaHHAhHaHAHAH!
HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHHAHAHAHhahahahaHHAhHaHAHAH!
HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHHAHAHAHhahahahaHHAhHaHAHAH!
Man I love that joke.
So, how are the wife and kids, Dougie?

Haven't seen that happen yet. But often times after I make a post they won't show up on the messageboards for 5-10 mins. Then they finally pop up with the correct time of when I really posted it.
This is different. It's happening so much that it's making my pbp unplayable.
I been haveing the same issue as dark mistress and now i'm getting the last page issue it seems.

Yay for new bugs.
I think I know what's going on, now I just have to figure out how to fix it.

It's a very annoying bug. One of the worst I have ever seen in fact. I also find that several times in certain threads when I click to go to the last page I have been redirected to the next to the last page. The Foray into the Foehammer Spire thread seems especially wonky.
OK, I think I've squashed this bug. Old posts that are in the wrong place will stay where they are, but new posts should go to the right place.
Nope, still being eaten I'm afraid.
Posts being eaten is a separate bug. (And they're most likely not actually eaten, just not showing up immediately.)
The bug that I think I've fixed is the one where posts go to the next-to-last page instead of the last page in a thread.
Ah :D ok! I hadn't noticed that one! Thanks!
