Torgus"The Brawling Bear"Voss |

Orc shield! Thats Awesome! And sorry for posting late in the day its been a busy day at work!!!
As the Ogre roars at Torgus, the Brawling Bear Matches it with his own thunderous roar! As the ogre strikes down with his club, Torgus lifts his new friend/sheild to block the tree coming down on him....
Intimidate(If able):1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Orc shield block:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23
As the ogres club smashes the crippled orc body, Torgus stumbles back with the rest of the impact nearly falling over, he conjures the rage inside of him and with a new sense of vigor he steps in and unleashes a massive uppercut into the beast, "DON'T YOU KNOW I AM THE CHAMPION OF BALLENWOOD!"
Starting rage again(+4 Con this time), though I am adding in that I am fatigued and soon to be exhausted oh boy I hope this doesn't last more then 4 rounds, I putting in my minus to str and dex.
Power attack uppercut:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28
Damage:1d6 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Crict confirm:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Damage:1d6 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Current HP due to temp hp is at 16hp btw hehe.

Javi - short answer = get a sneak attack on flatfooted ogre.
As long as you are not seen at the start of your action, I'm happy for you to remain considered 'stealthed' for that round until you take an overt and noticeable action.
Nisk AoO: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
The ogre swings clumsily at Nisk as he attacks, missing by a large margin - though in the act of dodging the strike Nisk is unable to bring force behind his own.
Body low the ogre is met by a thundering uppercut from Torgus, causing the creatures head to snap backwards with a sickening crack.
Torgus - Intimidate to demoralize is a standard action, so I've assumed you forwent it to attack instead.
Action Tracker (Round 1): Ogre, Torgus / Cassadar / Nisk / Javi
Damage Tracker: Ogre - 14

Javi the Wasp |

Excellent!
The shadows of the night seem to stretch and -all at once - become a flurry of activity which resolves into Javi. He now stands opposite Nisk, and a savage if reckless strike flies towards it's floating rib.
Use stealth to get to a flank with Nisk, then sneak attack with combat expertise.
Stealth 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (2) + 12 = 14.
Unarmed strike 1d20 + 9 - 1 ⇒ (9) + 9 - 1 = 17.
---> Damage 1d3 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (3) + 1 + (5, 5) = 14.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

Cassadar can slot in when able to post, but likely would not cause enough damage to drop the ogre.
Beset on two sides and looking injured, the ogre does not retreat - but swings wildly at Torgus once more.
Big Club: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12 for 2d8 + 7 ⇒ (3, 6) + 7 = 16
Missing by a large margin.
Action Tracker (Round 2): Ogre, Torgus / Cassadar / Nisk / Javi

Cassadar |
Rnd 2:
He supposed it was a failing of his, that he would often sit back and consider a situation much longer than it needed to be considered, a mental shrug accompanying his approach into the creature's reach. It was a mindset, he figured. Water did not flow if there was no direction, and still air was calm air.. That he understood. However, any sort of a last resort did not sit well with him.
Once inside the creature's reach, he struck.
Redirection(Trip) vs. the AoO1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Attack(subdual)1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Javi the Wasp |

Despite the fury of combat, Javi can't keep the smile off his face at the big man's bravado. He's about to add to the insult when the big brute doubles over in response to Torgus's gut-punch. If theres' one thing fighting in the blood pits of Katapesh teaches you, it's you never let an opening go unpunished.
As the force of the blow doubled the big creature's form over, its legs had instinctively spread a bit, and Javi steps forward into a devastating soccer-style kick, driving the top of his foot into what he hoped was the thing's manhood.
Couldn't resist. and still using Combat Expertise - AC is 20.
Unarmed Strike 1d20 + 9 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (12) + 9 + 2 - 1 = 22; flanking, Combat Expertise.
---> Damage 1d3 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + 1 + (5, 6) = 13.

Javi the Wasp |

Lol. I handt even noticed we were matching damage... that's... eerie. :)
As the big brute crashes to the ground, Javi steps away from him towards some shadow, eyes and ears scanning the dark for other threats. Not seeing the old man, he pitches his voice just loud enough for the others to hear, "So you guys think that was some kind of test? Or should we assume it's a real attack and go see if there is some more help we can offer?"
Stealth 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (19) + 12 = 31.
Perception 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24.
Even in the dark everyone can see his teeth as he grins, "Nice fighting, everyone. If nothing else, I'll definitely pick up a few tricks just watching you guys... like how to use orcs as shields for one, I guess."

Cassadar |
Cassadar was disgusted with his performance in the fight and the expression on his face said as much. There was still enough humor in him to calmly comment, "It would seem that you would be better off not taking notes from myself.. Still water only reflects."
A brief nod, and he looked around what he could see of the rest of the monastery, searching for signs that this was not an isolated incident, though the Grandmaster on the walls spoke volumes of his opinion of the events.

Javi the Wasp |

Javi shrugs from the dark, still pitching his voice low, "Oh, I don't know... we're standing... they aren't. Always something to learn. I don't hear anything else going on. What do we do now?"

Torgus"The Brawling Bear"Voss |

As the ogre falls, Torgus stumbles back as he releases his rage and his wounds feel they doubled. He staggards with heavy breathing, and grunts "Of course we won lads, the Brawling Bear is with you." *cough* "Aye the old orc shield defense has saved me a few times, that's why you taught with the enemies friend BWAAHHAHA." As he laughs he started to fall and catches himself. "Sleep?"

Torgus"The Brawling Bear"Voss |

Torgus gives a tired look, "What about that pool from training or a outside well?" he looks to the outside door, then to the ogre and the large blades the orc left. And gives a akward look, "Maybe hit the ogres veins and hope for a gusher?" Torgus suggests grimacing at all the hard labor he has offered.

Javi the Wasp |

Not having any ideas on better ways to put out a fire, Javi jumps to follow Nisk.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

The mismatched group of companions bounds away to the well to get buckets and water to staunch the flames. It takes about ten minutes to get on top of the fire, but you gradually feel as though you are gaining the ascendancy in the battle.
As the fire is finally spent, you collapse in exhaustion. Through your relatively quick action you've managed to protect the area where you have been sleeping - though the entry chamber was damaged by fire, smoke and the copious amounts of water that were needed to quench the flames.

Torgus"The Brawling Bear"Voss |

As the last light of the fire sputters away, Torgus drops his bucket and then his legs give out as he falls to the floor to join it. The next sound heard in the room is the loud snoring of a bear, no make that A BRAWLING BEAR!
Before they started the buckets Torgus was exhausted from his rages, so he's been running on fumes for the fire. Night Night goes the champion of Ballenwood and master of the orken shield.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

Distracted as you were from fighting the fire, you did not notice that you had a visitor delivering two packages. Lying prostrate in the dirt near the outbuilding are two new bodies - a shaven headed dwarf and a scruffy looking half-orc. In the distance you can see Mtumbo re-entering the monastery gates.
The dead orcs and ogres remain where they fell.
Frakdar and Gorak - that's you, so you can wake up when you feel ready to post.
For reference it is still early morning, the orc attacked at dawn and the fight plus firefighting took roughly an hour.

Javi the Wasp |

Not gonna have time to post today. Feel free to keep it rolling without me, or (if it's necessary) NPC Javi. Sorry, all. The busy season and all at work.

Gorak "The Beast" |

Moving slightly and wincing uncomfortably in his sleep the Tattoo covered half orc Pulls himself to a sitting position and looks around obviously unsure of what's happening.
Edit
P.S. Gorak looks essentially like his picture. His ears are slightly pointed with the tell-tale orc heritage appearing as a slightly pointed wave to the posterior side of his ear. Other than that he looks more or less human, but with a very beastial, though intangible, quality about his appearance and features. Also his nose seems to flare and sniff the air more than is normal for a humanoid. His eyes are sharp and predatory

Frakdar Stonefist |

You see a very dark, almost golden skinned, dwarf with a tightly tied medium red beard lying on the ground. You hear him mumbling. Grapple, grab and take down. Next time, don't let the big guy squeeze all the air out of you.
Suddenly the dwarf's eyes pop open and he looks around at the faces above. The dwarf quickly jumps to his feet and into a defensive posture very low to the ground.
Who are you? Where am I? And where is that damn Mwangi, I owe him a chokehold.

Frakdar Stonefist |

Confused by the three unmoving statues, Frakdar gets up and taps each on the head to see if they are alive. Hearing a solid thump and not the expected hollow sound, Frakdar walks back to where he started and continues to look about to see which of the statues is going to move first.

Gorak "The Beast" |

After getting his bearing Gorak stands and sniffs the air around him.
Looking to stonefist (the only person who has spoken to him)
"I am Gorak. Some call me The Beast if you prefer." He then puts his hand out awkwardly. He's obviously not sure he's doing it correctly.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

An hour or so after the completion of the battle, you are visited by a Gnomish initiate from the monastery. He does not speak, but makes pantomine to show that he is there to bind your wounds. At any questions of him he merely opens his mouth and you can see that he lacks a tongue - it having been severed.
He attends to your wounds through infused poultice and herbs, removing your pains before departing back to the monastery. Healed to full, Torgus - you've slept enough so you are awake as well.
All is silent, and no master has come for you. The dead orc and ogre continue to lie fallow where they fell.
Helpful DM hint - have a walk around.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

Rough layout:
You are on a raised rocky area in the mountains. The monastery sits in the centre.
To the South is the outbuilding where the applicants have been sleeping. There is also a well there.
To the East is the obstacle course that they ran.
To the West is a sparring area.
You have not yet gone around to the Northern side of the monastery
Just to keep everyone on the same page, lets have the walkaround happen post healing and when the sleeping bear has awoken.

Torgus"The Brawling Bear"Voss |

Oh come on Voice can't I sleep just for 5 more minutes, hehe
Torgus gives a roar of a yawn, as he streches he takes a look noticing the gnome starting to tend to his wounds, "Who the devil are you?" After the gnome responds to him non-verbally, Torgus cracks a smile "I understand lad, many can't talk around a champion such as my self. HAHA." He ignores any disagreement the gnome puts up to hi s conculsion. As he peers at the two new recruits, he yells "Ah more fan's coming to try and meet the CHAMPION OF BALLENWOOD AND THE MASTER OF THE ORKEN SHIELD! DON'T BE SHY LADS YOU CAN COME OVER." He then covers his mouth as he whispers to the gnome, "It's nice to have fans but couldn't the master of this place send me a women every once in a while." Torgus stands as the other two approach giving the a towering view of the Brawling Bear, "Now since you know who I am, what are your names?"

Gorak "The Beast" |

Welcome Beast, I am Frakdar. Shall we explore the area while this group rests?
I begin heading in some direction. I have no clue what the layout of the area is.
"That would be wise. I like to be familiar with my surroundings. " Gorak joins Frak in browsing the grounds.

"I am Gorak of the Druids. Do you have a shorter name or will you require that litany every time we speak to you? How did you come by such titles anyway?"

Frakdar Stonefist |

I am Frakdar.
I continue to look around the grounds wondering why it is so quiet and why they are storing dead orcs and ogres here. Seeing the ogre I go over and kick it to make sure it is dead. I then spit on it. Vile beast, you are lucky you are dead or I would kill you again.

Torgus"The Brawling Bear"Voss |

"Of course I also go by, Torgus "The Brawling Bear" Voss if you prefer to call me that but you already knew that HAHA." He says to Gorak.
Hearing the gates open, "Maybe they finally got me some women! BWAHHAHHA! Don't worry Torgus shares! BWHAHAHAAHA!
Torgus follows everybody to the gates as well.

Gorak "The Beast" |

"The bear?" Gorak says as he turns his head to the side and looks Torgus up and down. "On second thought I can see that. In future combats I'll try not to inadvertently take your title from you." all whiel he continues his stroll to the front gate.

DM - Voice of the Voiceless |

Moving forward to the gates of the monastery, you peer inside to find that no-one is currently visible... All doors are currently barred to passage, and windows shuttered.
The gates are at K-L, 18 on the map.
North of the area shown on the map lie the internal buildings on the monastery.

Gorak will walk up to the gate cautiously and attempt to peer through any cracks in the barring.

Javi the Wasp |

Okay, sorry for my absence. I should be back now. Can we assume that Javi was hesitantly remaining unseen when the two new guys were dragged up, and he's been shadowing them since they went for their patrol. Especialy since Torgar went with them.
Gorak, I'm guessing at some point you would have caught scent of Javi since Javi wouldn't know about the scent ability.
A skinny Vudrani male steps hesitantly out of the shadows as you all begin to look into the gate. His elven heritage make his age difficult to determine, but if he were human, he'd be in his late teens. He gives Torgar a nod as if to say 'glad you're feeling better', but he remains quiet in the presence of the two newcomers.
His dark brown eyes do remain vigilantly on the gate, however as he steps up. "I'll take a look as well." Getting near the door while trying to keep some distance between himself and the strange-looking half-orc, he presses his ear up to the door while looking for any sign of traps or tampering.
"I'm Javi, by the way... some people call me the Wasp."
Perception 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26.
