The Pathfinder Society has turned its attention to the Ruby Phienix Tournament - a world-renowned fightning competition, held once every ten years in the city of Goka on the eastern continent of Tian Xia. More specifically, the Decemvirate is interested in the incredible prizes available to the tournament's winner - a choice of treasure from the legendary vaults of Hao Jin, the Ruby Phoenix herself. As part of the preperations for the tournament. Pathfinder Society agents have been deployed across the Inner Sea and beyond to seek out forgotten lore, allies, and magical items to be used by the Society's tournament representatives.
Venture Captain Amara Li, leader of the Lantern Lodge and Goka native, has uncovered information about one such item hidden amid the reaches of the Wall of Heacen - an Iroran relic known as the Braid of a Hundred Masters . Organizing the search from her base in the Dragon Empires, she intends to send a group of Pathfinders to the high mountain range in search of the braid'#s ancient home: the Clouded Path Monastery. The two-week-long journey to the mountains began in the cosmopolitan city of Goka, passed ghrough the surrounding villages and farmlands, and led thousands of feet up into the tallest mountain range on Golation; all that remaibs is ghe final day's journey up from the base camp.
go ahead and introduce yourself to the group and you will be able to make purchases before heading out

This is Tundran dotting in. I was thinking about bringing this witch. I don't have any divine characters available but she can at least use a wand for healing.
Zájarthauk |
A short and squat half-orc, covered in tattoos, walks in.
He has no armour, but has a light flail and a few other light weapons.
While not physically imposing, for a half-orc, he has an air of confidence about him.
"Hello. I am Zájarthauk. Took a while to get here, but this should be interesting."
Kalman Dorn |
A medium built human walks in. He wears a simple outfit with two bandoliers going across his body, one going over each shoulder. The bandoliers hold miscellaneous vials and extracts.
"Hello. I am Kalman Dorn. I will be your Alchemist expert on this mission. My bombs and I are glad to be here."
I hope no one gets caught in one of you.
He looks directly at his bandolier while he is speaking. Almost as if he is speaking to something on his person.
Greeda |
The wayang woman has an air of haughtiness, but today her eyes sparkle a bit more than usual. She gushes, "It is such a pleasure to be sent back to my homeland by the Society! I didn't realize how much I actually miss Tian culture." She greets her party courteously.
Imojin |
A diminutive ratfolk woman greets all. "Hello... I'm Imojin.. and this" she indicates the large (compared to her) rat standing at her side, "is Whiskers" She bears a small lance and other weapons, indicating she's some kind of martial adept.
"Since it seems we're going to be traveling together, I thought I should offer this to someone who can use it on me.. and others in need of course." She holds up a small gnarled wooden stick. wand of cure light wounds "I sure hope one of you can use it."
She walks over to Kalman and tugs on his pantleg til she has his attention. "Last fellow like you I adventured with tried to blow me up with his bombs... you're not gonna do that, are you? I don't like being blown up by my friends."
Kalman Dorn |
Kalman looks down at Imojin. "My bombs will do you no harm. They target the most vile of creatures and nothing else. I shall have a talk with them so they know the rules.
Kalman then looks over at Zajarthauk."No explosions you say. Who in the name of Tian Xia does not like explosions. That would be no fun."
Imojin |
"Thank you!"
Emma Reaper |
"things that go boom is always fun in my book as long as im not the one going boom."

The base camp site, only a few hundred feet abkve the forest line that covers the lower reaches of the wall of heaven, offers a panoramic view of the surrounding farmlands, far below. The half flooded terraced farmlands appear silver amd mirrored in the late afternoon light. The camp itself is little more than a trio of unmaintained wooden shacks surrounding the remnant of a large firepit and a fallen wooden corral fence to the east.
more will be added when I stop tonight sorry for the wait but lets get started

as the Snow Leopard makes it pounce, from its new local den, and is now busy grappled with Zájarthauk, the guides let out an ear piercing cry in Tien.

First of all; "ouch!"
Then again, that's why I took the Toughness feat. :oI really should've used a charge from my wand of Mage Armour first.
On the positive side; we know where the leopard is now!

Using evil eye hex. Snow leopard gets -2 AC for 7 rounds. DC 14 Will save to make it only one round.
Kalman Dorn |
"Bombs away!!! I'm just kidding.Kalman jokes at the situation as if he's completely gone mad."You thought I was going to blow you all up, didn't you? I did promise that I would not blow you all up. After all my bombs are all ready beginning to like you.

Rake, claw 1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

The leopard maintaining its grapple on the half-orc, though its attempt to move its claws and rake its next meal, it can't seem to get them around and find flesh.
Imojin, comes charging in on Whiskers, fairly certain he would at least get his companion free, but instead of continuing through on the ground, decided at the last minute to jump over and cause Imojin to miss with the strike.
Zajarthauk attempts to break free, glad to have not been clawed anymore currently, but just feels a bit too weak from his previous wounds that were inflicted.
Kalman with a bit of thought, and flare with a very sad attempt of humor, though it wasn't unnoticed, begins to brew a Mutagen.
Greeda obviously annoyed and starting to get more irritated, starts to just glare at this leopard.
Will: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
