Perception 1d20+1
Shelldrake applies the safety to the pistol and returns it to its owner.
Padme' holds up her hands and says, keep it for now..we might run in to more of those things later and your a better shot than me.
"I think you guys should check out that storage room behind that door, see if there's anything that you want as a reward."
Tired of playing the slutty pixie game that, was getting her nowhere. Padme' instead takes on another persona. Looking at Enavr coolly she says, We'll take it all! and she proceeds to shove the armorcrafter's engineering specialty tool kit, the fire extinguisher, the 2 high-capacity batteries, and the 2 basic medkits; in to her pack. While in the storeroom, she takes a look around.

Okay, Envar says that's it then, except for the boring levels. Envar says, still quite below full functioning from all the pesh he took.
DM Kludde
Just a bunch of lame offices and equipment. Who wants to see that stuff anyway.
Remember the mission, guys

Padme a little irked that her whole quirky seduction scheme failed and not knowing what else to try just says to Envar, Just let us in because your fussy mother may not like it Envar! We just want to have fun and enjoy like you. Come on what do you say? diplomacy: 1d20 + 6 + 1d6 ⇒ (18) + 6 + (6) = 30

Hah! Envar responds to Shelldrake I’m the only other employee who has access. Mother’s office is really plush. I go there sometimes to get away from it all... I mean, when she’s not around.
Envar punches the number three on the elevator control, and the elevator starts moving, while music plays
Gaunt and tan, and hauntingly skinny, the ghoul from planet Eox goes walking...
When the doors open, Envar leads the party through a hallway, encountering two burly Vesk security guards.
2d20 ⇒ (1, 15) = 16
The guards pass by without saying a word.
Envar flashes a credit card-sized piece fo plastic and says Io! I hold the key to my mother's precious office. She'd be totally angry if I let you inside, so I'll just hand the card to you. Have fun!
There seems to be some kind of security system attached to the door - some motion sensitive alarm that will trigger if the door is opened.
DC 16 Engineering or Computers to disable

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22.
"Hang on a moment - there is some kind of trip alarm on the door, as well. Give a second to disable that; we wouldn't want mummy dearest to know we had been in here..."
Computers: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29.
...and with a quick little subroutine he patented on Absalom Station, Will does just that!
DM Kludde
You? If the security guards come you'll just go 'Woosh!' 'Kapow! 'KerBOOM!' Envar answers, somehow accurately summing up the consequences of getting caught in the act.
Will disables the alarm, and Envar is too stoned to notice.
The rectangular office is starkly different from the typical gold- and-silver metal decor found throughout the rest of Brilliance. Darkwood credenzas and bookcases complement the wood- paneled walls and tan wooden floor here. A model of the Pact Worlds system, sculpted in gold and silver metal, hangs from the ceiling near the center of the room. Framed parchment maps from some ancient era adorn the walls. The lone visible piece of modern technology is a silver computer console affixed to a darkwood desk on the eastern side of the room. A private climate-controlled and air-sealed balcony overlooks open space to the north. Racks lined with dusty bottles stand along the western wall of the office, watched over by an oil painting of a graceful lashunta woman reaching up toward a radiant sun.
Envar moves in and starts idly tinkering with the pacts worlds model, tapping Apostae and humming Apostae is a planet...
Illia's personal computer is hard to miss on the darkwood desk, and WIll spots a portable storage module that can be removed - though the security measures on such a device probably make it a better idea to try hacking the terminal first.
The terminal is protected with a two-step authentication system: it needs a security card and a password.
DM Kludde
Passwords? We don't need no stinking passwords. Will manages to bypass the security, and breaches into the system. He manages to download the data that Historia-7 needs: there are several highly secure files, which can not be decrypted right now, but which should be no match for Historia-7. The single most obvious clue from the data is that Arch Energy is essentially a front that funds clandestine meetings between the members of its board of directors, each of them hidden by a false identity.
The tour is over, and Envar sees the group off to their spaceship. The clamps are released, and the vessel takes off, out into the black void.
There are some tense moments, staring back at the station. Will any kind of pursuit happen? The lights on the docking bays remain out - no ships are launched - and when the vessel is out of range, everybody breathes a sigh of relief.
Historia-7 is waiting, eager for news, and even lets out a slip of happiness as the news comes in that the group managed to extract the wanted files.
The mission is a success, and you are to be commended. All of you deserve some time to rest before your likely return to a more typical Society assignment. Historia-7 speaks, momentarily pausing after making her declaration. The android’s eyes stare off past her data visor, as though she were contemplating some additional information. Interesting... This data you’ve uncovered is... very... interesting. For now, I’ll ask you to depart. I need to summon Zigvigix of the Exo-Guardians. It appears one of his recent offers now aligns with what this data may require us to do. How... unfortunate.
Soon after, the party's inboxes light up with a personal message from Envar Heeeey dudes! You know what, I'll be 24 soon. They say you have to move a full circle around the sun for every year that you live, but I don't believe any of that. I know what birthday means: PARTYYYY! Who better to enjoy it with than my super-awesome-excellent new gladiator friends. So how does super-all-inclusive-high-orbit yacht trip of Verces sound? Spoiler alert: there's booze!. Attached to the message is a digital invitation that reads 'Join me for an encore performance of our glorious victory!'
Well done! You've stole some data and made a new friend along the way. I'll be reporting and building chronicles.

Will breathes a sigh of relief once the group is back on Absalom Station.
"Well, that was certainly different from the usual sort of mission that they send us on; a little corporate espionage is a nice way to break the tedium!"
When he receives the invitation from Envar, Will quirks an eyebrow, and then smirks.
"Oh dear... I wonder what sort of trouble he will get into, there..."
Thanks for running that :-)

Breathing a sigh of relief, Shelldrake is happy to escape with no further issues.
She returns the arc-pistol to its rightful owner and makes a mental note to shop for more weapons - something electrical, and something with bullets.
Yay! Thanks!
Savoy

Savoy thinks hard about accepting the invitation to join Envar's birthday party - luckily there's some time left before he needs to make that decision.
Thanks for running. Btw you seem to have forgotten yourself in the boon roll - the GM is allowed to roll for a table boon (unless you don't want one)

Padme' broods a little upon her return. She is happy that the mission was successful but unhappy with her performance over-all. She turns in her report and begins to train for her next assignment.
GM will we be getting 2 or 3 reputation as members of the Dataphiles faction?
DM Kludde
You'll get 2 for your slotted faction, plus 1 for Dataphiles (So 3 for Dataphiles if that was your slotted faction)
DM Kludde
Apologies for the long delay... Let me know if they are ok, and thanks for playing!
